Quick turn around time! Fair price. $75 to trim about 6 inches off of my dress. I brought it on a Friday and she had it ready for me to pick up on Tuesday with no rush fee. read more

Extremely Rude Owner - Unprofessional and Disrespectful I was appalled by the owner's behavior and complete lack of customer service. When I walked in, she was assisting another customer, and I immediately noticed how rude and disrespectful she was toward them. My first instinct was to turn around and leave, but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. When it was my turn, I received the same rude and dismissive treatment. She was impatient, abrupt, and clearly uninterested in listening to what I needed. I was simply trying to explain and show her the alterations I wanted for my formal dress, but she repeatedly failed to give me her attention. What I found particularly unacceptable was that while I was trying to speak with her, she was sorting through another customer's clothing brought in for dry cleaning and placing those items directly on top of my formal dress. I found this careless, unsanitary, and completely disrespectful of my belongings. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and proper care when handling my clothing. None of those expectations were met. The owner's attitude toward both the customer before me and myself was unacceptable. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected simply for requesting a service. I rarely feel compelled to leave a negative review, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt others should be aware. I would not recommend this establishment and will not be returning. I recommend Dream It Clean. Jodelle was able to make the alterations exactly as needed and excellent service with a quick turnaround!! read more

I used Golden Cleaners to sew patches on two backpacks. I supplied the patches which were flags of different countries. I turned them both in at the same time. The first bag they did not sew the flags straight, but what really got me was they sewed through the pocket into the main bag cutting my pocket space in half. This is not what was requested and should have warranted a call/conversation to see if I would be okay with this. And they acknowledged this, but wouldn't offer to fix it, just to cut them all off. The second bag the flags were not sewn on straight so I asked to have it redone. She redid them and they were straight, but two were upside down . I asked to have these two fixed so they would be right side up and they did. But they were sewn on crooked again. I gave up after this... I figured they would be able to do this easy. I was wrong. As a last note, they charged $130 for sewing 13 patches improperly on two bags. read more

I've gone in here for alterations and a dry cleaning of a winter jacket. I believe the owner is who you interact with and she's nice. There's a little changing area to try on your clothes needing altering. Turn around time is about a week for anything I've brought in but I think that's just standard as she does ask if it's needed back sooner. Pricing point seems to be on par with other cleaners. The location is right off the freeway in the Walmart strip mall and is easy to get in and out of. read more

I have my wedding in June and I trusted them with my wedding dress for altering and pressing. I couldn't have asked for better, I got about 6 inches off the bottom, 7 bustles added, my straps shortened, and the whole thing steamed and pressed, and it is perfect and it cost only $450 and it fits perfect and I feel beautiful. They were so fast and accommodating as I live in Hawaii and my wedding is in California, they knew just how to handle it. read more

Great quality. I'm so happy to have found a new tailor. I went to Yasu's in Fairfield for years. But the quality went downhill suddenly. Golden Cleaners did a great job on 5 pairs of my slacks. If you have wide legged pants, it will cost a little extra. read more

Went to hem a couple of my jeans . Great service and quick turn around (less than 2weeks) , they even pressed my jeans :) very happy

I've used their services a few times for cleaning and alterations to pants. Always satisfied with the end result. Affordable and on time as promised. No complaints. read more

They altered a dress for me. Excellent work, and they were able to do it by the next day.

I called to get my husband's suit dry cleaned. She was very rude and I told her when I needed to have the suit by. I asked how much it would cost and she hung up on me. I called back a few times thinking maybe it was just disconnected by accident but nope, she not only hung up but then forwarded all my calls to voicemail? I was highly confused because all I did was call and ask for a dry cleaning and the price. Unfortunately, I wouldn't go to this place based upon my first interaction with them. Terrible customer service. read more

Wen to have a dress altered here and they have been amazing and attentive to the needs and time frame! I found this place on yelp and will definitely recommend! read more

I've been getting dry cleaning and alterations done here for the past few years now. Both alterations and dry cleaning have quick turn around times. I was able to get suit pants hemmed and cuffed with next-day pickup. In my time of coming here, she has been consistent with her quality and service. However, I dropped off 4 suits to get dry-cleaned. One of the pants needed to be sewn. I paid for the sewing. I picked up the order later on in the week, everything was great except the rip in the pants was not fixed. I was charged for it. I came back a couple of weeks later, because I was going out of town. I mentioned the mishap to her, because on my trip I realized that the suit pants were not sewn (so I couldn't wear them). I was expecting her to fix the error, but she was going to charge me double to sew it, when it wasn't fixed in the first place. Great quality; however, I recommend doing small orders otherwise some issues might be overlooked. read more

We have gone here a couple times and it is always fast and easy. She will always try to get back to you as fast as possible

My white coat was in dire need of being dry cleaned, but I wasn't sure which dry cleaners to take it to since my husband and I moved a couple of months ago. I searched on Yelp and found Golden Cleaners. They had a ton of excellent reviews, so I decided to take my white coat here. The woman working here greeted me upon arrival. She was super friendly and even curious about what I do. We chatted a bit before I paid for my service and handed my white coat over. Even when I returned to pick it up, a week later, she was still kind and friendly. My white coat looked immaculate! It looked brand new! I was very impressed and I plan on taking my belonging there from now on. I highly recommend taking your goods to Golden Cleaners! read more

