Today was our 2nd visit to Watch Solutions. This past Christmas, Danny helped my son choose his very first watch. He was attentive and patient with my preteen's particulars. An, overall, great experience. Today, when we told Danny we had returned as someone stole my son's watch, he was sympathetic and again was very patient with my son's particulars. Danny ensured both watches fit appropriately and spoke to my 11 y/o son as a true customer. Danny went above and beyond replacing the battery and setting the time. His customer service is exceptional and we recommend him for all watch services and/ or purchases! read more

I came in to inquire about changing the batteries of three watches. I was referred to come here by the ladies at Benbridge since I was changing a Swiss watch they did not have the tools. Danny was helpful and prices were reasonable. Two of the three watches were not working with a new battery so Danny tried using watch oil to get them running. Danny then discovered that the crown was out, thus the old batteries were working!! He advised the crown saves the lifetime of the battery so the watches are like new! So no charge was necessary/required! It is rare to find honest and trustworthy people and I am thankful Danny was there to help today! Highly recommend Danny at Watch Solutions for all your watch needs! Thank you Danny! read more

Great customer service. I needed a new battery for one watch and a band for another. The battery was replaced in 15 minutes, no problem. The band for the other watch wasn't in stock so they ordered it and said it would take a couple weeks. Only one week later I was promptly notified the band was in and installed. Fast service. Just before returning to the store to pick up the watch, I noticed my other watch with the new battery had stopped working. I showed it to Dat and he informed me it probably needed a little oil. He took it back cleaned it up and all was good. Would return again just for the service. read more

We have used Watch Solutions for years and now I know why. We had four watches that needed batteries. Mariam told us one of the watches needed to be repaired. Buying a battery would be a waste of money. She also told us, it would cost more to fix than the watch was worth. Honesty, that's an unusual trait in businesses anymore. She took some links out of my husbands watch band at no charge. We will only use this place for future purchases and repairs. read more

Went in for a watch resizing. They're a little pricey, $15 to have a few links removed when I've had this done for $6 else where but since I moved I had no choice. Customer service is okay. They're not friendly but they're not rude either. I came in three times in a matter if an hour to get my watch to the perfect size and he was clearly annoyed but did resize the watch for me all three times which is why I gave them three stars, otherwise I'd give them two for pricey and lack of reason to return because customer service was okay. read more

This is the only place I take my watches for anything they need! The lifetime battery is affordable and so worth the price. Watch Solutions has been a family run retail watch and jewelry business since 1992. We began as a humble kiosk and have expanded to 8 stores in California and Nevada. We carry brands such as Hamilton, Gucci, Movado, Swiss Army, Luminox, Citizen, Nixon, Diesel, Vestal Fossil and Guess. We service most watch makes and models from Rolex and Breitling to Citizen and Nixon. Our in-house watch maker is a 2nd generation craftsman that has over 37 years of experience, and our in-house jeweler does anything from a simple solder repair to custom made designs. You will receive the highest level of customer service and quality work from our knowledgeable and friendly staff. We pride ourselves in putting the customer as our #1 priority. Honesty and integrity are what puts us above the rest!

Between the watch and the bezel is a red gasket designed to keep water out, and I suspect that when the bezel was removed to fix the button, it became misaligned, preventing it from closing properly. I returned twice for this, but it seems they kept using the same technique, a cheap pressing tool, possibly crushing the gasket further each time, resulting in the bezel popping up again. On my fourth visit, I could still see the red gasket, so I asked them to fix it one more time. The technician, a heavy set Hispanic gentlemen, told me that's how it was supposed to be (which is clearly a lie). I left the watch with them this time so they could properly assess and fix the gasket. I'll update this review if they can finally resolve the issue and put this nightmare behind me.

My wife was gifted older jewelry from her grandmother and wanted to have it appraised and possibly resized -- approximately 25 items. She booked the appointment online and was never informed of any appraisal or handling fees. When my wife, her cousin, and I arrived, we received no warm welcome whatsoever. We were about 15 minutes late due to being new to the area and accidentally going to the wrong location, and we apologized immediately. From that moment on, the older brunette woman who assisted us was rude and dismissive. There was no small talk, responses were short and snippy, and the overall customer service was very poor. When my wife asked for an estimate to sell some items and have a bracelet repaired and cleaned, the employee scoffed and said, "Just so you know, this is exactly why I asked how many items you had -- because we charge a fee." I explained that this fee should have been mentioned upfront or charged when the appointment was booked online. I also expressed that she had been rude since we walked in and made us feel completely unwelcome. Management may want to address customer service expectations with this employee. We had every intention of doing business here, but her attitude alone made us decide otherwise.

Because of the importance of the piece, we expected the work to be completed to a professional standard. When I picked up the ring, it was clear the soldering work was not done properly. The finish was rough and did not reflect quality craftsmanship. She returned to the store to address the issue directly. Explained her concerns and showed the problem areas. She was told the work looked "fine" and were offered a redo of the solder. At that point, she declined further work because we no longer had confidence that the issue would be corrected properly. She also sought a second opinion from another jeweler who advised against having it repaired there again. They also said we should get our money back since we weren't happy with the service. Alexander's only offered to redo even though I'd cost the same amount if not more to redo it. No refund no store credit. Would recommend taking your jewelry elsewhere.

