Consistently efficient. I had a chip in my windshield. Highly recommend this business.

I thought my back window was leaking. I took it in and they informed me it was just a simple brake light the seal had gone bad very honest, polite, and professional. I'll definitely be going back if I have any issues another company quoted me $2000 to replace the window. read more

McSparren has always been there to save me-time and time again-from Auto Glass emergencies and urgent needs. They are always, kind, professional, and prompt. McSparrin Auto Glass from the beginning were so professional in all our dealings. I expressed I had a bad experience with Certified Collision in Stockton giving me the run around, they also lied and didn't complete my repair stating no parts were available because of supply and demand. They exhausted the 30 days of rental covered by AAA. So I was paying out of pocket for my rental at this point. McSparrin made me an appointment on September 6th. They gave a great estimate and took apart my sunroof to look at everything that needed to be repaired. Any extras they contacted my adjuster at AAA and approved everything the same day. They got all the parts to where my car was repaired fully the next day. Taking in to condition that we were paying for our rental. I was so amazed by the quality work they put in my car. Everything was working great and also had a warranty guaranteeing that I can come back if there is any problem. I just want to thank Alex and his team and also Kendra for making our experience such a wonderful one. You guys are so Awesome!! read more

We called around for auto windshield replacement with calibration quotes and this place was the best priced. Took our car in for our appointment and they called a few hours later and said it was finished everything went as planned, we are satisfied customers. The only thing I wish I knew is that they charge a fee for using a credit card for payment I would have paid with cash had I known this ahead of time. read more

Great customer service quick sane day and delivered exactly what I wanted and how I wanted on both of my cars for window tint.

Through and through, probably one of the best experiences I have had at a business from start to finish. I went in person to ask about glass service that I needed on a newer bronco. I was provided with all the information that I needed. In the end I had three pieces of glass replaced. This was all done in a timely manner, and everyone was friendly. The person behind the counter to the people working in the shop. Will return for future needs. read more

Had some work done on my 23-year-old F150's power windows. Mcsparran installed new motors and gears. I felt they did a great job, in a timely manner, at a fair price. Friendly employees. I have used them in the past for windshield replacement. It's been quite a while. This time they were recommended to me by Cavallino Coachworks! Good call. Thanks Greg! I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

I took in my 86' Oldsmobile (restore in progress) for electric window repair. Parts for this car are not always available, including parts for these windows. I received a call back from Kendra who was very helpful throughout this repair, and was told that both windows were able to be repaired without replacing parts that are no longer available for this car. I was so happy!! McSparren Auto Glas and there craftsmanship amazed me! I highly recommend McSparren for "all" your glass needs, including restoration projects! read more

The folks at McSparren did a wonderful job replacing my rear passenger window after someone broke into my car. I recommend!!! Very professional and it was clean inside and out. My dads been going her for a while but it was my first time personally taking my car and I will continue to go back if need be. I only put 1 star because you have to give at least one & because my parent's really like the LODI store. This review is for the STOCKTON store only: I called this a.m. to ask about having a window replaced that was knocked out over the weekend & I was told they were able to do it. HOWEVER, when I took precious time out of my workday (and lunchtime) I was told that they couldn't fix it today because they had to order the replacement window and that it wouldn't be in until late this afternoon. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. It would have taken 30 seconds on the phone to inform me that the glass would have most likely have to be ordered & what would I like to do. I would have responded when would it be in & I would have scheduled an appointment to come in after the glass was in the shop. NOW, due to the terrible customer service I have taken my car to another shop to be repaired. I DO not recommend using this (Stockton) store! read more

I love these guys and girls! I now have had a complete windshield replaced and two windshield chips services. Each time they got me right in and out. Ordered my windshield and it arrived the next morning. I could of had it same day if I really needed it. Quality job, over a year now, and not one problem. The best part is they were way more cost effective then the competition. I use to always go to Safelite, not any more. Can't speak to all locations, but Stockton takes care of me. read more

