The staff at this laundromat are very helpful keep in mind you have to register your card and sometimes if you're only going to be there once and we better just bring some cash to get change to operate the machines. read more

I've only been here once and just to dry my clothes, they always had someone cleaning the facility. They have plenty of washers and dryers (different sizes). They take coins and the loyalty card if you have it, pretty cheap as well! 20 minutes for $1.25 is a great price. read more

Early morning love going to the Wash House very clean sometimes the tendon the worst ear she's not too helpful but it's okay I'm knowledgeable that's not the point so nice by showers clean nice environment it's very Speedy with washing and drying I like to also say when you have a washer or dryer this not working can you please put notes on them so we don't have to put clothes inside them and then retake them out or put solution inside a washing machine or dryer and it's not working it really helps thank you give you all five stars other than that read more

Had to go back twice to get laundry because they don't always staff. Almost had to lose all my laundry because of their poor management since I was passing through in an RV. Be very wary of leaving your laundry and expecting to pick it up. read more

Machines are great they actually dry my clothes in 24 minutes ! Lots of parking too . It's obvious that there is different staff on Saturdays and Sundays. Linda ALWAYS has this place clean on Saturdays. I came in on a Sunday and there was trash, powdered soap, sunflower seeds, dry sheets and more on the floors through out the whole place .... COME ON SATURDAYS IF YOU WANT TO BE IN A CLEAN LAUNDROMAT. read more

This is by far the nicest laundromat I ever been to! Super clean! Also the cleaning lady is super nice and friendly, not to mention helpful, and on top of her cleaning game! All the machines looked brand new of how clean she had them! Only down side is there aren't a lot of rolling laundry baskets for everyone. Also this place can get very packed. Patience is a must bring to this place. They also have a rewards system, so if you have to constantly use a laundromat this is the place to do it! Every $20 you put on their rewards card you get another $3 I believe. Plus other perks they have. read more

I hate doing laundry with a passion but being that this place is new...AND that there is free wi-fi, it helps make this annoying chore a lot more bearable. Just FYI, you have to get their laundry card from one of the attendants in order to be able to pay for your laundry with a credit card. It basically works like a gift card where you load your funds onto the card. Every time you do laundry, it will deduct the cost from the balance on the card. It's so much better than having to lug around a bag full of quarters. If you're a frequent guest, then you accrue points which lets you to use the dryer for free, which is a nice bonus. read more

This placed seemed cool. I walked in and the facility was clean and up to date w/ their equipment. The only flaw was that I was new and needed a card and nobody was there to assist me. I called the phone number while in the business to see if anyone would show , a lady answered and she said that she wasn't there and that someone might've been in the back and to wait. I usually love this place I have a loyalty card and I come here every weekend everyone is always so nice but TODAY was different . I pored the rest of my detergent bought bleach there swiped my card and it says there's a connection issue. Ok no worries everyone's always so nice and helpful I go to the attendant ANNAMARIA and tell her the problem. She comes over tries my card like something was wrong with it and goes your going to have to move to another washer I said ok can you get my detergent and bleach out because that's all I had she proceeds to tell me I didn't put detergent in there and there's nothing she can do.... didn't even try and was just so rude about it . I had to use even more money to buy more detergent and bleach and use a whole other washer that I had to pay for . I Asked to speak to a manager and she gave me the store number and was like she's never here anyways . I said ok can I get a refund card thinking maybe that will get the managers attention and she says why I said because I want one like whaaaaaaaaat I've never experienced such horrible customer service in my life! She also never gave me the refund card after the 3 times I asked her. If you don't like your job or helping people QUIT . It's that simple . read more

I come here to wash (my washer at home is broken) and I dry at home but if I have a lot of clothes then I dry here. I like this place, it's close to my house, there's always an attendant here, it's clean and since they opened they've had a couple promotions like right now u too Saturday dry free if you're a loyalty card holder. To wash is about 21 minutes. I also like that it's next to Grocery Outlet, while I'm waiting I just walk around the store. read more

My washer recently broke and waiting for a replacement. I have to do the one thing I hate the most go to a laundry mat but this trip was different. Very clean good prices to me the fact that I don't know average prices. No one bothered you and it wasn't busy which I loved with my small child. If I ever need to do laundry again I'll be back. read more

I abhor laundromats but my husband and I have this huge king-sized fluffy comforter that won't fit in our washer at home and it needed laundering so off we went. This place was refreshing. Super clean, high tech, comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. I will be back for my comforter and won't feel sketchy at all there should the need arise in the future for me to have to use the laundromat. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. I know I left a "meh" review before, but today takes the cake. I came back, more than a year later and it's 100 times worse. The washer I was using lost power part way along and so my clothes ended up dirty and sopping in a powerless washer. The woman got the power back on (blown fuse?) but then balked when I asked her to reset it. She left for a while, came back with some quarters and put them in the washer, switching it to "lightly soiled" and "cold" (the cheapest setting), where I had put "medium soiled" and "warm" and had paid for that. She did not give me any soap. Mind you, this is a laundromat where they do people's laundry, so it's not like this would have put her out. She did mumble a "sorry" as she walked away, but I'm disgusted by the joke that passes for customer service here. The manager (owner?) was in the building, too. He's just a real piece of crap. This place does not deserve your custom. I notice a lot less people here today, too. Hopefully they are figuring out what a joke this place is. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

First time here and everything went great!!!!!! Clean, no mess on the floors, attendant here was proactively sweeping, they have a tv in here which is great. I'm able to watch the Superbowl while waiting for the clothes. More variety to choose from washer size wise. I like this place alot! I 100% recommend this place. read more

Have been going to this place since it opened. It was always clean and machines were always wiped down. Not sure if there is new management already but the place has gotten dirty and the people who work there do not clean up as often as the people who used to work there. Dryer sheets and garbage all over the floor. I thought it was an off day when I was here last week, but walked in tonight and it was worse. Trying to clean your clothes while everything around you is dirty is no bueno. read more

Nice clean place to wash clothes, but the grounds keeper is driving myself and others away with the inconsiderate way he chooses to clean the parking area. He blows trash and dirt around in the middle of the day while people are moving in and out of the mat, some with clean clothes hanging from the laundry cart. I had my car washed while doing laundry, my car ended up with dirt on it because of this guy not cool. read more

Thank you, Vallejo Advantage Laundry, for a clean, safe experience. My washing machine died so I needed laundromat services. I first dropped into Benicia's laundromat and was horrified by the mess, the many "out of service" machines and the "washing machine graveyard (as another reviewer termed it)" taking up a lot of floor space. I read the reviews of the other laundromats in the area and was led to Advantage. Not having used a laundromat for many years, I was taken aback by the high price of washing a load of laundry. But the many sizes of machines available (all working as far as I could tell), the speed of the cycles, the cleanliness, the wifi, and the on site staff and her very helpful little boy (child labor? I don't know, but he was delightful) made for a quick and pleasant experience. You can use a credit card (or cash) to load $$ onto the loyalty card and never have to bother with quarters. Yay! Expensive, yes, but I even kind of enjoyed folding my laundry along with a multilingual community exemplifying the diversity of the area. Okay, that sounds pretentious. But it was nice. Thank you, Advantage, for making what could have been an unpleasant experience a quick, safe and efficient task! read more
