Recently when I go into Lowe's, the reason I pick Lowe's is cause they're cleaner they're more organized and just seems less white trash overall all their products are clearly marked and they're easy to find. I know my way through that store like I know my way through the house although that's regrettable situation. It's just my life. They've always offered great products and offered incredible sales most recently I purchased a bunch of tile some was 75% off others were 75% off plus another 50% off that 75% now that is real value for me as a customer. But the most important thing I can communicate to you at this time right now is that every time I've gone in over the last project at least two people have asked me if I need help. One guy saw me fighting with some insulation trying to rip some plastic and he came along with a knife and cut it free and as if I needed a cart or if I need anything else. This is much different than what I have been experiencing in the past even though it's a little cliché, I can tell you that Lowe's at least recently in my experience has been much more personable and putting their employees out there to provide a higher level of service thank you Lowe's. I wish I bought a new house but I didn't. I bought an old one, and therefore, you have been a big part of my life and I appreciate it even though I resent it a little bit. Thanks again Lowe's. Keep up the good work keep asking people if they need help. That is the key to success service.

In 2 days he had the part from the distributor and made the repair. He was knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. After the repair was made, he remained for an entire wash cycle, which was 30 minutes, very concerning. Everything was fine and after three washes, my GE Washing Machine operates perfetlly. I have other Atlas Battery Tools, and like them due to the simplicity. Put the battery in and pull the switch. But this Chain Saw was a total fail. I tried two batteries, and read the instructions. I thought perhaps the chain was too tight, so I removed the chain and the bar. It still would not operate. So I traveled back to Danvers, with my receipt, and demonstrated the issue. Assistant Manager Nick acknowledged the saw did not work. But refused to offer any solution. Refused to replace it. Refused to honor the 90 day warranty. I called Corporate on Sunday, and still no solution. I believe I will have to file a claim with Small Claims Court. Don't trust Harbor Freight.

Person helping us was very nice but insisted on carrying the umbrella to the car for us. Pretty sure the reason was because she knew it was damaged. The reason I believe this is because she said repeatedly that if there were any issues we should call them. I thought it was odd to repeat that at the time but didn't think much of it. And, no matter how insistent I was she didn't want us carrying it. There are grey marks on the side of the white pole as if rubbed. I didn't notice them while I was at the store. I would suggest that if you are going to buy something here that you inspect it thoroughly. Don't run the actual purchase until you've had time to satisfy yourself that everything is ok. They have a sign up that states that "All sales are final". I believe that some of the paperwork you sign states that the items you are buying are in good condition at the time of sale. If this business wanted to improve their business practices they should inspect it right in front of the customer.