As a road warrior I take a rock every now and then. This is my second time at McSparren auto glass and I'm a happy customer again. Even though I had history there I still make myself get 3 quotes. Excellent customer service, best rates for replacing windshield ($100 less than 2 other quotes). Scheduled me for replacement same day and even though I didn't use their mobile service the fee was cheaper than everyone else. McSparren went over and above replacing my windshield and I didn't even realize it for two days. I was driving to work and notice they even re-installed my FasTrak Pass for bridge tolls to the new windshield with velcro and remembered my oil change sticker as well. Very nice job and one great company to do business with. Thank You guys for a fair price and great service...you have a customer for life. A++++ read more

You won't find better people and better quality! We have a problem windhsield in one of our trucks and this is the only company that can seal it. I've had to have two windshields replaced after they were cracked by a rock on the freeway and both times have received great prompt service from McSparren. All I can say is thank you, THANK YOU! I was advised of McSparren Auto Glass from a reliable auto body shop I normally take my car to (Cavallino Coachwork's). Let me tell you, amazing work/customer service. My parts was ordered on a Friday (with reassurance that it'll come in by Monday)which it did :) and my windshield was replaced the same day! I have a very tight schedule & they were able to work around my schedule, You don't come across businesses like this very often, super accommodating. Also..thank you, Kendra! for all the insurance help. %100 Definitely recommend! read more

First time visiting this shop. Was referred here by Ford Dealership due to knocking my inside rear view mirror down. It was basically hanging but not broken persay. Anyways drove over to McSparren and they were able to get me in same day. The wait wasn't long at all. Took my car right In and done in less than 10 minutes! The gentlemen pushed the mirror back in to the bracket and best of all, no charge to me! Wow! While I was there I also asked for a quote to repair my sun roof which has a crack! They gave me a very reasonable price and way cheaper then the dealer for sure so I'll be returning to get the sun roof repaired! Overall nice staff and competitive prices! read more

I recently brought my 2009 Audi A4 Cabriolet for cracked windshield replacement. As I have said earlier, I am a loyal customer, they have done a good job. This experience was poor. They broke my rear view mirror taking it off in order to remove the cracked winshield and while the car was in their possession. I bought the car as a Certified Used Car about 6 months ago but they have told me the rear view mirror was: defective, used, not their fault it was broken. I think they may replace it (?) but with used part (?). This was two days ago. So far, no OEM equivalent replacement part has been located and I have not gotten a call to tell me that they have it. The owner told me by cell phone that he wasn't going to spend the money on a new rear view mirror because it was more than the original job and too expensive and that because it was a used car, that]s all (used) he had to replace it with. He would not give me the name of his insurance carrier, so I could make a claim. I was told to make a claim against my own insurance carrier or try to get the rear view mirror under theAudi Certified Warranty. I hope they are locating the part and that I will receive a call shortly so I can come in and have them install it. I hope this experience is an abberation because I like the owner and his family, but he was very angy when I last talked to him. This was the first time something like this has happened but it has opened my eyes. I will keep you posted. Post Script. I don't want the hassle of dealing with used versus new versus OEM repalcement rear view mirror. Its not about money with me versus good will and having the car in the same condition as it was when I brought it in. But apparantly it is with them. I have now ordered a new OEM replacement part from Audi Livermore (they gave me a great discount by the way when I told them what happened) and I will have them install it properly. I am walking away from McSparren Auto Glass with no ill will. Life is too short. read more

I wish more people would rate them and rate them with 5 stars! McSparren Auto Glass has treated me and my boyfriend like family. I took my car into the Lodi store when my care got broken into and they beat the prices of 4 other places in the area! On top of that, they were able to take me the same day. And when I found out that a part broke off in the door panel and I wasn't going to be able to open my door from the inside, they ordered the piece for me and installed it for me the next day for cheap! McSparren Auto Glass in Stockton has been just as great to me and my boyfriend. My boyfriend has brought his car into them 3 times already and each time they've done a great job and they've beat competitor prices easily. They're empathetic to peoples' situations and they really treat you like family. This family run company does a great job treating their customers right. When I kept having to cancel my appointment for windshield chip repair, Cara was so understanding and she kept changing my appointment for me like it was no big deal. This place really is as good as it gets. Other companies will make you feel inferior and make you feel uneasy like they're ripping you off, but not here. read more
