Their initial estimate was for a smaller system so I requested that they provide an estimate for a larger system. The staff was great and provided an estimate for the larger system which I appreciated. On the day of setup, they two employees provided information on the system and were timely and quick in set-up. I appreciated how friendly they were and they provided information on the system. During set-up they notified their might be a power issue related to the system but after discussion with the owner, they determined that the system would be adequately powered. Overall it was a great experience and I believe the system the set-up was a great value. Looking to get lower bills in the summer when the heat cranks up! Only issue that I did not notice till later is that they actually had changed out to from a stealth to a trident but they had upped the version. Initially I was surprised by this but since it was a larger system and it was still able to be powered I did not have any issues.

As great as that was, i should have done more estimates as they charged way more than it should have been. Word of advice, get a toilet through a store, then have them install it for cheaper. Anyhow a different tech came to put the new toilet in. He was nice and did a good job. However, should have checked the upper tank and it was wobbly a bit. I messaged them and ask if that's normal. A different tech came and temporary fixed it. I believe it's that type of tank that is just not steady in the upper part (top flush button) I ended up again using a towel to put behind to make it sturdy. Imagine that, a pricy toilet that uses a towel to keep the upper part sturdy. As annoying as it is to get estimates, you should definitely do that before you settle for one that's more pricy than it should have been. And all they care about is you rating them and keep asking you to rate them through email and phone.

I had to turn the water off from the city valve on the sidewalk. I called around to get a quote and after getting some outrageous quotes, I called Millennium and Victor came right out to assess the situation. Victor informed me the valve just needed replacement, and he could have someone come out shortly to replace the valve. I had quote from another company that quoted me $360+ to do the job but said I would not have to pay if they weren't successful. I went for the lower cost one and prayed they would be successful. And they were! Called and gave me a 30 minute heads up before arriving. My appt window was 10-12 and they arrive before 11:00. The 2 guys were friendly and professional and got straight to work. All 3 things were unclogged and they were on their way well before 12. They also let me know that the toilet was leaking from the bottom and likely needed a new wax seal. They offered to do it but said it would bring my total up to $350! :/ I opted not to do that as it's easy enough to do on my own.. wax seals are pretty cheap to buy and otherwise it's just time and a little lifting. All in all, I was very happy with the service and the price. But this is also same day of the appt so I'll give it a week or 2 to make sure all clogs are really cleared. For reference, this is the first time I've ever needed a plumbing service to clear any clogs so I'm hoping we shouldn't have any issues moving forward
