Initially, I wish to express my deep regard and support for small businesses. Regrettably, my recent encounter with the repair service has been disheartening. The issue began when I sought to modify my pendant, fixed with an irremovable chain. I asked if they could craft two rings allowing for varied chain usage. A courteous lady quoted $60 each for the rings and an additional $60 for labor, totaling $180. Concerned about the cost, I requested they consult the jeweler about using my gold for the rings and awaited the final bill promised by week's end. Upon their call, they informed me the pendant was ready for pickup. However, I was handed an invoice totaling $250, surprising me as my gold hadn't been used. They offered to purchase 2 grams of my gold for $44, plus payment of $140 from my end. Despite my displeasure, I decided to quickly complete the deal, wanting to get my pendant and leave.To my disappointment, the chain loop was too small and I could not connect it to any chain. I returned and showed them another pendant with a large ring and asked them to made the same My pendant was originally made from rose and white gold. When I came to pick it up, my pendant was evenly plated with yellow gold. We didn't discuss this. I didn't ask for it. For me this is a very important thing and it was ruined at my own expense. They offered to fix it, but I didn't want to leave the pendant a third time. I would advise against this repair service, particularly if you hold personal and precious items. Also, I had my watch battery replaced there, but after that I discovered that the watch was running 30 min behind each day. be very careful with this company. i had a micheal khors watch with diamonds and a bracelet with diamonds and both missing one little diamond. i came to this shop to have them fixed. they gave them to me and i was pleased. now i don't where them often only when i go out on the town. to my surprise, i wore them out during the day and in the sunlight it was clear to me that they replaced multiple diamonds. they were significantly smaller then the rest. as soon as i got home i checked my bracelet, they even did it to my bracelet. i called them and they gave the run around. nothing was fixed. so im just warning you. if you decide to go here please take a before photo and definitely put your jewelry under strong light. i definitely would not recommend this place. read more

I just purchased a beautiful watch that was way too big for my wrist. After doing a little searching online, I called Watch Solutions and spoke to a sweet woman by the name of Britta (I'm sure I spelled it wrong, sorry!). She said I could come right in and get some links removed, quoted me a price ($18-$25) and said it'd be ready in about 15 minutes. She was very true to her word. It took no time, and I even needed to get additional links removed and the entire process was super easy! They even offered to clean my rings which was super nice and unexpected. I would definitely return and/or recommend in the future. The service was great! Also, went back in to get an additional link removed since I wasn't as happy with the fit anymore. Just stopped in to replace a battery on a watch. This place is located in the mall, on the 2nd floor by Sears, so getting to it was easy...though it was tough resisting the temptation to shop around. The gentleman who helped me was nice and quoted 20min. It was $19.99 for the work and they reset the time on the watch. It's a little bit steep to change out a watch battery, in my opinion, but I went ahead a got it done because I was already there. At least it comes it a 1-yr warranty on the battery. I might shop around a bit more for better pricing next time, when I'm not so pressed for time. read more

Had horrible experience. Brought my ring for resizing and they returned my ring with smaller diamond and it was moving. I've noticed it right away. The owner said it was just dirty. He cleaned it and NOTHING changed. Diamond was not from my ring and falling out. He took my ring back and said it would take one week to fix it. After one week I came to pick up my ring and it was the same smaller diamond that was not even matching others and they fixated it with yellow gold. My ring was white gold! On top of it, few days later another diamond fell out of the band. After that I was scared to ask them to fix it again since ring was already damaged, obviously they have no clue how to fix jewelry. I was busy working on Covid floor at the hospital and never went back to fight for what is right. Since I was drained already at work physically and emotionally. I put my ring away hoping to fix it at another place. Well...last week I wrote on Temecula and Murrieta talk asking recommendations for a good jeweler and I told my story about what happened with my ring at Watch Solutions. I was surprise how many people had bad experiences with them as well! We decided to contact BBB to resolve the issues. I want my ring fixed and looking like before I gave it to this place! Their "watch maker"used clue to clue the markers back on that smears to the outer surface of the dial, looks as if a 10 year old kid did the job. Their watch service guy sucks. I usually come here to replace my battery in my watches. You can get a 1yr. battery, a 3yr. battery or pay 40 bucks and get unlimited batteries. The store is nice, clean and bright plus they have a couple of chairs to sit on while you wait for them to service your watch. Some of the brands they carry are Nixon, Kenneth Cole New York and G-Shock of course. They have a pretty big selection of G-Shock with tons of colors.
