They showed me a Liberty Colonial 23 with a mechanical lock that had the perfect dimensions (size and weight) I was looking for. It is a mid-level Liberty Safe but has good security and fire ratings. The delivery was seamless even though I have a challenging driveway and step steps. They have all of the equipment and accessories necessary to safety move your safe. They also made sure I understood how to operate the safe and answered any questions I had before they left. But okay, I miss it. When I called to ask him to help finish the job, he didn't response the text and call within a business day. Then he said he was busy with people in the store. Then he said he didn't have time, and again, I should do it myself or find someone to help finish the job. He wanted me to wait a week to come back and finish the job because "they're too busy". What makes this abhorrent is his tone and demeaner. He grew louder and more abrupt on the phone, and told me he'd call back because .... well, I guess my call wasn't as important and couldn't ask the people in front of them to wait 2 minutes. Very nice during the actual job. He was the complete opposite when I called to finish the job. The more I tried to explain, the ruder he became interrupting me repeatedly, and having no customer service skills to professionally and calmly explain it to me. To cap it off, when I had a question on the bill, I had to send it to them because they didn't have it. When I tried to discuss with him, he was ridiculously rude and interrupting me again, arguing with me, getting louder, and had the audacity to say he did me a favor ($500 bill). Parts of the bill contradicted the verbal - and again he said I was wrong. EXCEEDINGLY RUDE and no customer service skills. Typical perhaps of age and experience, but to be spoken over and rudely argued with is the absolute worst customer experience. All they had to do was be responsive and say - we'll be out there as soon as we are able and help finish the job. Period. It's called respect of your customers and professionalism in running a business.
