William arrived within 20 mins of my tow request. He was friendly, it was a hot day and he had to push my beast of a Chevy suburban out of a parking spot. He didn't complain or seemed annoyed at all. I would definitely call them again if I needed a tow. Thanks William! Hope your back was ok after that push read more

Cameron was great to work with! He arrived promptly and worked quickly and thoroughly.

Will took care of me and my 2016 gmc canyon quickly and professionally, thank you for the quick response.

Terrible tow service. Driver Cameron is the worst. He's rude and a liar. Do not use this company. Anyone else is better than 1 Stop Towing. They are not helpful at all and all they care about is the money. They do not care about anyone or that you were in an accident. Very callous and uncaring. read more

They charge you a hook and tow fee of a minimum $300, then they charge you a per minute to hook your vehicle. Once picking up your vehicle, you don't know which door of the maze of fake dealerships and tow companies within the building. Then you trip over the 5 potholes to get to the stairway of the building, in which it's not ADA compliant. read more

Terrible service. Don't recommend at all. Rude customer service from the driver Cameron. Had an appointment to be here to pick up personal items from a car accident. Sat here for an hour waiting. If I could do negative Stars I would. read more

Driver named Larry ran my car on the curb and scratched the car. After asking for compensation the driver told me there has been previous damage on the vehicle. I called in to the company and the dispatcher would not give any information on how to reach to the manager and even told me the driver Larry was the owner which is a lie. I asked Larry for the pictures taken before towing the car so that way we can compare the damages and still have not received a response. read more

Working with 1 Stop to correct my diaster of a purchase which apparently "from original sale on the day I bought car" registration was liability processed and resulted a incomplete application for registration and DMV listed previous owner not me on registration. TBC..... read more

Courteous and kind: these are the words I would use to describe Hector. He took my situation into consideration and handled my vehicle with care. Chris was also very reasonable to deal with. read more

Hector L was my tow truck driver yesterday and he was awesome! He was very communicative and funny, which was helpful because I was pretty bummed given my car troubles. I appreciate his customer service and friendliness. Thanks Hector! read more

Hector was great! He went above and beyond towing my car about 20 miles and getting me home safely. Thank you Hector!!

Mother in laws vehicle was towed by Sac P.D. after she was taken by ambulance. We called 1 Stop about removing the vehicle. The vehicle hadn't even arrived at the yard and the guy was questioning what insurance it had. I asked him to just give me the total to remove and he said "give me $400 and the title to the car and we'll settle. I asked if we could tow it the following day, Saturday. Of course they are open but since it's the weekend there is a gate fee as well. He said call tomorrow and we'll get the vehicle out of the yard to tow out. After that they didn't answer our calls and waited for Monday to answer in order to increase the fees. Got the car towed out and at a body shop while we deal with insurance because these guys are SHADY. read more

I was stranded 100+ miles in my Mercedes. Our emergency roadside service called this place and I was told it would be a 90 minute wait. Not only was the lady rude but they ended up cancelling my pickup without notice. If you're ever called to use them, cancel and look elsewhere. This place sucks! read more

Terrible customer service. Lied about arrival time and claimed they had only dispatched ten minutes ago when I had a notification that they had been dispatched forty minutes ago. Was supposed to arrive around 12:59 or is now 1:45 and no one has showed up. When I called to check up, the woman on the line said "fine I'll cancel the order" and hung up on me. I had to call back twice for her to even pick up and it took her far too long to apologize. read more

Hector came to my rescue the other day after my car was vandalized. His kindness and upbeat attitude helped turn an awful situation into one that was somewhat bearable. He called me to let me know he was on the way with his ETA and again when he was getting close! He also helped me to wrap up my shattered window so the car wouldn't get wet on the inside. All of this on a day where it was pouring rain the entire day! I really appreciate his care and attention to detail. Thank you Hector and 1Stop Towing!!! read more

If i could give them 0 stars, I would. Our Volvo had a flat tire, and we got assigned to 1Stop towing. Hector arrived and started demanding us for more than what he got from Volvo. Volvo tried to contact him, and he hung up on them. We were left stranded 150 miles away from home. I will report a consumer compliant for trying to cheat customers. read more

Very quick. The only thing is they charged me extra because I told them car wouldn't start. Was able to get it jumped. I actually drove the car on the tow truck. But the driver was friendly and showed up fairly quick. read more

Hector called me prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way and gave me an ETA. He came promptly and reassured me that his tow truck would be capable of towing our sprinter van which needed to be flatbed towed to avoid further damage to the rear differential. Any concerns I had vanished when he told me exactly where he was securing (by the main frame and not by the engine or subframe etc) the van to the flatbed. He even measured the total height of the van + flatbed to figure out if we would fit under bridges/passes in the freeway and reassured me by letting me know he was going to take an earlier exit via surface streets in order to avoid any bridges just to be completely safe. We arrived safely to the repair shop. Throughout the whole process Hector was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. I would absolutely recommend him again if I am ever need of a tow for the sprinter van . I had called several tow companies prior to Hector and a lot of them let me know they were unable to tow the sprinter due to the size (10 ft tall, 19 ft long) and weight (10,000lb) of the vehicle . Extremely grateful for Hector's tow services! No regrets and highly recommend him . read more

Hector arrived shortly after calling. He had to tow my husband's new car to the dealership. I appreciate the care he took into making sure his car was not damaged or scratched in the process. read more

After a very long day of waiting for multiple tows the dealership sent Hector out and within minutes of the assignment he called me, confirmed the work order and arrived before the quoted time. Hector was helpful, kind, and communicative. He made sure to check the car before confirming the need for a tow which most tow companies don't bother doing. Once delivered to the dealership he sent me a confirmation photo and communicated the problem with the car to the staff. Thank you, Hector, for making this a little easier to deal with. read more

This the worst tow company in sacramento they held my car for 3 days and wanted to charge me another $125 just to bring it back to my house 3 miles read more

How roadside assistance work for insurance companies is like getting an Uber. They outsource the towing company. The job was dispatched to this company & the wait was about 90 minutes. As time progressed, the wait take got shorter & shorter & stopped around the 20 minute mark. Then jumped back to 60 minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt & thought maybe something happened. I continued to check the ETA every 5 mins & it was getting closer & closer. Again it stopped at the 20 min mark. I called the insurance company & they said the towing company noted that they tried calling me and canceled the service. Bull****. I picked up every spam call that came thru, in which I never do. No one from this company called me & If they did, why didn't they leave a voicemail? Anyway just like the other reviewer stated, if your insurance dispatches to this company, get another towing company immediately. They're NOT RELIABLE. And to 1-stop towing, if you're reading this, you suck. What if I was really stranded on the freeway & you did this. If you don't have any compassion on why people need you, get out of this business. Don't waste our time. read more
