I found Fresh Laundries while searching for dry cleaning services for my husband and I's wedding attire. Placing an order was easy to do online. My wedding dress cost about $100 for dry cleaning and preservation in a nice keepsake box. My husband's barong Tagalog cost $19 to dry clean and his undershirt for the barong cost $6.99. We opted for pick up and delivery to our home. Service was friendly and our clothes came back in great condition. I went in store to pay for my order since my card wasn't working for the online payment. I was able to speak with one of the owners, Cleo, who was very kind and you could tell he is passionate about his business. Parking was easy and the inside of the laundromat was clean. The only I issue I had was that the delivery date for my dress was incorrect. I waited at home from 8 AM to 12 PM (the estimated timeframe of delivery) the day our laundry was supposed to be delivered and ended up calling the store to inquire where it was. I think the company can improve by giving a more accurate delivery date for special items like wedding dresses or update the customer via text or phone call if the expected delivery date has changed. Thankfully, my husband was able to be home on the new delivery date to receive our clothes. That being said, I still had an overall great experience with Fresh Laundries due to the friendly service, ease of booking the dry cleaning service, fair price, and the outcome of the dry cleaning. I would definitely use them again if I need something else dry cleaned in the future. read more

This place was a great place to do laundry. However, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting..It looked as if someone had peed in the corner of the bathroom. I would definitely come back to do bigger loads. But they could do a bit better with their cleaning. read more

It's my first time here and I love the card option, how clean is it, the baskets with a slanted side. It is on the smaller side but if you use the mascara app, it tells you how busy it is. Small laundromat, reasonable prices for self-service machines. They have washers with high water extraction so clothes take less time to dry. Located in a sketchy strip mall. A homeless man walked through and tried to steal stuff out of my laundry bag then continued to walk around looking for other stuff to steal. The employees are very nice but not one even the man asked this guy to leave. Two drug addicts asked me for money in the parking lot. It was my first time at fresh laundries and I was very satisfied with the service. I accidentally put my card in the wrong machine and Cleo (owner) helped me right away. Cleo welcomed me as it was my first time there and gave some tips when using the laundry machines. While I did my laundry, I noticed how Cleo, his lovely family, and staff welcomed people at the door and spoke to everyone. The place is clean, staff are friendly, and if you need help with anything, they are available! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place! After you accused me for lying that I stole my own laundry and made yourself and the company rhe victim? You Never return my calls like you said you would and it took you over a month for you to return 24 pounds of my lost laundry's. This wasn't the first time your company lost my laundr, or the second itr the third time. Also, your company bleached my entire new set of towels, which was quite expensive. Own your errors, take responsibility, compensate clients, stop playing the victim. And when I requested for some compensation for my lost clothes (which I had to buy a new wardrob..you never replied, but accused me, and said your driver is 100% sure that all my items were dropped off because they "weighed" the items, but only to get a reply from you over a month later saying Oh sorry, but we deliver it to someone else by mistake and it took you over a month to realize your company made a mistake. When I reached out to you and your workers reached to you about it, you said you were driving to the store and would back to me within 3 hours. You never did! You said Oh sorry, I ended up going to a birthday party, and never heard back from you until days later, and that was after I was accused of stealing my own clothes, but then you send me a text saying you did make a mistake, I asked to be compensated and then what happened? Dead silence. You Never replied, no response, no compensation. Just a "Oh sorry, we found your clothes, you were right and we made a mistake". I mean seriously? Your customer service is the worse. Own your errors and please don't try to make your responses sound like everything turned out to be great. I have made sure to tell others about how you treated me, your lack of clarity, transparency and honestly. You and your company are not the victims, so please stop trying to make it sound like your resolved the issue with integrity. You accused me and treated me like crap. I was a customer for over a year and continued to give you the benefit of the doubt, but no, not anymore. Own your errors and stop playing the victim because you are not. read more

I just left Fresh laundries and let me tell you, Sylvia was extremely kind and very helpful. She went above and beyond helping me figure out how to operate the machines and was very informative about their pick up and drop off laundry service. I will be using this service often. The facility is extremely clean and all washers and dryers are new and operational and there's plenty of machines for everyone. I went at around 10am to do a ton of laundry and there's was plenty of people and I still had enough washers to do all my laundry.. I needed 12 washers and there was still plenty for others to use. This place was amazing. Also I wanna mention that they also have plenty of supplies at their disposal if you run out and need extra washing detergent, softener, bleach or laundry sanitizer.. This is the first time I've had to use a laundromat due to house renovations. I had many concerns and took time to look thru yelp for the best and cleanest business and hoped for the best. Came across Fresh Laundries and read good reviews. Decided to call but no answer. A short while later, the owner called me back and that convinced me to at least check the place out. The place was clean, new, staff was very friendly and informative. Dropped laundry the next day for their 24 drop off/pick up service. I had no time to devote watching my laundry so I decided to have them do it. I found the price fair and reasonable especially for the amount of laundry we had. I didn't pay for the folding service as that's something I can do myself. I must say I was very happy with how they neatly put all the clothes back in the bags even without the paid folding service. No wrinkles! Went back again the next week for the same service. No lost items, not one missing sock (what a miracle). My son even left a small item with his shirt and we didn't even notice it was gone until they called me to let me know they were holding on to it for us to claim it back. Overall, very satisfied with their service! Very trustworthy and would definitely go back if I ever need to do laundry outside the home again.
