**Clean and welcoming!** The laundromat was very clean, and the lady working was super nice and friendly. She even brought music, which made the whole experience more enjoyable. It's nice to have someone who clearly cares about making customers feel welcome. Would definitely come back! read more

Hi I was returning from camping and there was traffic. We decided to pull into the parking lot here and do a couple loads of laundry.and wait for traffic to clear. It was early in the afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised how clean and accommodating this place is. The machines were great and we got done fast. The gentleman that worked there his name was Ross so I was struggling to get my laundry out and helped me get my laundry to my vehicle.. He was cordial and polite. He even recommended a place locally to pick up some food. We are not familiar with the area so it was nice to have somebody help us out. read more

Really appreciate this establishment. It's spacious with lots of machines and the place is kept clean. Their coin machines work pretty consistently and there's also an option to use an app to pay for your loads with your phone. I appreciate that they also have a restroom that's kept clean as well. I don't feel sad coming here! read more

I recently found this laundromat which I loved. I have now been there twice, the first time was an amazing experience, the guy working was incredibly helpful and kind. This next time was fine too but, I noticed I was charged $63.00 to do two loads of laundry and use one drier. I was not comfortable with that and figured it was a simple mistake. I called wash n dry to try to figure out what happened especially because this mistake is now preventing me from getting groceries for the week. The woman on the phone because extremely frustrated with me and GENUINELY STARTED YELLING AT ME THAT I WASNT LISTENING TO A WORD SHE WAS SAYING AND HUNG UP ON ME. I find this to be wild and incredibly unprofessional. I asked her what her name was and she yelled "IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT MY NAME IS" ok. I'm pretty sure you're the lady in the wheelchair but alright. So, to say the least I absolutely will NOT be returning to this laundromat. (Mind you I was impressed to see a handwritten card from the business owner and thought wow I definitely love this place what a warm touch, then get yelled at by a staff like literally two days later because I'm stressed on the phone trying to figure out why two loads of laundry cost me $63) It seems like the owner is a really genuine person and I have a strong feeling if he heard the way I was spoken to by someone representing his business he would be extremely disappointed. read more

Do not use the app, it does not work correctly. It took 10dollars from my account when I tried to use a washer at this place but the washer still said I had to insert 10 dollars into it. I spoke with the "Assistant" and he told me there was nothing he could do. Told me to come back the NEXT morning to speak with a manager who would have likely not been any of help. I don't recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a smooth washing and drying. read more

Our washer needs repair so I had to go to a Laundromat. This place is clean and the app makes it very convenient to use the machines. I had to go twice. Weekends are very busy, weekdays seem better. The large machines cut your wash time in half. Didn't use the dryers , dried at home , but I am sure they are well maintained. read more

Best place to wash clean ,nice customer service and larger washers that are 8x loads lots of smaller washers too .you can find a better place to wash .I love the have vending machines with food drink and soaps for you at good prices. read more

Due to plumbing issues beyond our control we had no washer and dryer and needed to do some laundry. After checking Yelp, we decided to try this place since they took coins and even had an app to use if we ran out of coins. The place was very clean and plenty of machines to use along with enough seating. I like the app because it was easy to download and use. We even were able to buy a couple of large laundry bags that we will be using a lot. While there, there was someone always sweeping and checking on everyone which I appreciated. While we may not have enjoyed having to go to a laundry-mat, this place was good. A couple days later, we received a nice handwritten note from the bush was owner! That is something that does not happen a lot and it shows Bryan cares about his business and the customers. read more

Had to use this place when our washer went out. People are friendly, it was clean and stays open late.

Our washer machine was broke so we decided to find a local decent laundry mat near by and I'm so happy we found this location. Very peaceful and clean quality equipment. We even received a thank you note in the mail! Definitely recommend for the great service alone! read more

This laundromat is a gem! I've been coming here for about 2 years. When I first started coming, I got a card in the mail, thanking me for using them. Like, who does that? Most of All the machines work all the time. I do a two week laundry rotation. I've never seen one machine down for that long. I've come in once where there was a fire, and I turned around and left and had to go somewhere else. Man, was I disappointed! I went in a couple days later and they were already done with fixing the water damage caused by the fire being put out. The machine was back up and running too. Using the Dexter Pay app has been a time saver and not having to change out quarters has been awesome. As for the employees, Jaimi is by far the friendliest and helpful! She helped me out several times and I come specifically when she's working. She's got some great music selections going. It might be yacht rock one day, Motown on another, and sometimes some opera and classical. If you have issues with the Dexter Pay app, she's there to the rescue. Hey, owner, she deserves a raise! read more

Owner is a nice man who cares about the community. Wash house was nice and quiet. Has many reasonable load size options. Thank you Bryan!

