The Waraner two man trimming team that was sent to my home were terrific! They met with me, listened and trimmed just the way I wanted. I know workers are supposed to do this but many times they just do what they want. I couldn't be happier with how the trees look - just how well shaped they are and how they look like... well like trees. I've used another service for several years because they were slightly less expensive. Not anymore. Thanks Kim and Dustin - I'll be telling my neighbors. read more

Waraner Tree Experts did a fantastic job trimming the trees at my house. Besides normal pruning of a few trees around my property, they cut back huge redwoods to the fence-line that were dropping large amounts of debris on my roof and backyard. They did this all the way to the tops of the trees, which was exactly what was needed. They also did a great job cleaning up the mess! Job was easy to set up and the communication was timely. read more

The best! A great business. On time...reasonably priced and honest. Thanks, Dustin!!

Called to set up an appointment a week or so before the appointment. Took off work early to meet with them. I received a text 8 minutes before the appointment stating that "due to our previous encounter we cannot perform services for you." Only thing I can think of that happened on one of their last jobs was that they did not complete the job as per proposal so I asked them to. On the next tree removal they poured gasoline on the stump to prevent new growth. Poor business practice in more ways than one. read more

I highly recommend Waraners. I was unsure of what trees I wanted to do and got a comprehensive review of my multiple tree options and was able to pick and choose to fit my budget. The team led by Pancho was professional, took very good care of my trees and yard and cleaned up very well. They were on time. They were able to provide suggestions for care and future needs on my property. They also ground out my annoying oleanders!! I will be continuing with this service for their quality, affordability and customer service. 10 stars! read more

Very quick response times, both to bid and do the work. Work was done very well. They shaped a huge fig, pruned an old olive and hauled away a large eucalyptus that had fallen down in a storm. Efficient, friendly, clean and timely. Also happy to work with me on insurance. read more

Waraner Tree Experts are professional, reliable and do an excellent job! I have used them twice for pruning my Japanese maple that's 40+ years and crepe myrtle. The workers are efficient, clean and trust worthy. We have an HOA that is very particular to say the least. They wanted specifics when it came to the pruning. Waraner Tree worked with us and was nothing short of accommodating. I wish all businesses were this professional. Also, in comparison to other tree businesses, they are the most reasonably priced. You cannot go wrong with using this company! We will continue using them in the future. read more

We recently used Waraner to remove two relatively large Monterrey pines from our backyard. Complicating the task was that the trees were located on a small hill. They gave us a very competitive bid. They did excellent work. They showed up on time and completed the task within the time frame that they gave me. They expertly cut down the trees, using a crane to carry the parts over our fence and into the street, where their chipper finished the job. They cleaned up afterwards, such that there was really nothing left other than two stumps. I would definitely use them in the future. Another positive factor for this company- they respond relatively promptly to email and phone messages. read more

Just used these guys to remove 3 trees and clean up/trim some others. The guys that came to do the work were very polite and knowledgeable. They did a great job, communicating with me whenever needed. After they were done they walked me through each tree and confirmed that I was satisifed. A+ in my book. Would definitely hire them again. read more

Waraner Tree Experts removed a tree for us this morning. The men did an outstanding job and are to be commended for their incredibly difficult work. We have worked with Dustin and Kim for several years and have found them to be very professional and knowledgeable people to work with. read more

