Our dryer went out last minute and this was a convenient fix. Location is next to Grocery Outlet so you can get a few groceries if needed while you wait. I only saw a few units out of order and plenty of people there and plenty of units. I dried a full load in 22 min in the large dryers. Better and faster than doing it at home! I love when laundromats offer the FasCard option and this is one of those places. It is such a hassle having to get coins and the FasCard makes it super convenient. I have the app too and I just reload there if there is ever a lot of people waiting to reload inside(they have a machine where you can reload in the location). They also have the option to get quarters so I'm thinking you can also use coins to run a washer. Dryers do accept quarters. I've had to add quarters before when my clothes weren't too dry. There is always attendants tidying up often. They're always making sure trash/recycling bins are emptied and always assisting anyone with a question. I've washed here when it was poppin' and I've washed when it's completely empty and I've never had an issue with the washers, dryers or people. Sometimes it is hard to find a cart because people keep their laundry baskets inside of them I'm not too sure why? I use it to transfer my wet clothes to the dryer so I only ever need it for a brief moment and then I leave it so the next person can use it. Other than that this place is my go to laundromat. I come here every other week or so because it's conveniently close by. And hey! When you're done washing you can drop by the Grocery outlet next door to get your shopping done. Major plus! read more

8am. Thursday. I came here because I can't wash my bulk items in my building and I saw on yelp that this place was fairly new with great equipment. First of all it's expensive. You can get a "fast card" which is supposed to save you some money but at 8am no one was here to dispense one. Okay so I pay with quarters. Of course by the time I put the quarters in someone magically arrives. I glance down and see a roach. Ew. Which is a surprise because this place looks pretty clean. So I purposely begin my cycles at the same time to catch defaults. Which I did. 1/3 washers became soapy right away. One of them didn't disperse water until 4 minutes later. The attendant magically appeared and I told her I wanted a refund. We stood there for 4 minuets (losing valuable wash time) until she said "see there's water. I hear it" and walks away. I knew she was irritated because she decided to sweep in the EXACT SPOT I was standing in as I angrily wrote this review. The only reason for the stars for the amount of machines, seating, and the WiFi. I more than likely won't return. Plenty of other laundry mats in the world. DO NOT USE THE LAUNDRY CARTS PARKED AT THE AISLE DOWN FROM THE OFFICE!! This is the wash and fold area, so these are staff use designated carts-and ONLY for staff. There is no sign or any other indication of segregated cart use. The carts for public use are parked in the aisle with the main entrance. As a long time customer, I did not appreciate getting my head bitten off by a snarling employee to be corrected. I have utilized a cart from the wash and fold area in the past with no problems, so was unaware of any change in protocol. I was happy to see a laundromat open here, since it is a convenient location next to the Grocery Outlet where I was already a regular. Where do I start 1. You can not roll the laundry carts out to your car, so you have carry your clothes inside and hope a cart is available. You use to be able to roll the cart outside to put your clothes in like other laundromats 2. They urge and advertise you to use the loyalty card they offered for savings, however the machine to reload the card is always a hassle to use as you have swipe your debit card several times in order for the card to be read. I tried to reload the loyalty card this last time and the authorization was approved with my bank, however when I tried to use the card to wash clothes, there was still no money on the loyalty card. The attendant on duty tried to assist, but In short I was told to wait until the next day to see what happens. In the meantime, I was unable to wash because I didn't have cash in exchange for quarters and for the time being was still out the funds that were withdrawn from my account!!!! Imagine having to lug all your shit inside to wash, only to have to return it to your car. If you go to this laundromat, you better use quarters 3. Several machines are always out of order. 4. Parking is terrible depending on the time you go as they share a parking lot with Grocery Outlet. 5. Lastly, they have raised the price of washing by $0.25 to $0.50. Over All this Laundry Place has been okay. I'm a regular weekly customer and I have the Advantage wash card. Today I also added a few quarters for additional drying time which the Machine did not function right so I lost them in the machine. I informed the Attendant on duty to let her know what had just happened she didn't speak English but I did try to get her to understand stand what I was saying I looked around to see if there was a number for me to call to find out how this complaint is handled when loosing money in an establishment I didn't see any information nor was the Attendant able to Assist. So, up until last week this place would have earned a 10 in my book, BUT... The attendant Linda is extremely RUDE, I go early in the morning and the first attitude I have to deal with is an unpleasant one. It was an inconvenience for her to unlock the bathroom door for a 5 year old of a paying regular customer. Customers were dropping off their clothes and before they could make it to her she began yelling "it won't be until Friday" (this was Tuesday), when asked why it would take so long she replies "don't you see all this shit I have to do" (laundry stacked up). Her grandson is usually with her and she is always yelling at him, it is terrible. Other than the issues with the attendant the place is great, clean, large machines, the fact that you can load a card or use the app on your phone in place of quarters is great. But.. don't overload your card because they apparently don't issue refunds. I did not plan on needing a refund until my last visit when I decided I would not be returning due to Linda and her attitude. Mind you I have been dealing with the attitude for months and last week was the tip of the iceberg for me. Great place to do laundry! Place is maintained clean, and there is always one or two lady in charged of the cleanliness and front desk. Easy to use machines with lots of different laundry options. Their machines are very strong too, especially the dryers. You will need a refillable card and use that card each time you do laundry here. You can only refill 20$ at a time. read more

I couldn't be more pleased with the recent service I received at this laundromat. I brought in at least 30 lbs of clothing for a major cleaning project. The woman on staff said she could have them for me overnight, but I said two days would be fine. When I returned, she recognized me, called me by name, and presented the clothing carefully folded and wrapped in plastic. At home, I discovered that the clothes had not only been perfectly washed and folded, but that different items had been wrapped together: sweaters with sweaters, shirts with shirts, etcetera. And all of the lose socks (a large number) had been correctly paired. The cost was much less than I had expected, and I would have been pleased with the results even if I'd paid twice as much. The only reason for the four stars is the lack of proper masking, in spite of the emergency mandate presently in effect in Vallejo. The attendant was not wearing a mask when I came in, and was not quick to respond when I asked her to mask up. This occurred on both visits. For this reason, I am unlikely to return, which is very disappointing. Because of the excellent service, I may give this business a second chance, but I'll probably wait until the public health crisis has abated. read more

I've been coming here for about 8 months and I've had no issues here. The staff is usually nice and helpful when or if you have an issue. The prices are pretty reasonable. The place is hit or miss when it comes to cleanliness but it's never horrible or trashed. But that's what I've witnessed when I've come. Everyone has a different experience. But I recommend coming here to do laundry. The only bad part is people tend to do laundry, leave and won't come back for a while so washers and dryers are tied up for long periods of time. When I came to pick up my clothes on Wednesday, I was told my receipt had the wrong order number and I couldn't take my clothes. I could see my clothes had been completed and were ready to go. I've been to this location before and not had a problem, however this particular visit, I encountered and issue and Delores ensured me that Rocio would take care of it. When speaking to Rocio on the phone, she has a careless attitude. She will only come up with excuses for the problem when as the manager, it's your duty to rectify a problem that a customer has. If you can't fix the problem, then you give direction to someone that can. I've worked in customer service for 15 years, I would know. She tried to say that I "didn't tell Delores anything." But of course admits to having seen the pictures that Delores took of the issue. Delores is the reason I have Rocio's contact information. When I asked who is in a higher position than Rocio so that I could speak to them, she said, "well, I'll be honest. It's me, I'm the manager." I then said, "I understand, but every business has an owner or someone above a manger, so who would that be?" She then said, I can't give you that information.
