They have consistently come through with excellent washing, top-notch communication, great prices, timeliness, and an openness to figure out creative solutions. Laundry is HARD! Everyone's got their different preferences, there's tons of things to keep track of, and traffic and logistics is completely unpredictable in the Bay Area. I've used several different services in SF and in Oakland and Lave Wash is by far the best. I am so happy to have found when I did, after another service just didn't work out. Thank you so much Nikila and Coy and everyone else!

I've had a great experience with them and highly recommend their service!

I found Fresh Laundries while searching for dry cleaning services for my husband and I's wedding…read moreattire. Placing an order was easy to do online. My wedding dress cost about $100 for dry cleaning and preservation in a nice keepsake box. My husband's barong Tagalog cost $19 to dry clean and his undershirt for the barong cost $6.99. We opted for pick up and delivery to our home. Service was friendly and our clothes came back in great condition. I went in store to pay for my order since my card wasn't working for the online payment. I was able to speak with one of the owners, Cleo, who was very kind and you could tell he is passionate about his business. Parking was easy and the inside of the laundromat was clean. The only I issue I had was that the delivery date for my dress was incorrect. I waited at home from 8 AM to 12 PM (the estimated timeframe of delivery) the day our laundry was supposed to be delivered and ended up calling the store to inquire where it was. I think the company can improve by giving a more accurate delivery date for special items like wedding dresses or update the customer via text or phone call if the expected delivery date has changed. Thankfully, my husband was able to be home on the new delivery date to receive our clothes. That being said, I still had an overall great experience with Fresh Laundries due to the friendly service, ease of booking the dry cleaning service, fair price, and the outcome of the dry cleaning. I would definitely use them again if I need something else dry cleaned in the future.

Located in the Laundromat across from Black Bear Diner and in the back. I don't know the lady's name but she was very nice and helpful! It was extremely busy when I arrived with both regular patrons and their laundry and the Fluff N Fold service (day before NYE.) It took a few hours for my items to get done (she sent a text when they were ready) but I was already prepared given that I witnessed it being really busy! Totally loved the convenience! Everything smelled good, was folded well including my socks and underwear, and were placed in clear bags to keep them orderly and sanitary. Plus it was super affordable! Cheaper than a lot of other places. Definitely recommend!

Without getting too into detail, I had let my laundry pile up for a long time and it got so overwhelming I couldn't handle it. I don't have onsite laundry where I live. I found this service online and Jamie responded to me right away, she didn't make me feel embarrassed or ashamed at all, she provided me with a quote just based on how I described it as I had no clue what the weight would be, I was shocked at how inexpensive the quote was and I was certain that it would end up being way more for the amount I had It actually came in way under !!!!! I can't tell you how good it felt to have clean folded clothes and I didn't have to deal with the hassle of lugging it and washing it all day and night !!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you Jamie ! I made sure to tip her because this woman is amazing for what she does.

Unfortunately, too often my clothes are returned with little or no starch at all. This has become a recurring problem. I spend an average of $60 per visit, which is too much money to have such a simple request ignored. Heavy starch is not a special or complicated request. It should be done consistently every time. This is a good business, and when they are on, they are on. I just wish they would provide the same level of consistency every visit.

I've been searching for a decent dry cleaner and tailor for quite some time, this place came up not…read moreonly because it was in Fairfield, but it had some decent reviews. I came in with two suits I've had for years that needed to be dry cleaned, which basically means they've never been cleaned :P One of those suits needed to have buttons re-sewn and the pant legs hemmed. They did a good job but we're a little expensive, they did have a Yelp deal which helped a little. I later came back with the leather jacket that had zippers on the sleeves, the sleeves were too long because for some reason I was born to wear a large while having medium arms. I called every tailor I could and they all refused, so I came back here and they were able to take care of it pronto, and by pronto I mean they forgot to do it, ended up taking 2 weeks but I wasn't in a hurry considering Solano county fall is 70 degrees. The leather jacket came out fantastic, it looks as if it came out of the factory perfectly tailored to my body. One thing that did bother me, I don't appreciate paying for the item being cleaned or tailored upfront. They already have my item which means if it gets lost or damaged, I'm out on the item and lost some cash! So far they've been super friendly and I think these guys are going to be my one-stop-shop whenever I do decide to dry clean nice suits again. ;)

The owner Anthony is really cool and aims to earn satisfied customers. Their prices are really competitive too. I had 3 new men's sport coats altered here with expert result. Other similar places are skilled in the deceptive art of upselling or upcharging once they get you in the door, but not so here at Green. This is especially appreciated. The rest of the staff are all really cool too. Looks to be a busy shop with many other satisfied customers. It's conveniently located in the Rose Shopping Center in Benicia. Where the tax bite is a little less than bordering Vallejo, so your saving a bit there too, especially if you become a regular customer. Starbucks, McDonalds, a Mexican & pizza place are all steps away if you're looking for a pick-me up after dropping off your laundry. Helpful hint: If visiting the business in the earlier-to-mid morning hours, it's best not to park directly in front of the entrance door spaces. Because the Starbuck's drive-thru line backs up and will block your exit path. You might be there several minutes trying to get out. And the motorists fiending for their caffeine fix may not necessarily be compelled to let you out. Not a knock on the business, just more word for the wise.
