It was early in the afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised how clean and accommodating this place is. The machines were great and we got done fast. The gentleman that worked there his name was Ross so I was struggling to get my laundry out and helped me get my laundry to my vehicle.. He was cordial and polite. He even recommended a place locally to pick up some food. We are not familiar with the area so it was nice to have somebody help us out.

This is still too much but we needed for a wedding in 5 days. Her flattery stopped and the warmth became cold, business. When we picked it up, no greetings. She told the dress off the hangar and gave us the dress without a hangar, without folding it and no bag. She treated it like a piece of material... rag and just gave it to us. Didn't go over the work that was done to it. Not even a thank you or have a nice day. I guess these tactics work for her since people gave her 4.2 stars. All the best lady! But all my relatives in the area hated our experience there and will not patronizing you.
