These new owners took over for the Asian Family that owned Willards. I loved them and I had. I idea they sold their business These new people are thieves and don't know how to alter clothes. On two separate occasions I had my clothes altered and they overpriced the alteration. The 2nd time was just on 7/15. A simple skirt alteration for$75 which is highway robbery. The skirt was so short I couldn't wear it. So my money was a complete loss. I plan on filing a complaint with Consumer protection. I will also report to the agency that regulates dry cleaners. Had a last minute fashion emergency and willard's saved the day! I needed a dress altered and hemmed with a day turnaround, called a bunch of places and nobody was willing to work with such a short time which was super understandable until i called willard's and they were kind and willing to help. I wasn't able to get the seamstress name but I was told upon arrival that she only works part time, most days until 12, and yet she took my dress in and said she would come in early to get it done. Dropped my dress off Wednesday morning hoping to have it ready by 12pm the latest Thursday, got a call Thursday morning that my dress was ready! It was 8am! Mind you this was a corset dress which meant she had to literally take it apart and put it back together. Perfect timing & I caught my flight out at 1pm, no delays! LIFE SAVER!!! The dress came out beautifully and fit like a glove. I'm extremely grateful to have found such an amazing team! Have you ever called a dry cleaners and the person just seemed COMPLETELY disinterested in your business? I have and this place is NOT that type of business. I called Willard's after several attempts of unsuccessful calls to other cleaners (who either picked up, were unfriendly, and did not offer an alternative day or time, or their sign says open but were not) in town but Daniel answered, was friendly, and said for me to swing by. I swung by and I said "Whoa!" because it is it a drive thru! That is definitely a cool concept. There is no need to get out of the car. Daniel was there, gave awesome customer service, took my clothes, and in return I got a ticket to pick up my clothes in a couple of days. EASY PEASY! Little did I know that today was the day I will have my eyes be brought to a new light. It's a celebration that I found a cleaner! This place has a lot of great things going on in addition to great promos for dry cleaning especially for me being in the medical field (first responder) which I was looking for due to my long hours and stress. I dropped off many items to have taken care of and a Knights jersey (I'm originally from Vegas don't hate me!) Daniel was the man that took care of me. He was super cool and thorough with my order. I bought a couch in 2021, a teal colored velvety dry clean only upholstery extravaganza. Two terriers and an odoriferous basset hound later, I was embarrassed to have guests sit on it ( the dogs were pretty sure it was their bed ). So, I unzipped the covers ( thank goodness for that ), and off they went to Willard's. They did a beautiful job! No more dog odor and looks brand new! Price was beyond reasonable. This place is HORRIDDDDD! Do not even bother.... I had previously brought my 5X7 wool rug to be cleaned a couple of times... I brought it over again yesterday and the VERY RUDE woman there refused to clean the rug. WTF? I had the thing done there previously with no issue... I told her that the gentleman in the past had taken it and I had no issue, she then told me no men worked there... WTF? She said she was the owner...and just kept saying she never cleaned the rug....WTF? Now, with Vallejo in the financial noose its in, and places of business closing left, right and center, there is actually a business refusing work? Work that had been done previous by the same place? I had enjoyed coming here for my dry cleaning needs because it was convenient and friendly. However, when I picked up my silk sweater set, I noticed that there were two holes. I brought them back to ask if the holes could be repaired. Rather than finding a solution, Willard's was more concerned about repeatedly informing me that the holes were not a result of the dry cleaning. I simply wanted to know if the holes could be mended. After getting nowhere, I finally gave up and went back to my normal dry cleaners and paid for the repair. read more

This is a great dry cleaning business that also has a drive through pickup/dropoff covered service (a driveway area with a roof covering the entire area by the front door so your car and your stay out of the rain and they can help you load/unload right while you stay in your car), which most others don't have. When it's raining out I don't like to go in and pick up my clothes so this bonus is really nice. They've always been very professional, friendly and helpful and have gone the extra mile for me many times. I took a vintage 1950s raw silk dress in on a recommendation from Elaine over at Crown Tailors and man was I BLOWN AWAY!!! If you're a vintage hoarder like me, you know how scary it is to take your vintage items in to the dry cleaners. The dress looks BRAND NEW and so much better than I could have ever imagined.