Dropped of my wedding gown to get pressed/steamed, once it was picked up, she "found" a black stain on the back. Keep in mind, this dress has been covered n plastic until I dropped it off here. Quick service but very disappointed that my dress is now stained. Can't say I'll be back again. read more

I went in a week before my wedding and had a couple items altered. They came out great. The lady who works the front counter is super sweet and very nice. Didn't spend too much money and I got a great deal of work done would super recommend them. read more

I've brought several items here for dry cleaning and alterations (dresses and jumpsuits for my alterations), and I was a satisfied customer each time. They do a good job here and everything comes out to my liking. One time I brought a dress in just for alterations and it was pressed as well when I went to pick it up. Turn-around time is usually just a few days - I usually drop things off on Saturday and am given a Wednesday pickup time. Prices here seem pretty reasonable and parking is no problem as it's in a strip mall type of place. I will definitely return for my dry cleaning/alterations needs in the future. read more

Looked on yelp to see if I can find a suit to Taylor for my kid. Saw a few but I was still unsure. Ran across Golden cleaners liked the reviews and 5 stars. We went and was greeted immediately while owner was helping another customer. That's a Plus in my book, watched her with that customer and was impressed. Then our turn, not only did she do good measurements but she gave intel on what not to do. We were in and out with a date to come pick up suit. Have been back again and will continue. Make sure you tell her what you want or is wrong she will fix . read more

Excellent work and the work was perfectly done. However, it's so pricey. The owner was easy to deal with.

I have used their alterations services several times and I've never been disappointed. I recently taken a dress to be hemmed, and the amount for this alteration was again reasonably price. Always have gotten my clothes back fast and with no wrinkles. read more

The woman at the counter that greeted me and help me was super friendly and personable , and obviously very experienced! She decided right away what needed to be done with my dress and over-jacket in order to make them beautiful for my upcoming wedding. The dress needed a new zipper to be put in and both needed to be cleaned. As they both were covered in "pearls", special care was needed to clean them. When I picked up the garments they were both sparkling bright and clean! I had originally found the set at a consignment store, and thought the dress and jacket were separate but happened to coordinate with each other, as the colors were slightly different between the two. To my surprise, the pieces matched perfectly, it's just that the jacket had been so soiled it actually appeared to be a different color than the dress! The zipper that was replaced was an invisible one end. It looks so much better than the original conventional zipper that showed. Also, the seamstress added a hook and eye to the front of the jacket which completed the look. My dress was ready on time, it was sparkling clean and beautiful; it was ready for a very grateful bride! Great job!!! read more

I had them clean my wedding dress that had a huge purple ice cream stain and they were able to take it completely out Keep in mind I brought it in 3 days after the wedding so it was still kinda fresh. It took 3 weeks for me to get it back. They wrapped it up in plastic and used a hanger with a bodice to keep the shape. Very friendly employees as well read more

I have been using Golden Cleaners for over 15 years. They have always been very courteous and helpful. The pricing is reasonable and the service is always within one week. Recently, the Knights of Columbus were performing a Coats for Kids drive. I discussed the event with the owners and dropped off over 50 kids' jackets. The idea was to clean the coats then donate them to kids in need. The owners of Golden Cleaners offered to clean them for free as a donation to the cause!! Their contribution was amazing and helped a lot of kids. Many thanks to the owners of Golden Cleaners. They are truly wonderful people. read more

I am so upset! I dropped my daughter's prom dress off 9 days ago for alterations. The lady said if we wanted to alter length too, then come back with shoes. We didn't do that assuming she would still do the other alterations. I call today and let the lady know I wasn't going to alter length and that I would come pick up today and she said dress was ready. We show up tonight and no alterations were done! She said oh I thought you didn't want any alterations then. I'm like what?! She still had the dress pinned to alter and didn't do any of it after having the dress over a week! Now we have 4 days to do anything ourselves!! I will never go here again!! Worse customer service and communication I have experienced. read more

My daughter has had several items altered here and has been happy every time. Also happy with dry cleaning.

I called ahead because I needed to get a mother of the groom dress pressed. They said to drop it off the day before and I could pick it up by 10 the next day. When I came to pick it up at noon the next day it was not even started. I waited 10 - 15 minutes while they pressed it. They charged me $28 to press it. When I questioned the price, she said it was very complicated and very difficult. I'm thinking 10 minutes? Anyway, won't go back there. read more

Golden Cleaners is the best. I've gone to them for several years for both my husband's dry cleaning and getting my own clothes tailored, and their work is flawless 100% of the time. Golden Cleaners is a wonderful family owned dry cleaning business. The owner knows all her customers by name and provides prompt and courteous service to all. I have even had her sew on boy scout badges, missing buttons from suit pants, hem pants and adjust seams in sweaters, etc. All work is done with high quality craftsmanship. She also provides quick turn around service for those who need a clean suit within a day and cleans those large comforters and down blankets that cannot be washed in a regular washing machine.
