We love this place nice and cool inside .we use extra large cap washers holds 6 loads we wash our bedspreads here and any floor rugs 12.00 for 30 min wash . It's worth it rather than tear up you washing machine at home. 12.00 cheaper than a repair or maybe even a new washer. Thumbs up here. And I'm paying for electricity . There pretty clean . This place was very disappointing. While l at their web site it states a price for single loads and lower price on Wednesdays. No e of this is true. Their single load was $1.00 more than stated on the site and no lower cost on Wednesday, which happen to be the day I went to check out this business. I went to do a a few simple things so the lower rate and an even lower one on Wednesday was my main decision to check out 5his location. I was very disappointed that the web site was incorrect. This place is so awesome. I've never seen anything like it. These are some commercial grade washers! The biggest one is the size of my car! It looks like it stands 5' high and 5' wide! From an email I sent: "I called on 02/17/2024 to discuss the behavior and sudden hour change. According to you, the hours for the "last wash," had been 8:30pm for years. I know this is not true as I found a picture taken from last year that stated last wash was at " 9pm." Clearly you were gaslighting me and/or didn't want to deal with me. I have been going to this place for years. Your website also states last load at 9:00pm. This has been like this for years. You also talked over me when I tried to talk. Last month, I and another patron waited for one of your workers to show up to close the mat. We called you, and simply told us to just close the door. You never said thank you, and were very short with us. That typical closing woman is a nightmare. EVERY time I have gone for the past 5 months, she ALWAYS gives me lip. From tonight with the sudden time change, to nearly locking me out to retrieve my clothes because it was 10pm when in fact it was 9:55pm, to her telling me to relax when her dog has free range over the mat, her telling me I need to leave when I am in the middle of putting my clothes in the basket when it is only 9:50pm. I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am at this customer service. I have been very loyal and even concerned(waiting for your workers to close) to this establishment. I chose this place because of how clean and nice it was. Never had any issues. Don't know if you are a new owner, or you lost your stride. Either way, unless you can admit you were wrong about the time change and made a mistake, apologize, and also fix the website time, you have lost a customer. My go to family owned laundromat anytime I've got bedsheets, blankets or just too many clothes for my personal washer & dryer to handle! First of the location is convenient, with plenty of parking. Not to mention the store is always clean. Secondly the machines. There're plenty of machines with almost every-single one of them in good working order. Whenever I make a trip here the machines are spotless, almost as if they're brand-new. Prices are quite fair in my opinion, and they'll even have weekly deals for the dryers. I spoken with the owners once before when my clothes had gotten stuck in a machine. They came to the store and remedied the situation. The amenities here are lovely as well, change machine or the option to use my credit card/Apple Pay. Over all wonderful establishment! read more

I've been doing my laundry here for like 4+ years now. Even when I lived in ff, I drove here to do my laundry versus going to all the other nasty musty laundromats on every corner. I live in Davis now and still come here because it's so clean and they have deal days. There's someone always on duty every night to make sure the laundromat is clean and I appreciate that a lot. The machines are newer and huge. The laundromat is also in a nice area compared to the ones in ff which is why I choose to go here. I've never had any issues with machines except for my card not being read when I know I have money on it. It's never really busy here which I enjoy a lot. Overall, I recommend this laundromat if you live in vv or even in ff. read more

This place has the great promotion of free drying on Tuesdays. Their prices are reasonable and the customers and staff are so helpful. It says last wash is at 9pm, but they aRe very lenient about the time, which I highly appreciate it. Their machines and business space is very clean. They have washers and dryers for all sizes. Check out their website and they will update you on their promotions. Prices are also listed on the website. So far from what I know is Tuesdays is free dryers and Wednesday is a $1 off your wash. I live in Fairfield, and I don't mind driving here to get the peace of mind. I hope this helps! read more

My dryer recently went out but I have used the facility a few times before. Overall its clean and the machines are kept up and are clean inside However, Stacey tops the ratings for this place. Her friendly helpful attitude is amazing. She let me finish drying my laundry while she vacuumed and cleaned up. By the time she was done the place looked like it was brand new!! Great place to do laundry!! Not that busy. They have some good deals throughout the week. Only downfall would be that they don't have a lot of machines and it's not that big like some laundry places but it's a quick little spot you can hit up with reasonably priced washes. This is my first time here and I totally forgot my detergent at home and without thinking I had already started a load -.- So I asked the person who was working at the time if he could stop the washer and he was kind enough to help me out. He also was kind enough to give me a free load due to my mistake. So I'm greatful for that. read more

