First let me be clear: I give it 1 star because I can't give it 0! I took my Rolex submariner watch to ask him if they were qualified to service it. A guy by the name Zia told me that he had a Rolex certified watchmaker which turned out not to be true. I left my watch there for self-winding gears replacement and it was a total disaster!!! After a short time I took it again for the same reason and he said he had to fire his last watchmaker because of incompetence. He said "no problem! I'll have it fixed at no charge". After a few days I picked it up and felt it was in the same condition. I took it back only because I Live in Florida now and I had to come back home so I didn't have extra time to leave it at the store. One day later I find that my watch is doing the same thing and stopping in the middle of the night. I took it to a certified Rolex watch maker in Florida who even showed me how they didn't even close the watch properly. And he also offered her showed me they had not done any work on it!!!! Just save your time and money. Don't take your good watches to this store!!! It's a ripoff!!! Now it's costing me an additional $1,500 to fix it!! read more

Excellent store. Brought in my watch for a battery, was quoted $49.95 by the other watch repair in the mall (Fix-it-Fast) Watch Solutions quoted me $12.95 and was done in 15 minutes. Left a watch for repair, they called me, gave me a quote and repaired as they said they would. Great employees, great service. Will use this store from now on. My husband and daughter went to Watch Solutions, Temecula, CA yon November 9th to look for a watch for me for Christmas. Mariam assisted them with looking at several watches that were within the parameters of what I wanted. I returned that afternoon with my husband and we purchased one of the watches she had shown him. Mariam is a very great sales person that uses consideration, no sales pitches. The watch is beautiful and was reasonable priced. My husband and I returned on 11/11 and purchased a watch for him. these guys have good service! My Bulova stopped working after a few weeks cuz i had new arms put on that were always in each others way and eventually stopped working all together.. dropped my Watch off at watch solutions months after they repaired it,it was free of charge since they were the ones who installed the arms. read more

This place is horrible! Went there today to get a battery replaced in a watch that is about 15 years old and was in good condition just needed a cleaning and when we got it back it literally broke apart on us in pieces.
