I wouldn't use this towing company if at all possible. Towed my teenage son's car from the scene of an accident. They were very rude to deal with and ended up charging us way more than they said they were over the phone. They were supposed to tow the car to a wrecker, but were unable to do so on day one or day two, apparently. They said they wouldn't charge us since it was their fault they couldn't tow that day. Ended up charging for three days! Totally ripped off a 17 year old. Nice. read more

WAP TOWING is a joke. They towed my vehicle back in April, sold it and whoever bought it is evading tolls. They did not put it in their name until October so I am getting the violations. When I called them they informed me that I owe them money and sending me to collections. I am just wanting the info on the new owner that is requested by DMV and FASTRAK. I will handle it my way. WAP Towing is a family owned business by Jeff & Kim who are truly awesome! Over the Christmas Holiday they assisted us and stayed open late in order to accommodate our travel schedule. Jeff is very informative and a wealth of information. They are understanding, compassionate and professional. I can't think of anyone else who could be as helpful, effective and efficient as WAP Towing (Jeff, Kim & Stacie) when you are having difficulties. I had my truck towed tonight by WAP Towing and they were quick and responsive. I spoke with the owner Kim who helped me immediately when a few other tow companies were more then 2 hours away. WAP Towing got to me in 30 minutes and thank god for that because my truck broke down on the side of the freeway on greenback and 80. I would definitely recommend this company because the lady on the phone Kim was very helpful and they were also very quick to help me. read more

My car was stolen a couple of months ago. The police asked this towing company to pick up the car. About an hour later, I arrived at the tow company. The man at the business, who may have been the owner, was incredibly RUDE at first arrival-NO HELLO, NOT EVEN A SMILE! I wanted to make sure the car would even start before I got the car. It may not have been worth the $400-my car is old. The man was so unfriendly and unhelpful. He would not let me look at the car before paying him. Then, he proceeded to tell me that I owe him an additional $95 for his time he stayed over in the office for 15 minutes. After I called him out about how illegal it is to set his own fees on the spot and that if he needed to leave, he should have told the police we can come the next day, he got in his car and drove off. The man (owner) was ABSOLUTELY ill-mannered. Overall, this place is GARBAGE!!! I will never recommend ANYONE use this organization. Good luck to you if you decide to go with them. read more

I was eating at aldobertos when i saw three of your grown men employees fight this young teenage girl. They walked over to the aldobertos parking lot where this young girl was standing and started shouting things and smashed her head with his helmet. The girl was only 5 foot and maybe 100 pounds. It didn't look like the girl knew the guys at all and had no intentions of getting involved with anything. I was baffled by what i saw. I caught one of the guys names, Matt. Your employees were running around trying to fight these teenagers when all i can hear was the girl and the young man she was with telling them to leave them alone or they were going to call the cops. Your employees looked not sober and very unprofessional. 0 stars and i hope the young girl who was smashed in the face by a helmet from a 200+ pound 6 foot guy, gets justice. read more

My son's truck broke down and since he had to go to work I told him I would sit and wait with his truck til the tow driver came, like any mom would do. We have Allstate roadside service so I called them and around 330 pm they told me WAP towing would be there around 442 pm. Ok, so I wait. At around 4:45 my phone rang while it was in my hand, I answered it and no one was there. My phone rang again but this time it was Allstate. They told me WAP cancelled my tow because I didn't answer my phone. That was a blatant lie cause I did. They told Allstate they were done working at 5. The worst part, I was only a few miles down the road from them and my house is a few more miles from there. Now I have to wait for another driver who won't be here until 630 pm. Now I will be sitting here in the dark, in the back parking lot by myself. Hope the WAP driver enjoys the first game of the 2018 world series. read more
