Great shop, good service and didn't try to oversell or anything. Helped me get back into riding with some new equipment.

Apparently their bike repair is closed! I had to go to towns over to a "Bike Repair Shop" to get my bike repaired.

Nice tune up on my used bike. Shifts smooth and rolls sweet and stops just right. Thanks!

The few people who helped me were friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved my member rewards recently where I got $550 back for what I had spent this last year, I was able to order so much more stuff I didn't have and could use for tent camping when we need to as we normally RV camp but aren't against tent camping and they had a wonderful selection of tents and all that goes with it and our yearly kickback reward paid for it all. A wonderful member park. Totally with the membership fee and all it includes and the offers you get. I had the most wonder shopping experience in store today and no masks required also:) So glad REI didn't decide you had to have them in their store, I honestly would not have shopped there if so. I wore them during the mask mandate and am so glad they are aligning with the no mandate too and you can wear one if you want to but not required otherwise.

I've never had a bad experience at an REI, and this location was no different. But what stood out…read moretoday was an associate named Kay in the shoe section. She wasn't helping me specifically, but we were there quite a while so I got to see her interact with a lot of customers and she was amazing! She had a customer who was older, hard of hearing, and English was their second language. She dealt so compassionately and patiently with them. She mirrored the terms they used to make sure they felt understood, and spoke slowly and carefully so they could hear and follow her. She managed a crowded shoe section with ease, keeping track of who arrived when, and giving everyone the attention she needed. She never acted rushed or stressed. I didn't even interact with her, yet she contributed to my good experience!

I really appreciated his patience as I'm still learning the ins and outs of baseball as a newer baseball mom. Thank you again! My son ended up with his first Easton Hype Fire and is very excited about it. We are looking forward to a great baseball season thanks to the awesome customer service and knowledge Brandon provided. Store is clean and well stocked. Employees are always kind and ready to help!

Over the weekend, our family decided to go to DSG, we ended up spending $149~, it was $100 gift cards and the rest was cash. I didn't realize my toddler slipped in some random $17 socks, so I went in the next day to return them. I was met with Oscar, he was nice. I asked if I could get a cash refund since it was a small amount, he said no, due to it's based on whatever majority payment method was used. I leave it at that, I am disappointed because I really don't need $17 gc, I would like cash back. As I am walking back I am reading the back of the receipt, where it says refund will be made on initial form of payment, not majority used like Oscar advised. I spoke with my husband who was frustrated, told him what I read and what was said. My husband thought of work around, we can buy a more expensive item, use cash first for the majority and use the gift cards for the rest. So my husband goes in to try that. Oscar explains, no we can't do that, that it's the system gravitating towards a card. My husband points out what the receipt says, Oscar says it shows on the website, but does not bring it up. My husband returns to the car frustrated, because Oscar just lied and instead of asking for helped, insisted on dying on the hill the customer isn't always right. At this point, I'm going back into the store. I see Oscar talking among his colleagues talking about what just happened with my husband. Im still nice, but I request a supervisor. Supervisor explains Oscar is wrong it's not Majority it's just how the system works. I ask him, how does he want to correct this, and he just offers to cash it. It was such a simple fix. Oscar just needed guidance on how to navigate. I felt like this issue didn't need us as many times going into the store, If Oscar just asked for guidance in the beginning. It was frustrating experience overall. I'm glad we got the result we wanted, but just having to go through hoops, and it was a waste of time. Personally for me, this location left a poor taste, just because I am in customer service. I felt like the training could have been better. I appreciate the supervisor making it right.

So, I took these reviews with a grain of salt. They didn't respond to your email, one star. You didn't get your price, one star. You didn't get approved for credit, one star. No one fawned over you for wanting to buy a motorcycle at a motorcycle dealership, one star. A thing broke on a bike you bought, one star. I drove over there anyway, prepared for the worst. The phones were ringing off the hooks in there. It's July. Middle of the day on a Tuesday, and they're fielding calls non-stop. Brandon welcomed me in. Asked me what I was looking for. Zero pressure. Without getting into it, it was a rough day for me, and I was looking for something to add a little joy to my life. We talked about family a bit, looked at the bike I had in mind, and I asked him to scratch me out the numbers to think about. He was very clear on the pricing, discounts, add-ons, options for titling, etc. Destination cost is a thing, friends. So is licensing and taxes. In a hot market for a hot bike, so is dealer markup. Welcome to capitalism. Everything was totally transparent and reasonable. So I paid it on the spot. Done. Came back with my wife and picked up a beautifully clean bike a couple of hours later. I genuinely don't know how that could've gone any better. Brandon was exceptionally cool and helpful through the whole transaction, I bought myself a little bit of happiness, and I came out of there with a new friend who I'd do business with again in a heartbeat.

Classic dealer fee bait-and-switch. Watch your paperwork closely!…read more Because I absolutely hate haggling in person, I tried contacting MotoSport Hillsboro ahead of time specifically to get the total out-the-door price in writing. My plan was simple: get the final numbers, walk into the shop, hand them a check, and leave. Instead, they turned it into a textbook fee-padding game. After submitting inquiries through their portal, my communications were ignored for days. When the salesperson, Brandon, finally texted me, he tried to tack on a completely bogus $499 "setup fee" on a used demo bike that was already assembled and sitting on the showroom floor. Under Oregon consumer disclosure rules, assembly and setup fees cannot be weaponized as surprise add-ons to artificially inflate an advertised price. When I called out the illegitimate setup fee and management finally sent over a formal purchase order, they pulled a classic shell game. The setup fee was gone, but they immediately slid in a $200 "document processing fee" that Brandon had completely omitted in our prior conversations. When I pointed out that this fee wasn't mentioned upfront, Rob told me he would only remove the $200 if I took the title paperwork down to the DMV and processed it myself. Why should a customer pay a separate, surprise fee just for a dealership employee to do the clerical job they are already paid to do? They might use lower base pricing online to lure you through the door, but it doesn't matter if they just pad the final contract with hidden back-office fees and give you an exhausting customer service experience. If you are a cash buyer expecting basic honesty, pricing transparency, and respect for your time, go elsewhere. I have attached screenshots of the text history below so you can see the truth for yourself. Watch your contract numbers closely or just make it easier on yourself and get your bike elsewhere. I certainly will!
