I also don't know how accurate it is to say their food is 'halal', which to me doesn't matter but it may to someone who is strictly halal. The parking lot is still atrocious at least they paved it, and there's not even anywhere else close to park if you can't get in. So my advice here is to proceed with caution..if you catch them on a good day, you'll love it, otherwise, you might not want to return.
