The food was cold and the customers were service was terrible. The store was so dirty and the staff were extremely unprofessional. Do NOT eat at this McDonald. There are other places to go. Terrible food and terrible service! read more

This MC Donald's is really good. The service is great too.The people are extremely knowledgeable and friendly

Do not go here! Terrible service and awful customer experience. We placed two separate orders on the mobile app to pick up at the drive-through so we could grab our food quickly. When we arrived, we told the employee we were picking up two orders. He said "one order per car," and when we got to the window, he only gave us one order and refused to give the second, even though it was already paid for. He made us drive all the way around again, and by then the line was crowded. We ended up waiting another 20 minutes after we had already been at the window once. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead and was very frustrating!!! read more

the service had no one at the counters and tokk them 15 minutes to check the counter and then they denied that i placed an order and then only 20 MINUTES LATER they checked and i made my order read more

This place was nuts when I stopped by for lunch the other day. The drive-thru had traffic backed up onto the road so I decided to go in. I ordered on the touch screen and then waited for my order. It took some time but the order was accurate and they really did pump out the orders as fast as they could....everyone was hustling. If you order a meal, you just take a cup for your drink and I will say the counter by the drink machine was messy so trying to find a place to set your bags while you fill up your drinks was a struggle. However, that's a minor problem. For as busy as they were, I thought they were efficient and friendly. read more

McDonald's - customers ordering food at the counter - Burgers Near Me - Thornwood, New York

Drive thru moved quickly but it was hard to understand what the woman over the intercom was saying. I got a number 7 and the burgers and fries were good and instead of a fountain drink I got a milkshake which was also good. Only thing was the communication issue with the woman over the intercom at the drive thru. read more

Rude employee Scott raised his voice to me on the drive through line because there was a system error on his end and he didn't have my order details. They had the order, but no details. Rather than taking the time to see the order on my phone, and the fact it was paid for. He told me he couldn't help me, to cancel my own order, and that he had alot of people behind me in line (essentially telling me to go away ). The issue was simply my coupon for a free fries and it was after midnight. I would have happily taken just the sandwiches that were paid for and left without the free fries. Very rude and will not be returning to this location again. read more

They're so much better now. Double ordering lanes and enough people to staff them. Kudos! read more

McDonald's - a side view mirror of a car at night - Burgers Near Me - Thornwood, New York

This is solely for the curbside pickup: they have 10/10 service now, with someone bringing your order straight to your car window, and has a tray with sauces and condiments on hand for you to select from. No other McDonalds nearby has this extra touch (there's one that is super duper stingy north of here). read more

Long lines at the drive thru meant I went inside. The touchscreen machines out of receipt paper so didn't know my order number. Fortunately not too busy inside, so they managed to get it to me in a reasonable time. And forgot the kid's meal milk. And the ice tea drink. I've had better. Nuggets were hot and delicious, and plenty of sauces. Just missing drinks for some reason and went back to the counter to ask for them. read more

Came here again, this time I asked for ketchup when ordering. They made sure to note it on the receipt/order however, I still got no ketchup. Why is it so hard for a fast food place to put ketchup in your bag to go? This place sucks and the manager/owner isn't responsive to complaints, same as last!. You can smile get all the items correct but not getting ketchup is a zero star review at McDonald's ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!! Fries and burgers need side ketchup. Fast food 101. To make matters worse they give attitude when asking for ketchup and try to hand you a small amount. I'll pay if you're cheap just give me ketchup ya hear cheap management/owner? read more

The chicken sandwich was good but goddang clean this stuff up. Are y'all dumb? Are you really treating this town that badly? All that trash is going to go everywhere. Send someone outside to clean it up you absolute dummies. Holy cow it looks so bad - you are a trash business for all of your employees seeing this and doing nothing. And by all I mean the manager. Like what are you even managing? You must be walking around staring at the floor all day. read more

Pretty decent they made me park and wait for your drive through food but it is quick and tasty

Mobile App will tell you they are open. They will gladly take your money and/or points. Then when you arrive they will ignore you at the drive thru for 4 hours. Heaven forbid they heat up a breakfast sandwich before 5am. Corporate needs to amend or remove this location from the mobile app if they will claim to be open 24 hours when in fact they close for 4 hours daily. There are other locations nearby that honor the hours they post on the app. Don't waste your time here. read more