Unfortunately, after three visits to LA Masters of Fine Jewelers in Temecula, I'm left disheartened by a sharp contrast in experience and a lack of basic follow-through. My first visit was lovely. I stopped in out of curiosity, was greeted warmly, and enjoyed browsing their jewelry. No pressure, just genuine enthusiasm and hospitality. It left a positive impression and made me bookmark them for the future. Fast forward to my second visit, now newly engaged and eager to support a local jeweler with a custom wedding band for my fiancé. Again, I was welcomed kindly and talked through the customization process in detail. I was advised to return with my fiancé to confirm sizing, metal, and width. Everything felt thoughtful and promising. However, my third visit, which should've been the most exciting and collaborative, was a disappointment. While we were initially greeted pleasantly, the energy shifted abruptly when I mentioned having spoken with a different associate the day prior. The associate assisting us redirected us to the register and openly discussed passing the commission to the original associate, in front of us. The handoff was awkward and impersonal. Despite that, we provided all the necessary details for our custom ring: sizing, specs, and inspiration images. We were told we'd receive our CAD drawing within 4 days (by 7/23) to review before moving forward. It has now been 12 days, and we've heard nothing. No call. No email. No CAD drawing. No follow-up of any kind. The irony? That very same day, we visited another local jeweler who, unprompted, expressed surprise that LA Masters was still in business due to their history of poor follow-through. At the time, I dismissed that as unprofessional gossip, but sadly, I experienced exactly what she described. We were genuinely ready to move forward with a purchase. But the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy speaks volumes. I won't chase a business to give them my money, especially for something as sentimental and significant as a wedding ring. I wanted to support you, LA Masters. But you made it clear I'm better off going elsewhere.

To my dismay The attractive sales woman (ZIA maybe) assessed my 6 watches Needing an assortment of batteries bands and adjustments would be ready in 20 minutes??? I'm used to being over promised and under delivered by retail promises daily. So I thought I would come back in 1 1/2 hours to be safe. On my return, she not only had them ready early but remembered me and acknowledged me by name. She also gave me fair and honest information regarding the work on my graveyard of watches that were brought in. This is the first review I have ever taken the time to write and honestly mostly due in part to the customer service and attention provided. I will absolutely drive an hour and a half from Carlsbad to fix or purchase any of my future needs. The store has a plethora of accessories and beautiful watches to choose from. Thanks for restoring my faith in society in the fact that a company like yours is still out there providing subject matter expertise and top shelf customer service!!!! read more

This place really is super underrated. The prices are reasonably competitive, but the variety of brands and styles is easily the best in the mall. Easily. Repairs are something that can be done here as well( i'm talking any kind of repair on any kind of watch, most of which are able to be done within hours), which is just awesome because i don't have to go to separate shops to get watches and to repair them. The staff are EXTREMELY generous and down to earth. They never come off as deceptive or greedy or rude. Honestly just stop by and see. Maybe its just me. But there's just never any pressure on the customer here. Its not the kind of place where the salesperson pounces on you like an antelope and just soullessly agrees with you and compliments your taste until you reluctantly buy something. There's genuine interest in long-term satisfaction, and just general comfortability (free waters, music, tv). As a person who despises phony behavior and insulting sales tactics, i can come here and get a real opinion from real people. You could say that i've finally found a solution to my problem. read more

The owners of the store (both husband & wife) were more then gracious & understanding of on my last 2 occasions I brought my watch to them (within the past 3 months) since it seems the 3-yr. battery I purchased had died prematurely (as so it seemed). On both occasions it was determined/diagnosed that the only thing needed was a slight adjustment of the internal mechanism with just a small amount of "watch oil" along with a "just start" of the battery. On both occasions it took at least 10 minutes of the owners time/effort to solve (& temporarily repair) the issue. On neither instance was I charged anything for the "repairs"! I sincerely appreciate both of their sincere honesty & transparency in consideration/advisement of possible more sustained remedies with a fair monetary estimate. read more

I had a Swiss Army watch repaired for my son-in-law for Christmas. Mariam was so helpful. She told me it was an expensive watch worth fixing. They did an amazing job & fixed a stem problem, replaced a pin (n/c), & polished it so it looks brand new the same day in about an hour! When I picked it up they surprised me by replacing the crystal for no charge!! He said it just didn't look right with the old scratched one. Needless to say I was so happy and excited to give it to my son-in-law. Who was very very happy with his beautiful new watch! They also put it in a brand new box for me. Every time I have been here I dealt with the owner, Zia. He even gave me his cell number. He did some work on a couple of high end watches for me- hubby's. He earned my trust and his watch repair person's work is top notch. I highly recommend them and I would not hesitate to return. His prices were reasonable as well. I wish him continued growth and success in his chain of stores. This is the best jewelry store I have dealt with in all of Temecula! I bought a watch for my Dad's retirement and wanted to get it engraved. I had less than a week before his retirement party so I needed it done fast. Watch Solutions was able to get the engraving done very quickly and it was done beautifully. They did not allow the time constraint to affect the quality of the product or their service. Upon entering the store no one was around. Had to yell out for someone to come out of the back room-this was mid April. I needed a battery for my watch & Dat quickly started working to get it replaced. He even honored an expired coupon on the company's web site when negotiating the price.