I needed a 30 foot eucalyptus removed and couldn't get any of the companies recommended to me by friends to even come out to give a quote in less than 2 weeks. So I went online for reviews and found Waraner Tree Service on Yelp. The multiple Waraner Tree reviews were reassuring. Dustin came out almost immediately. Kim emailed, per my request, their quite adequate insurance coverage. The price relative to what I and my friends thought it would cost, was extremely competitive, including hauling off and stump removal. They accorded me a "Yelp Discount" .They were booked but I pleaded and they came the following Saturday. Everything which everybody had remarked on Yelp was true. They had every kind of truck and piece of equipment imaginable. They were on time, 8:00 AM. All their guys wore hard hats. Dustin came back periodically during the day, though his guys needed no help. Dustin agreed to throw in getting rid of a sizable, downed pine, if I would buy his guys drinks. When I was a little late with the drinks and snacks, I ended up eating one of their tamales. It was good! The work was done with every precaution for safety both to personnel and property. They would systematically attach ropes to to-be-cut limbs to prevent out of control falls. They cut in small pieces rather than larger which may have been tempting. And aside from the 10 o'clock snack and noon lunch, they worked without interruption. The main guy who scaled the tree and did the cutting obviously knew his stuff. All chain saws operated without a hitch. At the end, with only the trunk remaining, I was concerned that the trunk might possibly slide and damage an adjacent retaining wall once they "felled" it. I mentioned it to the head cutter. He assured me they had ample ropes to prevent that. He was entirely right! The trunk was so large in diameter that they decided not to dice it up. Rather this gigantic crane (its own vehicle) and still another big truck showed up and they lifted the trunk in three or four sections and got it out fast. There was some trouble with the stump grinder but after all of the expeditious work that had already transpired, I was more than willing to overlook a small delay, which incidentally they handled professionally: a true mechanic was on site within half an hour: he arrived with a "saddle-bags" pick-up truck that obviously connotes professional mechanics. So I consider I lucked out big time. Hope this helps. read more

Used Waraner a couple of days ago to remove a liquid amber tree (was too big for the area and was causing a walkway to crack), trim a couple of large Japanese Maple trees and a reshape guava tree. The guava tree looks great after their work. It was an ugly, round hedge before. The guys were very polite and did a nice job cleaning-up afterwards . Nice follow-up from Kim as well. read more

Fast and friendly service, very professional, did a great job. Would recommend to my friends. Price better than the other quotes we got.

Excellent service and results. Reasonably priced and efficient. Recommend them for any tree trimming needs. Very knowledgeable on tree types and trimming needs. Completed job on time and the trees looked the best that I have ever seen them. Thanks read more

I needed 2 trees pruned and cleaned they had not been touched in 15 years. Oscar did a great job fast and clean. They left my yard cleaner than it was. Good price and great service. No question I will use them again. read more

So pleased with Waraner Tree Experts! This is the second time we have used their service. They are fast, efficient, careful, reasonably priced and knowledgable. We had a very tricky project and we had some concerns with removing a tree that had grown into one we wanted to save. They knew exactly what to do. I would not hesitate to use their service. Two thumbs up. read more

Waraner was professional and prompt. They came in a bit higher than other bids for our job, but correctly diagnosed a large oak as being a safety hazard and took the tree down within a week. I have heard of companies that do not throughly grind out the remaining stump, but Waraner's crew did a great job. Will certainly call on them again to maintain the other trees on our property. read more

Used Waraner a few weeks ago awesome job. Easy to schedule, they honored the original bid which was estimated 6 months prior. They showed up on time, were very clean and took their time doing a fantastic job, couldn't be more please. Paying the invoice was seamless all done online it took less then 30seconds. Congrats to Waraner for providing exceptional service. I will definitely be a customer again. read more

We used Waraner Tree Experts for years. Just in the past 2 weeks I was working with Kim to have our ancient weeping willow removed. Before we could finalize details the tree catastrophically fell. Called Kim urgently and she sent a "revised" estimate that is over $500 more than it was before!!! She claims it's because there's more work and a rootball...there's no rootball it came up and out when the tree fell. She claims it's more technical? Really??? How's that possible when no one has to climb it, it's safely on the ground not moving, easily accessible to our paved patio to the front gate? I sent her more than 10 pictures before the fall and 16 after. They cannot legitimately claim this is more work. Kim texted me Friday she'd be in touch today. Silence. They are price gouging due to the urgency. I've already found 3 companies willing to come out and help and who care. Too bad the vendor we've used for years can't help their clients when they need them they just want our money. Will never ever use Waraner Tree Experts again. read more

