Great service and atmosphere. The sushi is great. We also enjoyed the Thai dumplings.

Wasabi is my favorite Thai restaurants in the area!! We came in on a Saturday evening and the place was busy. We got seated right away and our server was brining us waters before we sat down! Throughout the whole experience our server was attentive and quick. We started with Thai dumplings which were very tasty and scrumptious. They do only come with 5 so not a crowd feeder. We ordered chicken pad Thai which is one of our favorites. It is served hot with carrots, peanuts, and bean spouts! They had the perfect blend of sauce to noodles ratio and i HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend y'all try this. We also tried the poke bowl which was new to their menu. I got the wasabi style one with asparagus, edamame, jalapeños, and avocados. It was very very delicious and the waitress was kind enough to give me both dressings on the side to try. The jalapeños do give this bowl a kick, so it may not be for everyone. Wonderful experience here and will certainly be back! Excited for my leftovers tomorrow!! I can also speak very highly of their take out services here too.

Delicious mocktails, appetizers and entrees. Attentive service, tuna and vegetables were very fresh. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. Entrance on end of building parking available in front and back. Cary amphitheater and currently Chinese lantern festival nearby. Plan for traffic if going to free parking around 6pm

    Pad See Ew (tofu)

We came here because the restaurant we wanted to eat at was closed and was pleasantly surprised. It was not busy at all on a Monday early afternoon. We were quickly seated and our server quickly came and asked for our drink order (water). Food: I ordered one entre. The pad see ew with tofu and it was delicious. This is the most tofu I've ever seen on any Thai noodle dish from any restaurant. It was a little low on the noodle portion but since I never fully finish my meals it was perfect for me. The flavors were amazing. Be warned, The menu is a bit overwhelming and extremely extensive. Service: our server was prompt to take our orders. Was friendly and gave us more time when we needed and answered our questions about the menu. Price: I feel that for serving sizes they may be a tad bit overpriced but the ingredients and flavors are so fresh and vibrant that it possibly makes up for it. Ambiance: great seating options and space decor. I wish tables were a bit further away as I could hear a nearby tables entire date conversation though no one was speaking particularly loud. Otherwise everything was clean. Would come back to try other menu items.

Came here for lunch while getting my car serviced at Honda dealership up the street. Love Thai food so I searched for Thai near me. Wasabi is in a shopping center. Parking can be a little hard to find if you come during busy times. Walked in around 2:30 in the afternoon and was seated right away by the hostess. I ordered pad thai with chicken med spicy. Food came out pretty quick about ten minutes. The dish wasn't spicy enough for me but it's fine, I asked the waitress to bring me some thai spices. Added it and was very tasty just what I needed. Came with a salad . Service was ok she seemed very rushed and impatient but she did check on me a couple of times and refilled my water. Overall I would come back. Prices are good for quality of the food:)

Grand sushi morí. The head chef picks the best selection.
    Jennifer H.

The sushi was 5 stars. I ordered the grand sushi mori and the head chef created it himself giving me the best items such as otoro, salmon belly, and uni. Everything was amazing, even the rice. Cooked and flavored perfectly. Usually i try to drown the rice in soy sauce, but it didn't need it. I also ordered fresh wasabi and the truffle tuna appetizer special. The appetizer melted in my mouth. They didn't skimp on the truffle so don't get this unless you LOVE truffles, which I do. The lack of a star is for the service. We asked to be seated at the sushi bar and then we sat. The chef had to finally ask the server to come take our orders because we waited so long. I also had to request things I had ordered but were forgotten. He was very nice and we weren't in a rush, but if they had a good FOH manager this place would be incredible.

    Yellowtail Crudo

Our recent visit to Wasabi in Cary was exceptional: delicious flavors, beautiful presentation, and impeccable service. We started with a new item on their menu, the yellowtail crudo. The yellowtail paired perfectly with refreshing mango -- a true taste of summer. Next, the tuna truffle. The tuna, topped with a mouthwatering truffle sauce was outstanding. Chef Tony's ultimate creation was the nigiri and sashimi platter--an impressive display of the freshest fish, expertly prepared and beautifully presented. For an outstanding dining experience in Cary, check out Wasabi and tell Kandy I sent you! They also do a 10 course omakase experience twice a week. (Make sure you call ahead for reservations for omakase. Seats are limited)

My wife & I enjoyed a scrumptious dinner at Wasabi on 12/15/2023. The food was beautiful & yummy. Service was kind & prompt. They have ample table's & seating throughout, which was spaced well so as to not feel cramped. It's been a few years since we'd been, but won't be long before we're back again.

This week my teen reminded me that a new Ramen place has opened in the same facility so I decided to give it a try. I did not care for sushi because I was there for Ramen. Besides, they have a vegetarian Ramen is what I was looking for, my daughter ordered a teriyaki Ramen. My vegetarian Ramen had a lot of tempura in it, which defeated the purpose a little bit for me because it was a little oily. The taste was more or less like a red curry and there was very less vegetables mostly it was sweet corn and one or two bok choy on the other hand my teen, who is very hard to please loved the teriyaki Raman and is already planning to go back this weekend to try the other ones , all in all I gave this place a four star because the umami of the Ramen was very comforting, even though I did not like the taste much

Parking was easy and plentiful, and even though the restaurant was fairly busy, we were seated right away. Always a nice win. We kicked things off with a bowl of edamame that was perfectly salted. The boys went with miso soup, which was flavorful but came out lava hot. Like, ice-cube-required hot. Tasty, but proceed with caution if you have kids. For sushi, we kept it simple and solid with a mix of one classic and two specialty rolls: Spicy Tuna, Phoenix, and the Crunchy Roll. All were fresh, well-made, and hit the spot. Food came out quickly, service was friendly and attentive, and the overall value felt right. Since we live nearby, this will definitely stay in our regular rotation. A great, easy dinner spot for sushi with family.

My wife and I had the pleasure to partake in this unbelievable experience for our 21st anniversary, and it was hands down one of the best meals we've ever had. Not this month, not just sushi, not just in NC...but one of the top meals of all time anywhere. We had the Grand Omakase, which came out to 10 courses in total. I won't go into detail on each and every course, but let's just say that each and every course was of the highest quality fish, sushi or meat we've had anywhere. From the sushi flown out straight from Japan, to the beluga caviar and A5 Wagyu, and everything in between. We've had sushi across the nation and overseas, 100s of times. This has taken the top #1 spot out of all of them, especially with what we were served in the Grand Omakase package. Impeccable service, 8 sushi chefs all working efficiently at once in an open style sushi kitchen, all within a classy (but not pretentious by any means) establishment. The Grand Omakase package here is one of those bucket list items for anyone who loves sushi, top shelf meats and fish, and enjoys a high level foodie experience.

Crispy Salmon Roll was light and refreshing and their Rainbow Roll was like no other I've had.
