It would have to be reordered. Was told it would be in around March 25th. March 25th, I went to the store found it still wasn't in. I asked for refund. I was told no refund until it arrived at the store?! I asked for a manager because I couldn't believe that a national chain would charge me (credit card was billed the 12th) for something they couldn't supply, then refuse a refund. Guess what? The manager said the same thing! I eventually called their 800 number and Miguel was able to cancel the order for me. Are the staff at Home Depot stupid? Incompetent? Both? I don't know, but I won't ever go back.

In operation for 70 years they have tons of new old stock items and hard or impossible to find older plumbing, hardware, and household items. The store is really part museum with photographs of the owner decades ago with the likes of Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra, etc., as well as wonderful old store fixtures. But this is still clearly a neighborhood anchor. When we were there recently people came in to have keys cut, for a large cast iron frying pan, and other everyday items. You will not find the selection of a larger store, but no hardware store aficionado should be within 20 miles of Pine Avenue Hardware without stopping by.

I saw this location while vacationing in Niagara Falls and stopped in for the occasional thing I needed (and to use one of the thousands of FREE gift coupons). Staff here were friendly and in general, the store was well stocked, organized and clean. I cannot comment much upon the quality of the products that they sell. I can say that in general, if you aren't spending much on something, the quality you expect out of it shouldn't be that great and should last for not too long of a period of time. Regardless, everything I have boughten here (and I have actually bought tools before) has worked well for my uses. I'm not all that much of a hardware kind of guy; however, I enjoy shopping here and highly suggest this newer location. Located at the intersection of Military Road & Niagara Falls Blvd in Niagara Falls. 5 stars.

They wrote out the type of bulbs to get but unfortunately these bulbs are virtually impossible to get. After numerous trips to try to find them we called the store yet again to tell them we were returning them. They were less than helpful, rude and promised they would look into it and get back to us but of course didn't. We were also informed that they do not accept returns and that it wasn't their problem..."they aren't in the light bulb business", imagine that...a light fixture store that isn't in the light bulb business! I would definitely recommend this store, but only if you are looking to purchase pretty things to hang from your ceiling that you can enjoy during bright sunny days or when you and your guests are wearing your worm picker headlamps that you purchased at Canadian Tire (which by the way come with the light bulbs)