I love this laundromat! It is well kept up and the employees are constantly going around to wipe down leftover moisture in the machines and clean the floors. I love it so much I didn't want to write a review so it can stay a hidden gem. Haha. You can use the dexter pay app to pay for the laundry or the old traditional quarters. I haven't gone to a laundromat in a while, but I used the biggest machine for my comforters and it was $10 just to wash. I'm sure this is standard, but be prepared if you plan to use these machines. I'm not sure if it was just because it was a Monday, but it was so busy. By the time I left mid afternoon the laundromat had four to five people in each aisle. It was getting crowded so next time I'll go I'll see if that is what to expect. I will be happily returning to when I want to wash my bigger items. Thank you to the business owner for an excellent laundromat. read more

Came here to wash a few washable rugs since they have the super extra large washers and dryers. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the whole establishment was including the machines. The machines didn't have that mildewed smell that I have experienced at other laundry mats. The soap is pretty inexpensive if you happen to forget your own. The owner is super responsive and is constantly sweeping the inside. A few doors down is a Hawaiian bbq place so it's nice to have when you have a lot of laundry. I loved that you can pay on your phone on the app so no need to bring change and it also tells you when your load is over so you can quickly switch your clothes over. About a week or two I received a card from the owner with a business card and a handwritten note! It was such a nice touch. I will continue to bring my over sized items like washable rugs and Mexican blankets to wash. read more

My washing machine stopped working, and I jumped onto Yelp to find the best laundromat in Vallejo. This is the place! This is really the place. I received a lovely handwritten note from the owner after my visit. I can't tell you how much it was appreciated! It is very clean and the prices are good. I loved that I could pay and start the machines with an app on my phone, which helped me track how much I spent and - even better - let me know how much time I had left on the machines. No quarters? No problem! They have ($ to quarter) change machines you can do everything via the app! The only thing you won't be able to do from the app is to buy the laundry detergent/dryer sheets. There is a machine in there as well that sells cleansers for $1. The inside is one of the cleanest, and well-kept laundrymats I've ever been to. Sweetest lady working, with great customer service. read more

All new machines. Clean. Plenty of seating. Attendant on duty to help if needed. It is one of the few businesses left in this former Raleys shopping center, right next to Broadway. Its very dark, as the street lights are out, so probably best to go when its still light out. I dont want to ding it stars for the area, its Vallejo people, you know what to expect. The owner of the center is the one who should fix the lights. read more

I'm in temporary housing for a few weeks before I leave the US. So I needed to find a clean , reliable place to wash my clothes. After browsing through Yelp I decided Vallejo Wash N dry sounded like a good choice. Turns out WOW !! it was a GREAT choice . The place is very clean. The washers and dryer's are new. Easy pay and tracking of your wash/dry cycle through Dexter Pay makes the whole process simple , easy and efficient! ( how did we ever live before these apps ?? lol lol ) I was lucky to meet the owner. he is a very nice business man and a down to earth individual. He treats his employees very well. The office manager lady is such a nice lady and eager to help and chat about laundry tips. I felt very safe and comfortable using Vallejo wash N dry Thanks guys for making my laundry experience so much fun and for keeping the place sparkling clean. The long-time manager, Carol, was very helpful with the app, and answered all my questions about the machines. She's a sweetheart. I had a little trouble finding the place, but once I did it was worth it. The place was clean and friendly with new machines. A nice laundry experience. read more

This place was pretty good. The guy attending was very attentive to the customers needs. The place is clean. There are several carts for our needs. The beat part is they have something called DexterPay. Each washer and dryer is connected to the internet so if you don't have cash or coins you can pay with the app that is linked up to your debit or credit card. We are passing thru during a long distance road trip and I haven't used a laundromat in years so it felt pricy but I'm sure it's the same every where. If I needed a laundromat again I would come back here. read more

Absolutely amazing establishment! It isn't in the best part of town (who are we kidding, it's Vallejo!) but it is super clean and there is always an attendant present in case a patron may need some help. My favorite thing about this laundromat is all of the new machines which you can use thru an app to make life easy! You simply fill up the washer/dryer you desire and add money via the app, press start and sit back and relax. The greatest feature is the app which allows you to see the stage the washer/dryer is in and how much time is remaining. It can be crowded at times but with amount of machines they have, it doesn't take long to get through laundry day. They even have a bathroom (which again, is super clean.) that patrons can use while waiting. It is in Parkway Plaza which has a Starbucks and a few other amenities nearby. read more