I want to thank the team at Waraner (Eric, Pancho and Callo -for our house)- SO IMPRESSED! They were on time, efficient and cleaned up the entire driveway before leaving. My yard looked better than when they arrived to start the work. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their attention to detail. I would highly recommend Waraner. Don't waste your valuable time with other quotes, their prices were very fair and they have the equipment to complete the task in short order. Excellent! read more

Warner Tree Service was professional, on time and diplayed the most knowledge in relation to tree health and pruning techniques. I was very happy with their work and recommend anyone doing major tree work have Waraner bid on the job. read more

This company came for an estimate at the time stated. The work was completed as agreed. The bonus was great team work. The crew was efficient, and friendly. I certainly will use them again. read more

Pleasant to deal with. Showed up promptly for an estimate. Scheduled the work and showed up when they told me they'd be here. Our tree looks great, much better than than it did when we used another tree trimming service a few years ago. I highly recommend Waraner. read more

A huge piece of an even bigger eucalyptus tree fell through the roof of the house I just bought. Waraner Tree responded immediately to my call and within a week they were there to do the work. In one day they removed 6 giant trees, a smaller tree and a bunch of overgrown shrubs. They cleaned up the area completely. Great Job! read more

I hired Waraner Tree Experts to cut down a very large redwood tree and to replace some birch trees as well as prune some japanese maples. They did an excellent job, worked through a light rain all day and had everything done in one day. Very thorough and professional and I would highly recommend. Pricing was good as well. read more

The best thing about this company is their competitive pricing. The discounts they offer is an additional incentive. Kim is efficient and organized in scheduling and confirming your appointments and Dustin is professional and thorough in his estimates. This is the second time we've had them do work for us and their crew is generally good. The one recommendation I have is for Dustin or Kim to have a follow-up call after the work is completed. I had a few issues I would have mentioned to them (after the first job was done a couple years ago) to improve their service, but it was not worth a call to them at that time. Overall, I would call them again if their prices remain compettive. read more

Great to work with. Reasonable. I had two large palm trees removed. One had power lines real close. They made it look easy with their big crane. Dustin and Kim run a good business and are down to earth. Their employees know what they're doing, keeping things safe and clean. Will definitely use them again in the future. read more

Excellent customer service from start to finish, quality work, on time, left the yard cleaner than when they started - I have used a couple of local tree service firms over the past years, and Waraner is simply the best. Your quest for quality tree work at a reasonable price is over, no need to look any farther. Trust me. read more

I would highly recommend Waraner Tree Experts to anyone looking for great customer service, fast and efficient work and clean up, and very fair pricing. Kim and Dustin do a great job from quoting big jobs (3 large redwoods removed) to trimming (2 large mulberry trees) and stay on budget, on time, and have a great team actually doing the work. And, the team did an excellent job in the clean up. We wanted to keep the mulch generated from the redwoods and the team was very accommodating in setting that up for us as well. They even delivered a half load to a neighbor's house as a courtesy! read more

The Waraner crew showed up at 7:30 in the morning and by 5PM had removed 6 very tall Italian Cypress trees that were along the tight border with the neighbors yard. They also crown trimmed another large tree in the yard. They cleaned up everything extremely well and damaged none of the very close in shrubs / rose bushes / etc. It is quite unbelievable to watch how they go about their business. Definitely would recommend their services to others. read more

They were one of 2 quotes that I received. They were less expensive plus they recommended not trimming one of the trees thus; saving me more money. They came on time, did an excellent job on the trimming and the clean up. They were a pleasure doing business with and I highly recommend them and will certainly do business with them again. I will be using them for giving our yard a makeover with their organic colored mulch. read more

I had Waraner remove a number of trees and plant some new trees at our home. We made it very difficult as we could not determine the new trees to go in. Kim and Dustin were very patient with us. When we finally decided, the job was performed in one day. Very clean, very professional at a fair price. I would definitely use them again for any tree service. read more

