She pointed to another latino lady and said she couldnt bend down. I was 10 mins late on the clothes; I FULLY get it when its 30-40 mins passed and you have a business to run, but thats majorly jumping the gun. I appreciated his honesty that it was better to buy new appliances than keep repairing the old ones that were on their last legs. He told me to call Kenny who patiently answered all my questions about purchasing the new appliances, plus we also had a great conversation about life! Today Kenny and James arrived on time and efficiently removed the old machines and connected the new ones. It was a great experience all round! As a customer of one of the machines they service, my daughter was having trouble with their app double charging her for the same load of laundry. Not only were they so responsive about refunding the charge & then some, but they also troubleshooted and pointed to the reasons they suspected it was happening (bad T-mobile connection was messing up the app). This type of prompt, courteous customer service is UNHEARD OF these days, especially for a single small-revenue customer. 100% satisfied and so shocked at this fantastic customer service that I had to leave a review.
