The first issue was a PS2 controller I purchased from the store that turned out to be defective. I had the receipt and had purchased it that same day, but when I asked for my money back, I was given a hard time and was told that they could exchange it. I eventually accepted the exchange, even though the experience already made me question the quality of the products being sold. The second issue was a PS2 game I purchased that didn't work. I had to make another trip back to the store to return it. After that experience, I was hesitant to purchase another used game without knowing that it actually worked. Then, on Sunday, August 9th, I went back to the store and found another PS2 game I was interested in. There was only one copy available, so I asked if they could test it before I purchased it. Considering my previous experience with a defective game, I didn't think this was an unreasonable request. Instead, I was basically told that it was up to me if I wanted to buy it. At that point, I was done with the store and walked out without purchasing anything. I genuinely tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but after these experiences, I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service. I don't feel like the store made any effort to make me feel confident about spending my money there after I had already experienced defective products. I would highly recommend taking your business somewhere else. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for used games or gaming accessories. It can also get too crowded, and then of course if you go to your bag, someone inevitably will ask if your done, even though they paid for one stall, not two. Boards block the targets, so you have to put your pistol into the cutout, this is the most annoying aspect of the range. Target placement are hand crank controlled if that matters. Their reloads are ehh at best. Had one where the bullet came out of the case and it took 3 hours to completely flush out the pistol and trigger group. So inspect every cartridge. Reload prices are a tad more than the cheaper white box ammo at other places, but not high. Overall a good place, i recommend.
