I've gone in here for alterations and a dry cleaning of a winter jacket. I believe the owner is who you interact with and she's nice. There's a little changing area to try on your clothes needing altering. Turn around time is about a week for anything I've brought in but I think that's just standard as she does ask if it's needed back sooner. Pricing point seems to be on par with other cleaners. I've been getting dry cleaning and alterations done here for the past few years now. Both alterations and dry cleaning have quick turn around times. I was able to get suit pants hemmed and cuffed with next-day pickup. In my time of coming here, she has been consistent with her quality and service. However, I dropped off 4 suits to get dry-cleaned. One of the pants needed to be sewn. I paid for the sewing. I picked up the order later on in the week, everything was great except the rip in the pants was not fixed. I was charged for it. I came back a couple of weeks later, because I was going out of town. I mentioned the mishap to her, because on my trip I realized that the suit pants were not sewn (so I couldn't wear them). I was expecting her to fix the error, but she was going to charge me double to sew it, when it wasn't fixed in the first place. Great quality; however, I recommend doing small orders otherwise some issues might be overlooked. read more

They do a good job here and everything comes out to my liking. One time I brought a dress in just for alterations and it was pressed as well when I went to pick it up. Turn-around time is usually just a few days - I usually drop things off on Saturday and am given a Wednesday pickup time. The woman at the counter that greeted me and help me was super friendly and personable , and obviously very experienced! She decided right away what needed to be done with my dress and over-jacket in order to make them beautiful for my upcoming wedding. The dress needed a new zipper to be put in and both needed to be cleaned. As they both were covered in "pearls", special care was needed to clean them. When I picked up the garments they were both sparkling bright and clean! I had originally found the set at a consignment store, and thought the dress and jacket were separate but happened to coordinate with each other, as the colors were slightly different between the two. To my surprise, the pieces matched perfectly, it's just that the jacket had been so soiled it actually appeared to be a different color than the dress! The zipper that was replaced was an invisible one end. It looks so much better than the original conventional zipper that showed. Also, the seamstress added a hook and eye to the front of the jacket which completed the look. My dress was ready on time, it was sparkling clean and beautiful; it was ready for a very grateful bride! Great job!!! read more

I had them clean my wedding dress that had a huge purple ice cream stain and they were able to take it completely out Keep in mind I brought it in 3 days after the wedding so it was still kinda fresh. It took 3 weeks for me to get it back. They wrapped it up in plastic and used a hanger with a bodice to keep the shape. Very friendly employees as well read more

Recently, the Knights of Columbus were performing a Coats for Kids drive. I discussed the event with the owners and dropped off over 50 kids' jackets. I called ahead because I needed to get a mother of the groom dress pressed. They said to drop it off the day before and I could pick it up by 10 the next day. When I came to pick it up at noon the next day it was not even started. I waited 10 - 15 minutes while they pressed it. They charged me $28 to press it. When I questioned the price, she said it was very complicated and very difficult. I'm thinking 10 minutes? Anyway, won't go back there. read more

I am so upset! I dropped my daughter's prom dress off 9 days ago for alterations. The lady said if we wanted to alter length too, then come back with shoes. We didn't do that assuming she would still do the other alterations. I call today and let the lady know I wasn't going to alter length and that I would come pick up today and she said dress was ready. We show up tonight and no alterations were done! She said oh I thought you didn't want any alterations then. I'm like what?! She still had the dress pinned to alter and didn't do any of it after having the dress over a week! This cleaner is the bomb. I lived in Vacaville about six months and moved down to Suisun, but I wont use anyone else. As an example, I have a wonderful vintage Hawaiian dress that is not color fast. Of course I didn't know that when I put some water on it and thought I had ruined it. They spent almost an hour bringing back to its prime.