A few things I would like to say about this McDonald's normally I don't do this but the fact that they disrespected me so hard is so annoying First the lady at the drive through window clearly did not understand anything that I ordered she was such in a rush that she wanted us out that drive through for them to go home. I drove up to the window and no one greeted me when they finally came to the window they handed me My food and I told them that this wasn't what I ordered, they gave me what I ordered after this they closed the window as I was rechecking my bag and once they opened I asked for bbq and buffalo sauce they handed me over one packet of buffalo sauce when I had a six piece chicken nugget and they said I would have to pay for the rest I was okay with paying and they said you don't have cash well obviously no that's why I paid with Apple Pay they ended up giving me one free honey mustard and Buffalo after I tried giving them back both those two times they finally gave me my packet just for them to as we'll rush me out that drive through . instead of gossiping with your co workers how about you guys actually work. Then I decide to give them a call twice and they hung up on my wife and I called and they told me that they would transfer me over to the manger once someone finally came on the phone they said that I was speaking to them and when I asked for her name she did not give it to me and I told them that there service was horrible all she had to say was thank you. The food was horrible cold by when we got a chance to eat I will be calling tmr morning and asking for the manager to take action read more

Had a #1 Big Mac meal around 2 PM today. Three hours later, my stomach was bloated and I was in severe pain. Vomited right after that. I can't be sure it was the food served at this location, but the only food I ate today was from this McDonalds. It's 9:45, and my stomach is still hurting. Hopefully Pepto Bismol will remedy the situation, otherwise, I'll be going to the emergency room tonight. read more

If you order from this McDonalds drive-through make sure that you review your order before leaving that parking lot, better yet stay on that line and review in front of them. It's unbelievable how often they forget food. The last time I reviewed and the lady was arguing that she gave me a bag only to find it behind her co-worker. You guys need to get it together- it defeats the purpose of FAST food. read more

This is the best McDonald's ever. They deliver your food to your table on a tray. The employees smile and tell you that your grandchildren are so cute. Everything was perfect. I forgot my wallet there and did not figure out where I left it for a day and a half. They saved it for me with all my money in-tact. read more

!!!EFF YOU Mcdonalds!!! Since when are you only allowed to buy 2 cheesburgers if you buy the whole meal? 4:30 am drive thru conversation: Me: (Upon noticing the prominently displayed dollar menu) I'll have one McDouble and... Drivethru chick: We don't have the dollar menu. Me: Um ok, 2 cheeseburgers then. Drivethru chick: We don't have the dollar menu. Me: Yes, I heard you, I want 2 cheeseburgers. Drivethru chick: They're not a dollar, you want that in a meal? Me: I understand they're not a dollar. I just want the cheesburgers. Drivethru chick: But they're not a dollar, you have to get it in a meal. You want the meal? Me: I don't care how much they cost! I want 2 cheeseburgers. No fries, no drink! Drivethru chick: You can't have them like that. There's no dollar menu, you have to get the meal! Me: Are you fucking kidding me?!! You're telling me I can't buy just cheeseburgers at a fucking McDonalds?!!! Drivethru chick: (silence) Me: Hello!!! Can I buy 2 cheeseburgers! I know they're not a dollar!!! I don't care how much they cost!!! Drivethru chick: You have to buy the meal!!!! Me: WTF!!! Somehow they had my meal completely tray'd up in in my hands before my transaction even processed w my debit card. That's where the 5 star comes from... it was so fast it was baffling! Kudos to the ladies over there. Definitely one of the better McDonalds in Westchester County read more

They take like 20 minutes to make my sandwich, and the lady who was taking the order did not know nothing how to take care customers, very bad service read more

Yo this McDonald's definitely deserves the star rating it has. First, I asked for sweet and sour sauce for my chicken McNuggets like 4xs at the drive through and they still forgot it. I had to go back and get it. Also, I was definitely in need of an Apple pie and after I paid they said there were no more. They substituted it with chocolate chip cookies. That is in no way the same. Very disappointed. Wish I had apple pie. *also I just tasted the chocolate chip cookies and they were nowhere near the same quality as the apple pie. read more

Extremely fast service with very convinient prices. Very tasty too. However, more healthy options like a salad would be ideal.

This is probably one of the better McDonald's that I've been in. It just got revamped and has a new modern style to it. Rather then ordering at the counter you use large touch screens that are super innovative and very sleek. The customer service is the same and isn't bad. It's a great place to just come and chill. It seems very clean and well lit. Overall I'd check this McDonald's out. read more

This McDonald's has gotten WORSE since the renovations. I've gone twice in the past month, used the drivethru both times. BOTH times I've been asked at the last window to please park for 3 mins. Like do you think I came here for the top quality food??? NO I CAME HERE FOR QUICK SERVICE. read more