I recently used Waraner Tree Experts to have a Cork Oak tree trimmed in my backyard. Let me start by saying that this tree is monster huge and was very overgrown - it was hanging over my fences, branches that hung so low you could hit your head on them, it really monopolized the space in my backyard. I have been in my home for almost 6 years and when I moved in 6 years ago, the tree was already in need of trimming. I had an estimate done in July of 2013 and to be honest I thought the estimate of $595 was 'high' (I was wrong, it's not). I had zero experience in having a tree trimmed and didn't know what to expect as far as price and even the amount of work involved in trimming a tree, I just knew it needed to be done. I was finally able to take care of business this January and get the tree done, and I am so happy I did. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work that was done. 1) I called and left a message- Kim got right back to me and was able to schedule me within a week of me calling; 2) WTE honored my original estimate, which I thought was pretty cool because it was a 6 month old estimate (and I had lost my copy, they still had their copy); 3) The crew arrived at my house on time. They were very respectful and polite and they worked really fast. I had to leave in the middle of the trimming and left my 19 year old son in charge. He also commented on how polite the crew was to him. (I really appreciate that because I have to rely on my son to help out sometimes. It's nice to deal with people who are professional no matter if they are dealing with the lady of the house or the 2nd in charge); 4) Just having that tree trimmed totally cleaned up my backyard and really opened up the space in my yard. They even raked out my backyard and made that look better than before (another thing I really appreciated); 5) My tree looks AMAZING! The crew reshaped it and thinned it out. It looks so much healthier and sort of majestic. I love looking at it and I am so pleased with the quality of work that was done. Bottom line is - I highly recommend Waraner Tree. Like I said, I did not have any experience in this area and they were very professional, polite, honest, prompt and fair. If they do root removal of bushes, I will be calling them again. Thank you Waraner Tree! read more

These folks are all-pro. Despite having to hand-haul the wood from two substantial trees up more than 60 stairs, the crew was cheerful and did a terrific job with both tree work and the cleanup. I am happy to add my 5 stars to their already gold medal rating. read more

We had a great experience with Waraner Tree Experts. Our next door neighbor used them and we were so impressed, we decided to have them do our trees too. They know what they are doing - we have one huge tree that needs to be done every few years and we expect it to cost a bit. They gave us a fair price and did a great job. But the real bonus was an orange tree in our backyard - we've never found anyone to actually prune it correctly. They fixed our orange tree! They were also tidy, efficient and very nice to work with. read more

I received excellent service from getting an estimate through to the completion of the work. Waraner Tree experts clearly care very much about the work they do. I would highly recommend. read more

We recently used Waraner to do a complete tree trimming throughout our property. We had three large oak trees and several smaller trees. They showed up on time, verified the services we agreed to, and began work. They worked for an entire day. They were careful with our property - watching out for our existing plants, careful with the sides of our house, etc.. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. We were very pleased with their service and how good our trees look! We will use them again. read more

Needed two redwood trees removed from the backyard on a steep slope above the pool. Waraner Tree provided a competitive quote with good e-mail follow-up to confirm what was included. They showed up right on time, did the work promptly and professionally, and did an excellent job of clean-up. Excellent company. read more

I am so pleased with Waraner Tree Experts from estimate which did not change, talking and email with Kim to the 3 men who actually did the work. They all could not have been more professional. The work was done with a plan in mind and at the same time clean up was done. I will bring them back in 2 years without a doubt. I am also pleased from estimate to work done was a week! read more

Both Kim and Dustin were very friendly and helpful. I chose the company because several years ago Dustin had given me a quick diagnosis of our oaks and didn't charge me anything. Recently he did work on a number of our trees. I was concerned about the cost proposed, but there was a large, friendly crew, big trucks, and they did a great job. It was well worth the cost.