So this is a 2 part review. First part is the establishment itself based on my visit on 4/29/18 doing my laundry. When I arrived parking is a little dicey and you may have to do some walking to get in but I did find a spot not too far away. Inside was okay I wouldn't rave the words clean in fact at the time there was a considerable amount of clutter (garbage) on the ground. The man working at the time was slowly cleaning though so benefit of the doubt maybe he just came in and there was a gap. I was happy to see the machines had a debit/credit option if needed but the machines were coin operated. Prices were slightly higher than other places but the machines were far larger so it balanced out. All in all not a bad place I would go back if I had to but I live across town so if I have to do my laundry I'll probably go close to home ... BUT ... This is for the Wash 'N' Fold service. That day mentioned above I called to learn about the service and was a little disappointed that the number to call was a personal cell phone but didn't get too disappointed kind of made sense. Anyway Kelly called me back shortly after my call and gave me the pricing and details and honestly it blew me away! She supplies the soap, bleach, softener, etc. She washes, dries, and folds. So I decided to give it a try and called her this week to setup an appointment. Dropped off my laundry yesterday morning and prepaid. She was a bit backed up so I had to pick up today which wasn't a big issue, this is just me though going forward I want to try to arrange a drop off before work and hopefully pick up after. Anyway I came by today to pick up and she had all my clothes folded and put neatly in large white bags. The bags were packed in such a way that no matter how I handled the bag the clothes didn't go anywhere which I really appreciated! I won't put the cost here because you never know when/if they may need to increase but I will say that if you break down the cost of doing your laundry correctly (i.e. separating colors, buying the proper supplies bleach/soap/softener/etc, cost of the machines, and your time spent at the laundromat and folding) this really is an unbelievable deal. I definitely though will be staying on top of my laundry and doing more frequent. Didn't realize my laundry containers held so much and laundry weighed that much LOL. Anyway long story short if you want laundry done right and need some time management then consider this service it's worth it! read more

I stop by the dry some clothes, and I was very disappointed in this establishment. I put a quarter and a dryer that felt warm to the touch and I only got five minutes dry time. After the five minutes, the dryer was still not very hot. I normally go to love laundry in Midtown Sacramento, and I have a dramatically different experience there. The dryer times are set longer and their dryers actually get hot to the touch. Uncomfortably hot. That's what I expected from this establishment, and they let me down. I did call the owner of this establishment, and they offered me 30 minutes free dry time. That was a nice offer, but that's not what I was looking for. I was looking for the dryers to be hot like they are at the other laundromat. read more

I went about 8:00pm on a Saturday night. Lots of machines available. I only washed my blankets and towels...the dryer took forever! I used the large dryers, only put two blankets in each and it took me about 45 min to dry...25 cents per 5 min :/ I'm guessing this place cost more than others because you are able to use your card if needed. I agree with most comments that this is a nice, clean, laundry that is run efficiently. The large machines are particularly helpful with comforters. I do want to note, though, that they NO LONGER PROVIDE WASH & FOLD services. They haven't removed it from the website yet, but I called and they said they are not taking any new customers for this service. Bummer! read more

I saw a shout out for the wash and fold service at Vacaville Laundryworks on the Vacaville Community Facebook page. I knew my son could benefit from this service. I gave him the info. He called and set up a time for Kelly to do his laundry. He dropped everything off around 11am and it was all done by 1:30. Washed, dried and folded. She supplied everything. They charge per pound. He had not done laundry in 5 weeks. The cost was amazing. He was thrilled with the service. read more

This is my new favorite laundromat. It is recently remodeled with new machines and fresh modern color paint. There are lots of front loading 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 load washers as well as several one load toploading machines. Some of the machines accept credit cards as well as cash. Several TVs and a snack-vending machine provide entertainment while you wait. Plenty of seating around the store. Seems pretty clean. Weekly specials are $1 off all washes on Wednesday, and free drying on Tuesday evening if you wash here. read more

I have come here to do laundry for a long time now and live across town and drive here just to wash clothes. I love this laundry mat. Just an example of how great the management here is, me and my fiance were loading clothes in the washer and he failed to tell me that there was more clothes after the start buttons were pressed. I was frustrated cause I couldn't stop the washer. The lady who works here heard us in our frustration and offered to call Herb the owner and stop the washer so we could load the rest of our clothes. He worked with us promptly and was very nice and extremely helpful. So I give this place 5 stars. They're amazing!!!! read more
