I went in February to get a Carplay unit installed in my 2014 Sienna. Eli showed me his two recommended units, of which I chose the Sony. He was very knowledgeable about it and took care to make sure that the correct mounting harness was installed for it to work perfectly. They also installed a replacement radio antenna mount (which I purchased on Amazon), as the original one snapped off in a car wash. That was a tricky job, involving lots of panel removal and reinstallation. Fast forward to today, and they reconnected a wire that had been knocked loose by a Toyota tech two weeks ago. There was no charge for that fix. Altogether, I would recommend Warehouse Car Stereo if you want to upgrade your system. read more

I got my windows tinted here. I was explained which percents were legal and not legal. I went with the 50/5. I got the Vortex tint that blocks UV & heat, which works great; I highly suggest it although the pricing is more expensive. The tint settled nice with no bubbles; good quality. Bought a replacement car alarm with remote start here a year ago. Price was fair given that they were removing a poorly installed and low quality alarm that I had purchased from a, now defunct, big box electronic store. I was pleased with the initial interaction and service. Recently, I changed batteries in my remote and it failed to work with my car. I visited again this afternoon to have them take a look and with only just a few minutes spent, had everything fully functional again. Called to get details on a keyless entry for my mom's car. Guy on the phone gave me a few options, and I told him "Sounds good" and made an appointment. When I get there, I'm speaking to the person that I assume is the owner/manager, but some of the details of the original estimate had changed. To be honest I dont know if I heard wrong on the telephone or he gave me wrong info, but we just kinda stood there for a few seconds. Finally, the guy sticks out his hand, and says "I'll honor the deal that was quoted to you." I shook his hand, signed the paperwork, and gave him the keys to the car. As mentioned it is hard to resist the big box bargin stores like Best Buy when shopping for items such as car audio. I began there looking for a iPod adapter for my Nissan Murano. I initially thought up grading my car stereo. Best Buy told me in addition to the cost of the stereo, I would need to replace the whole part of the dash because the stereo is wired with the car's AC/Heater switches. I asked why? They said because that is how the fit kit works. Huh? That didn't make sense. I asked if there were any other options, but they replied no I needed the additional $300.00 part. I left Best Buy unhappy. Drove over to WCS. Chuck the owner (great guy) explained the reason the dash part was needed was the radio/CD unit is actually not rectangular and is propriatory to the Murano. It's not wired to the AC/heater. I went back out to look at the radio and it was actually wedged shaped (bastards at Nissan). However, Chuck suggest an after market iPod kit that uses the factory radio's Satelite button. I order the kit (1 day) for under $150.00 and less than an hour of labor later I am using my iPod. I am very happy with WCS, Chuck and the customer service. In fact, the co-worker who tooked me to pick up my car was so impressed with Chuck, he is taking his Honda Si back for a new stereo. read more

Wanted to upgrade stock system in new 2015 Highlander. Had used Warehouse for that purpose on an old 2007 about 3 years ago and was happy with recommendations and work. This time they initially recommended a similar system that would significantly improve the sound in my car at a reasonable price but after thinking about it, I wanted to go with a higher grade setup. I ended up with Audison Voce 6.5 components in the front doors/dash, Hertz ECX 6.5 coax in rear doors, a JL Audio 5 channel amp, 8" JL enclosed subwoofer and an Audison Bit Ten D signal processor. I would leave o stars if I could even negative I am still upset and shaking I just experienced some of the most hateful discrimination and racism and just plain disrespect I ever have in my life I am a Hispanic female. I used his company though intoxalock to get a breathalyzer installed he was rude and a liar from the get he said he never had my appointment and gave me the run around this was my first time in the situation I didn't know I can change service centers so I let him give me the run around. He calls me to come back and installs my stuff charges almost 200 dollars I don't mind but the problem is I get in a horrible accident and the tow guy removes all my equipment and I cleared it up with intoxalock and dmv and they said they contacted this man to take my equipment for me today so I go over with my bag and he looks at me like what am I doing there I explain everything and he says he doesn't care there's nothing he can do why am I there and proceed to talk to his white customers and co workers and even the guy he was talking to asked if I'm ok and I kept trying to get help finally he says he would take my stuff I asked for a receipt and he says no he can't help I said well I need it for my records this 3000 worth of equipment and he just shrugs and keeps talking to everyone else I was so frustrated I asked if he's mad at me he just looked down and ignored me and talked to his customer. I was so upset I have never been treated like this before he was so rude and unprofessional I can't believe it please don't go here you'll regret it unless your his type of person you'll have a bad time he doesn't care just wants money he wouldn't help me because he didn't remove my device and charge me up the ass even thought I got everything straightened out and if you were to look on camera he clearly ignored me twice for two different men I'm so mad this man needs to be fired immediately and if he's a business owner he needs to get shut down I'm going to definitely take action because I just talked to intoxalock they most certainly have the invoices they sent this man and he said oh they didn't send me anything I can't help you bs!!
