From start to finish, our experience was absolutely exceptional! My husband initially reached out about a Rolex we were interested in, and Christy was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Since she would be off on the day we were available, she connected us with Nicole, who took amazing care of us during our visit. Nicole was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to help us. She spent time showing us several Rolex models, answered all of our questions, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress free. Every team member we interacted with was welcoming, kind, and professional. When we finally received the call that our watch had arrived, it was from our original sales associate, Christy. She coordinated everything perfectly with my husband, and when we made the trip to pick it up, the experience exceeded every expectation. The watch was exactly what we had hoped for, and the pickup felt like a true celebration. We were greeted with the sweetest balloons, treats, champagne glasses, and such positive energy. The attention to detail was incredible. Christy even offered to take photos for us, making the occasion feel even more special and giving us memories we'll always cherish. Purchasing a Rolex is a milestone, and both Christy and Nicole made it an unforgettable one. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care made the entire process seamless, exciting, and fun. We couldn't be happier and look forward to working with them again in the future. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in her clients, ask for Christy. She turned a dream purchase into an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Christy, for going above and beyond. And thank you, Nicole, for helping make the journey so enjoyable from the beginning. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the level of customer service is truly second to none. read more

Julie at Leeds & Son is absolutely fantastic. Walking into a luxury authorized dealer can sometimes feel intimidating, but she made the environment incredibly welcoming. She really took a genuine interest in helping me navigate the availability of a Datejust, along with some other Oyster Perpetual models. Her transparency and lack of pressure were so refreshing. She is a true professional who clearly loves what she does. Highly recommend stopping by the El Paseo boutique and asking for her! read more

I was truly impressed with this quality jewelry boutique, though that word may not be grand enough for the size and selection of magnificent jewels. I was browsing as I didn't have anything specific in mind and found a phenomenal ring and bracelet suite that made my heart skip a beat. Patrick Parkey kindly showed these pieces to me and explained that they were designed by an artisan in Los Angeles who takes years to collect the perfect matching gemstones (the bracelet was adorned with a variety of pink and violet stones) I would share a picture but I want to respect the posted signs that request that customers do not take photos. Patrick was easy to talk with and enthusiastically showed me some of the other designers work, all of which were phenomenal. Kyriakos Seraphim kindly cleaned all the jewelry I was wearing while I was shopping, and after seeing how they sparkled afterwards I immediately bought an ultrasonic cleaner! I will definitely be back and recommend Leeds & Son for anyone who appreciates fine jewelry and watches. read more

Adrian Stewart was absolutely amazing. She took the time to get to know our family and remembered that my wife is involved with the PTA at our children's school, Grapeland. Knowing that the school color is purple, she thoughtfully incorporated that detail when helping us with my wife's lavender Oyster Perpetual. It was such a personal touch and showed how much she genuinely cares about her clients. read more

It's been a year since my online inquiry about a watch to commemorate my husband's reenlistment and our 10th anniversary. At that time, I had no high expectations but was allowed to create a wishlist. My husband had a very specific watch in mind, and Nicole was able to deliver it even sooner than anticipated. She has a special talent for surprising people in a way that leaves a lasting impression, effortlessly making moments memorable. November is a busy/special month for us, and though I didn't expect to be able to get what I wanted, Nicole came through once again. She delivered another perfect surprise without even realizing we were celebrating something special just the week before. We're incredibly grateful for all of your efforts in helping us acquire our dream watch. The entire team provided outstanding customer service, always friendly and attentive. Finding an AD who offers such personalized service is as rare as the watches, but Leeds (Tourneau) exceeded our expectations. We are truly appreciative and look forward to visiting again. read more

I had an amazing experience at Leeds & Sons Bucherer from start to finish. Adrian is genuinely one of the sweetest, most kind people I've met. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel like part of the family and truly welcome in her store. I own a family business, and the way she treated me and my family is exactly how we strive to treat our own customers. You can tell she truly cares, not just about making a sale, but about the entire experience and building a real relationship. On top of that, the jewelry is absolutely stunning, elegant, timeless, and clearly chosen with care. If you're looking for someone you can trust, who values people over transactions and wants you to feel confident and cared for, Adrian is absolutely who you need to go see. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Leeds & Son for over 4 years now, ever since I first walked into the store with my wife and experienced the excitement of trying on my first Rolex. From day one, Riki made us feel welcomed and valued. After her retirement, Nicole stepped in and truly took everything to the next level. She listened, cared, and went above and beyond to make both my wife's and my dreams come true. Her attention to detail, patience, and genuine passion for what she does is unmatched. Leeds & Son is truly my go-to store. Carlo always makes sure our timepieces are adjusted perfectly, and Riakos provides excellent service insights. Every visit feels personal, professional, and warm. I can't recommend them enough--especially Nicole, who makes the experience unforgettable. read more

