Better staff would help. I paid $11 to wash my clothes but the machine didn't work so I told staff and he said to try another machine and he would not compensate me for the extra cost of washing my clothes in another machine. It's not the money that is important, it's the principle of running a business.... I don't recommend this place read more

Great experience here. As others have said it's very clean! I didn't see a scrap of garbage on the floor! The machines look pretty new and nothing was out of service from what I saw. There's also a lot of options for the size of washer and dryers. You can easily wash and dry huge comforters. Their options for payment are convenient too! There's a change machine on the back wall. If you think using the laundromat will be a regular thing they have an app! If you forgot your soap they have a little station too. Or you can walk next door to Walgreens. Parking is really easy. There isn't much going on this side of the parking lot. You can easily walk to some local restaurants if you don't want to wait around. The owner was nice. I saw him help people with pushing the cart to their car and back. It helps the area feel safer having an attendant. read more

We will start off with this laundry Matt loss it's 5 star service. They man that works is great ! The owner is incosiderate and customer service is horrible. Reason: I bought the 6x load no water came Out for 5 mins as it turned . The load next to me started same time and the soap was there bubbles all that..... my washer ..... No soap suds so water ........ I ask for help .. he comes he helps he calls her she restarts the washer .... water came out a litter more that previously ..... My wash is doke my clothes STINK I ask him to ask her if I pay for another load and split this load in half can I get help with one load she said NO Yes I'm not coming back .... The washing in the front on the side closer to the door don't use ! read more

My husband and I went here to laundry our king sized comforters & coma inducer blanket. Our washer/dryer at home isn't large enough. They have the larger washer machines, two huge xl ones in the front and another i think 4 smaller (but still large) ones on the left side of it. When we tried going on the weekend it was super packed so we went during the weekday and it wasn't as busy but still quite a few people. One of the xl machines didn't work, but the worker came by to quickly fix it. I would go again to laundry my big blankets. read more

My usual laundromat was closed (over on Serrano by the Walmart). And I desperately needed to clean a few items quickly. Luckily I was in the area and found JC's launderland. The space is very tiny but super clean. It's hard to navigate around with others in the space but it gets the job done. A bit pricey as well (my other laundromat charges $5.00 to wash here it's $6.50* I believe. Overall super clean and nice people around. Clean area even in the plaza and feels much safer than most places. read more

My only reservation is that it gets busy at night and the weekends. If you can get in early after work, you're better off. The owner is usually on site and keeps the place very clean. It's well lit and busy enough to be safe. Do you have the option of using change or using a Phone app and the phone app is flat out amazing. I do two or three loads of laundry and set the dryer For over an hour and the app registers each machine and then combines all your billing onto your credit card. Not having to carry a sack of quarters and spend 10 minutes putting individual coins into the machine makes me feel like we live in a new civilization. read more

This laundry mat is on Spring road near the Walgreens. The biggest washer cost $10.50. Second to largest is $8.50. Smallest load $3.50. The other two sizes are $5.00-$6.50. Dryer will cost you about $1-$1.75 depending on what you are drying. They have an attendant here that cleans and if you have any questions. They offer wash and gold service Monday-Friday through appointment only. See pictures for cost per load for that service. Clean, well-maintained and spacious. Everything works and all 3 times I've used it, I saw an employee or security guard. The fellow customers have been friendly. I only use it for oversized items like comforters but I gladly come back. Walgreens is next door if you need more than the single-use washing supplies in the machine. They also have a drink machine. read more

This is the cleanest laundry mat in Vallejo. The washers & dryers are brand new and top of the line .It's also the cheapest. Yesterday was my first day their and I got to meet the owner. He was soo very nice and extremely helpful. So kind as to offer help with my cart to my car. I get in my car and it wouldn't start! I asked the "Owner " if I could get a start and he stopped cleaning the washers immediately and helped me again.It took awhile but he got my car started .Thank's to him I got home safely and didn't have to call a tow truck .I really appreciated his help & patience soo much. From now on I will only go to this laundry mat because he was a complete gentleman. And he has THE CLEANEST MOST EFFICIENT PROFESSIONAL LAUNDRY MAT IN VALLEJO! read more

I went to Jc yes it's clean in there but none of the machines are compatible with the app that I download it do not download the app you will waste yourself I do not buy dollar store soap so I wasted a fair amount of decent laundry soap which has me very highly upset yes the lady called me back but the app does not work just stick to quarters read more