I enjoy eating here after a long day's work at Target. The 24 hour drive through is very convenient. I have lot's of nostalgia of going to the Golden Arches as a child and I will continue to eat here. Management and staff are respectful and always willing to help you place an order on your food. I also enjoy their innovation as they did a complete remodel of this McDonald's. Not only has the building improved, but also the food I order seem to be more fresh and more satisfying to eat. I love the Big Mac value meal. Been eating here for over 20 years and I recommend it to anyone. read more

I could not give this place less stars right now. We ordered 36 nuggets and asked for a lot of sweet and sour sauce to go with the nuggets. I got 2. 2 for 36 nuggets. That is total BS. BOO. SHAME! Today is September 23. The time is 10 after 8. Everybody working there right now should be ashamed of themselves. This is BS. ZERO STARS. It won't let me give zero stars but ZERO STARS!!!!! I understand trying to conserve sauce, but at least give enough sauce for the amount of food ordered. read more

Worst place ever for fast food, u have to bag your own food, u can't put in separate orders, customer service sucks, person handing me food useless person taking my order dumb as a bucket of rocks. Doors close at 10pm but drive thru is open and the line is into the street y not just leave doors open till 12 makes more sense. My suggestion is go to Wendy's on 9a or Burger King on 100 I wish I could give no stars. So one star for hot food and the order was right read more

I went thru drive thru and gave person simple order of rolo mcflury and choclolate shake. Person obviously didn't speak any english. Kept telling me NO rollo then after 4 times she clamied she had order. She took such a long time person in back of us started honking which flustered me. As we where driving off I heard her on intercom saying no rollo mcflurry. She charged it up as milkshake and burger which I didn't order. If a person is going to be taking orders she should have some familiarity with the menu and she should certainly know how to speak english it was painfully obvious this person could not speak English yet was taking orders!!!! Yo no hable espanol. Lo Siento If I worked at a mcdonalds I would hope I could speak the language of the country where I was taking orders from. Seriously. read more

Worst restaurant ever. No one understands your order and it takes 15 minutes or more in the drivethru. Definitely one of the better mcdonalds! I don't come to this one super often but every time I do I have a good experience. It seems they're always pretty well staffed and get people in and out quick. My most recent visit there was the sweetest girl working the drive thru. It was busy but everything was quick, correct and with a smile. It was a nice change from most drive thru experiences! read more

It was pretty good when I went there! Not any serious problems like the last reviewers. Could've been nicer staff though.

I had the same experience as Nicole below. When I pulled around to get my meal the person operating the window was hanging out talking to their friends in an SUV. I waited ten minutes, honked... and heard the people at the window and in the SUV laugh as I backed up and pulled out of the parking lot. Apparently they the only item on the menu at 3:30pm is the double cheeseburger. The night employees and the store manager should be fired. The place is a joke. read more

I have been going to the same McDonald's since I practically came out of the womb. It never disappoints. I always order two Cheeseburgers with Medium Fries and a Medium Coke. Occasionally, I will get the Crispy Chicken Snack Wrap if I'm feeling extra hungry. My alternative order is the classic Big Mac. In my opinion, McDonald's is the best and most consistent fast-food burger chain in America. I come here a few times a month (which I should probably stop doing, but can't help it). You can't beat the convenience of being able to order a satisfying, inexpensive meal without even having to get out of your car. The drive-thru window is clutch. One critique I have is that the new renovation of the building has taken away the family-friendly atmosphere that McDonald's used to be when I was growing up. It now looks more like an industrial building than the place I used to have birthday parties at as a toddler. It is sad that there is no more ball pit for the young kids, but it honestly was a total germ fest. Overall, I give 4 stars. read more

I swear Big K's gunna keep throwing these fades till I'm given some culinary justice... McDonald's done me dirty and for that I'm saltier than their goddam fries. Let me cut the fluff, I'm going straight to the crap that urks me. Tell me how I ordered a 20pc Chicken Nugget and this lady has the audacity to only swing 2 sauces my way. Like Sis... I needa at least 50 of them jawns... MINIMUM. My Chicken Nuggs, freaking dolphin dive and synchronize swim for the gold medal in that sauce. You think 2 sauces is enough? I need at least 40 Sweet & Sours, 5 Ranch a3nd 5 BBQ. I don't you ever dare say you have Szechuan Sauce when I ask for it and then proceed to giving me Tangy BBQ. Don't let me get my homie YBT from On's to show you how REAL Szechuan is made. And what grinded my gears the most is that I asked for a Happy Meal and y'all forgot my GODDAM TOY. THATS THE CENTER PIECE OF THE WHOLE MEAL. Thats the equivalent of going to a Kendrick Concert but IceJJFish is performing instead! A complete disappointment. read more
