The staff was very friendly and was able to give me exactly what I needed. The keys worked perfectly. I have had keys made here before and they were also perfect; I've had to take keys made at Home Depot back for not working properly on more than one occasion. I highly recommend Grimble's for your hardware store needs!

Now that we have moved to the Southtowns, I won't be able to shop at this Harbor Freight location…read moreunless visiting the area. And I would do so. This is probably the best Harbor Freight store I have shopped at, and I have been to several across the country. Why should you shop here for tools? First of all, as everyone will tell you, these are inexpensive tools that will last as long as national brands. However, you can find some decent ones at good prices. I have bought some tools, such as a toe-kick saw, that I used for one project and am keeping for a future similar project, hopefully many years away. So take a chance on something that you will not use that often. Conversely, you can get good prices on wrenches, screwdrivers, and the like, where the prices are really good. Anyway, the good features of this location: (1) Good prices - like I said above. (2) Friendly and helpful service - never a problem. (3) A very clean and well laid out store. Hope you have a good experience as I have had.

You can get some great deals and get a good quality product, it just depends on what you're looking for. It's nice if you need something quickly and for an affordable price.

Most customers are out in the field working their butts off and the last thing they want is an attitude from the counter help when ordering parts. I described a part I needed and must have not been descriptive enough as the employee brought out the wrong part. No problem. I politely explained what I needed. I then get an immediate attitude and employees starts lecturing me while calling me "buddy". I asked him what his issue was and only changed his attitude after he noticed what I assume to be the manager walk in. Side note: the customer before me did not receive this type of treatment. I was planning on placing a large order for a future job but have decided to go elsewhere even if it means paying slightly more. I prefer to be polite with one another when doing business. If you want to avoid a headache go to a friendlier shop.

They cost between $300-$500 each installed. Over the last several years, I've been a do it yourselfer and bought blinds from Lowe's. Those blinds are not even close to the same quality as what I got from Budget Blinds. It is amazing how much money you could spend on blinds. While it took a while to receive the blinds, the installation was done professionally, and efficiently. Even though, one blind was cut too wide, Kyle [rep] came back and promised to replace it at no charge with the correct size. [I will update my review as soon as the replacement blind is installed]. Please note, I was also referred to a store in North Buffalo/Kenmore. I called them on the phone. They weren't very nice, and I wrote them off. I happened to be driving past the store one day, and so I stopped in and spoke to someone and actually provided the measurements of my windows. I explained to the back office person who was covering for the two sales people who are at the show house, that I wanted to get another estimate. They never called me back! In the store, all the blinds that I was shown were very expensive. High-quality, But 2-4 times the price on average, of what I spent with Budget Blinds. Call Kyle. She was great.
