Update: Job was finished and work was done well. Continue with having the company credit us on the final bill for the air conditioner repair we already paid for. We have the pictures of their worker standing on the unit and the dent it cause. The salesman that does the estimates are very professional and make you feel like the company knows what they're doing. But not an actual representation of the workers and billing department. I was particularly impressed with the construction of the three gates I called for. Lifetime recognized the problem was theirs and without hesitation advised they would reorder and as quickly as possible, rectify the problem.