Sky Dweller. Oscar A I have to say, I visited in several times and different countries a Rolex AD, and I have never felt welcome or appreciated. Definitely Leeds and son change that for me, from the moment I enter the store, I felt welcomed and respected, from the security guard to the GM, and all the associates were very friendly and knowledgeable about the product, how fun to have a conversation about watches. Definitely I recommend you to check Leeds and son, they are great and definitely I am coming back. read more

Every once in a while I go into Leeds & Son on El Paseo to see the elegance and glitter of pieces and be treated so nicely by the staff. I needed to have my watch band changed, a fairly simple procedure for a jeweler that has the staff present to change the band on a more complex replacement. Many others need to send out my watch to change the band and it can take one to two weeks. I was asked if I would like my jewelry, that I was wearing, polished. Yes, thank you, so I took off my earrings, my rings and my bracelet and handed it to them along with my watch and my new band that I had ordered directly from the manufacturer of my watch. I was invited to sit down and asked if I would like anything, I replied yes, thank you, I'd like a cup of coffee. I sat at the high top counter drank a delicious cup of coffee with cream and sugar and had a wonderful jewelry conversation with the sales person that made my coffee. It felt like a ladies luxurious lunch. Everything was shortly returned all very shiny. It was a delightful mid afternoon treat except for the fact that I did not buy a beautiful sapphire ring that I saw. Consider treating yourself and look at the jewels. read more

I walked into Reeds on El Paseo last Friday. It was warm and I was dressed very casually. There were several very nicely dressed sales people standing around. I walked the entire store, stopping to look at some of the displays. Not ONE person asked to help me or even made eye contact and no one greeted me as I entered. What they didn't know is that I was just sent a 27k check to replace jewlery that was stolen from my home. Disgusted, I went to leave and the gentleman at the door acknowledged me and told me to please come back soon. I told him I certainly would not be back after the way I was ignored. I smiled as I drove back to Emricks and I bought a lot... they were perfect. read more

I've been looking for a Rolex for about two years now. Been on a few wait lists but the one I was waiting for never showed up. There were a few that came close but never felt right. I wanted to wait for "the one". Or at least the closest thing to it. I decided to stop by Leeds & Son as we were spending the weekend in Palm Springs. I had been in once or twice in the last two years but they only had exhibition pieces. Once in the store we were greeted by the staff and met Nicole. Nicole told us that she actually had a few Rolex's for sale. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. She showed sincere interest in making sure I had the perfect timepiece before making the purchase. She showed me a 41" Datejust that was very close to what I was looking for. It had some unique features that once on my wrist, I knew this was the one for me. Nicole helped us through the purchase process and answered all my questions. All the staff who visited us to see my purchase and offer congratulations were super friendly and sweet. My watch was fitted and cleaned so it looked perfect. And it did. What a lovely and exciting experience I had at Leeds & Son. Thank you to Nicole and the rest of the team for making this a special and memorable experience. read more

I recently was gifted a beauty of a watch... the perfect one! A random Saturday in April, we stopped by Leeds to what I thought would be "to look around" since we had done our research and knew that it may be limited inventory.. and went in not expecting anything same-day... yet, we still decided to make the stop and inquire. Jessica greeted me and immediately offered assistance, my bf finally made it in to meet me.. I had an idea as to what I wanted but since it was going to be a gift, I was open to suggestions, I was set on for sure a jubilee bracelet + no bling.. so we explored! Within an hour we had my watch! Just like that, transaction completed, fitted and out! Jessica provided all the information in full detail, offered to have my jewelry cleaned (we were limited on time) but ultimately, could not have had a more perfect experience! Can't wait to be back for the His to make it a His/Hers experience! read more

Dropped by while in town in the market for a Rolex. Christy Brown gave us a warm greeting and was extremely helpful. I was impressed with her patience. It's not often you can walk into a high end store with a tank top and shorts, covered in tattoos and receive such great treatment. They have a good variety of new Rolex's and quite a few pre-owned as well. Although they didn't have the watch I was looking for, Christy gave me a Rolex book with all the new styles and was willing to call me when they found my watch. Great work Bucherer!! read more

