Steve came out and provided on estimate. He didn't a water test on site as well. This was the only…read morestep the competitors didn't provide. However. It was the equivalent of a small vial pool chemical test. Which is fine. But it's a drop of this. A drop of that. It did not seem like the most scientific water evaluation. All that said, Steve was friendly, seemed honest enough and his pricing was moderately more competitive. We were not interested in a system that requires salt. This company provides a solution that's straight forward, low / no maintenance (it flushes itself) and will last a good amount of time hopefully. We moved forward with Steve. His son Dalton did the installation a week later. All went well with the installation. So far we have not used the system a great deal but we are encouraged by what we have noticed so far. Based on the up front experiences and process so far we would recommend this company to others for consideration. All said

Was referred to the water hookup by a friend. I also spoke…read moreto other companies as well to get quotes. But Trevor won me over with his communication and pricing. It's always so overwhelming trying to decide which company to trust for these things. It was so frustrating even getting a quote for other companies, they all required an in home visit first and it just took too long to even get an appointment. But Trevor was able to give me a quote after I gave him all the information he needed over the phone. He still came by for an in-home consultation to confirm everything, and we scheduled the install for that same week on Saturday. It's impressive that Trevor does everything by himself, from the calls, in home visits, to the installation for both plumping and electrical! That's probably how he's able to keep the costs down, while other companies have to pay so many different people. He also offers a few other discounts, such as referral, military, first responder, etc. I love that it's just one person I talk to vs other companies where there's too many different people to handle different things and how hard it is to get a hold of anyone. Trevor is great with his communication, he has always picked up every phone call. Although there are some times when the call doesn't go through for some reason, might be due to no reception in some areas. Trevor was able to explain everything in detail and explained how the Clack system is super efficient and one of the best. I can confirm he's correct after doing my own research. He even provided the concrete slab that the water softener has to sit on. He installed the sewer drain line and an outdoor electrical receptacle. So far, everything is working great. I wish we installed the water softener system sooner. I still get water spots on chrome, but it's easy to wipe off. Probably other kids of residue and not minerals anymore. My hair and skin feel so much better. Also, I was concerned about watering my many houseplants with the softened water since there's now salt in the water, but Trevor reassured that the sodium amount is super minimal and won't harm my plants. Thanks for making this experience super smooth and easy!

6 month update: all is going smoothly with water softener!…read more Original review: We wanted to thank Trevor for his amazing help in installing an Eco Twin 2.0 in our home. Our water is night and day better than it was before. I can drink from the tap with no mineral taste. I can wash my hands without a gallon of soap. I can rest easy knowing my home's plumbing is better protected. The price of the full install was very reasonable and Trevor made scheduling easy. From start to finish Trevor was super helpful and easy to work with. He made an initial consult visit to make sure he knew the house layout and all the materials he would need for the install, and then came out a couple of weeks later to install the unit. One thing I liked is that he is also a licensed electrician, and was able to pull wire directly for the unit and he even installed a new, unused outdoor outlet near the unit solely for our convenience and use. This shows an attention to detail and quality that I really appreciated. The install went smoothly and Trevor gave us a nearly one hour long in-person training on all the things we need to know about owning the water softener. He allowed us to record the video which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Within the same day our water was vastly improved. We also received a followup call from Brenda, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful to Trevor for his time and help and are loving our new system!!!

My wife wanted the purest water for drinking besides whole house water softener & filtration…read more We obtained several estimates but we were most interested in this particular Purifyx-Rainsoft company bc of the lifetime warranty on all of their products. Bill initially came out to do the water test on our water besides going over in detail about Rainsoft. We appreciated his detail & sales pitch. They in fact came out the next day to install our water filtration system in our garage & reverse osmosis underneath our Kitchen sink. It only took them three hours although one guy had to return an hour later bc a hose was left hanging. I spoke with the boss' wife Kelly who made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. I also conversed with Alexandria too who was very helpful & quite knowledgeable. Plus the day after our install Laddie one of their service techs came out to our home to explain the computer part of the system. So far my wife feels the difference on her skin as it's not super super dry as well as laundered items were very soft. She's very happy we finally got this done bc it was close to a year she had been waiting for it! Yay she says. Also they included an air filter too. Almost forgot about that! Initially price seemed high but bc we paid cash up front they reduced the price plus we also received the air filter machine as well. My wife was thrilled & very happy! Bc she's happy so am I!!! Happy wife; happy life!!! What's nice is this company is local as well especially if you need servicing just a phone call away! So if you're on the fence don't be. Stop waiting! Take care of your body the best way you can & do it for YOU!

The price for the entire home filtration system was even cheaper than the traditional water softener and osmosis system. Also it doesn't require any bags of salt or filters either. They also come by every year to check on the system for you as well. Great communication, fast installation and excellent product. Proceeding with LifeSource Water Systems was easily a no brainer.

We are excited to no longer have the horrible scale build up on our appliances and have noticed we need radically less soap in the shower. Additonally, we are really enjoying the reverse osmosis system under the counter as well to make sure we have safe drinking water for the family. The owner Justin was patient and explained their products and benefits well. Extremely knowledgeable with every question I had. I did some research before deciding on a system and this company only uses the best products (tanks and valves) and won't try to unnecessarily sell you on a system you don't need or cheap out with lesser materials. Fair quotes- great work- don't look any further if you need a water softener for your home.

The wait time was a little longer than I would have liked, but once Justin arrived, I felt like we were in good hands. Despite the delay, I'd still keep PureFlo on speed dial.

Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication from Culligan's Arden location…read more I called the morning of my scheduled appointment to confirm that the technician would be coming. I was assured that the technician was en route and would be arriving that day. Well, the technician never showed up! After calling multiple times and getting nowhere, I was finally able to get some answers from a Culligan office at a different location. It turns out my service appointment was actually scheduled for a completely different day! The lack of communication and organization at the Arden office is extremely frustrating. No one ever seems to know what is going on, and customers are left wasting their time trying to get answers. I ultimately decided to cancel my service and go with a local company that installs water systems in the new construction homes near my neighborhood. The difference has been night and day! Much better customer service, faster responses, and a far more professional experience. Culligan really needs to improve how this location handles appointments and communicates with customers. I would not recommend the Arden office based on my experience.