I saw online that Leeds was a recommended Rolex dealer. I need an appraisal and a new leather band so I was excited to call. Btw I'm a transplant like most people in the area are. I was greeted on the phone very flatly. I asked if they do appraisals for Rolex's. The dry reply was only if it was purchased in the store. I then secondly asked if they have replacement bands and I got the same response. Only if you purchased in our store. The women in the phone could care less. I am very disappointed in the snobbery of this retailer. Rolex should not have them on their site as a recommended store. The higher end the watch the higher end service that should be provided. If I could give no stars review I would. El Paseo is known for its Customer Service. Leeds needs some help. Shame on you. read more

Amazing experience visiting Leeds & Son. Would definitely recommend this place. I reached out on Yelp and connected with Lindsay who was awesome. She responded quickly, really helpful and extremely friendly. When I came in the store, I was helped by Adrian. Right away, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. You can tell she really cared about us and really wanted to understand us so she can better help. You can feel that her goal was to just help us get what we are looking for and we leave happy. My husband purchased a ring for me here 11 years ago. 2 things prompted me to leave this review now. 1- A girl friend of mine was shopping for a watch here so I told her my story and she said "you need to write a review and let People know!" And I thought yes I should because I'd NEVER recommend anyone I know shop here. 2- after 11 years I finally saw someone I know have the exact same experience as me, but with a ring from Tiffany's and there customer service took care of her! Offered to replace the ring! Nothing like what Leeds and Son did for me! Soon after my husband purchased this ring it started to turn my finger green like it was straight out of a QUARTER MACHINE! I tried everything, even took it to have them clean it professionally without saying anything. Finally after some time we took it in and told them what was happening. The sales lady who sold my husband the ring was no longer there- everyone else there couldn't/wouldn't help us. Basically just told us they don't know maybe it was my hormones ( yes hormones). Totally gaslit us! Offered no help, no resolution, and sent us on our way. Now that I'm a little bit older and wiser I understand they overpriced a poor quality ring and refused to take accountability. The metal was EXTREMELY low quality and I'm sad to say the stone is also AND purchase price in the 4 digit price range- not priced as a cheap ring. I plan on putting the ring on again and will update with photos once my finger turns green. BUYER BEWARE read more

We recently moved to the high desert. New to the Coachella valley, and not wanting to search for a new AD, and not wanting to drive further than an hour from the High D, I mistakenly (and stupidly) took my Rolex Milgauss to a jeweler in Palm Springs to have it re-sized. That jeweler removed three links, and not only did he scratch all three, but he stripped the screw heads. So, I ended up driving that much further a few days later. I asked my husband to bring my Milgauss into Leeds and Son and explain what had happened. My husband's experience: he was glowing when he told me about the customer service he received. Three women helped him, and made him feel at ease. They were super nice and knowledgeable and reassured him that they'd take care of my timepiece. They talked him through everything. They even photographed the watch. he gushed over how awesome they were. My experience: I spoke with Robert on the telephone. I got to "geek out" on my timepiece with a Rolex watchmaker! Robert was and is simply amazing. I asked him for some articles about the Milgauss, and he followed through with emailing them. I could go on about how awesome the staff at Leeds and Son are, and how impressed we are thus far with the level of service and knowledge. Simply put, this is the only place we'll be going for Rolex and jewelry! read more

My experience with Bucherer 1888 aka Leeds and sons was simply the best. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and I was immediately greeted by Kristina who offered me a water before asking if I was looking for anything in particular, I wasn't dressed in designer clothes or looking very wealthy, though not to gloat, I can certainly afford what I want to buy, I only point this out because I was treated like a millionaire simply by walking in the door not by the zeros in my bank account. I told her I was looking for an omega speed master and been thinking about purchasing one for a while, she said they didn't have any new ones and apologized but they did have some certified used ones and took me to the watch case to try some on. I immediately fell in love with the watch. I told her I had left my wife, daughter and her friend in the car because I wasn't sure they would have the watch. I didn't want to disturb anyone with children in a jewelry store, even though mine are very well behaved. They are used to high end places. I left the store to retrieve them and when I returned and sat them down to complete the transaction, they were offered drinks and bribed with Swiss chocolates and quietly sat as the watch was fitted and the transaction was completed. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for fine jewelry or watches looking for a exceptional customer service experience. I saw another couple drinking champagne I imagined picking out a ring or a anniversary gift and another group with a cute dog looking at watches. This is a place that makes you feel like you are the most import person in the world to them, because to them you are, a customer. read more
