Do not go here! Terrible service and awful customer experience. We placed two separate orders on the mobile app to pick up at the drive-through so we could grab our food quickly. When we arrived, we told the employee we were picking up two orders. He said "one order per car," and when we got to the window, he only gave us one order and refused to give the second, even though it was already paid for. He made us drive all the way around again, and by then the line was crowded. We ended up waiting another 20 minutes after we had already been at the window once. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead and was very frustrating!!! read more

This place was nuts when I stopped by for lunch the other day. The drive-thru had traffic backed up onto the road so I decided to go in. I ordered on the touch screen and then waited for my order. It took some time but the order was accurate and they really did pump out the orders as fast as they could....everyone was hustling. If you order a meal, you just take a cup for your drink and I will say the counter by the drink machine was messy so trying to find a place to set your bags while you fill up your drinks was a struggle. However, that's a minor problem. For as busy as they were, I thought they were efficient and friendly. read more

Rude employee Scott raised his voice to me on the drive through line because there was a system error on his end and he didn't have my order details. They had the order, but no details. Rather than taking the time to see the order on my phone, and the fact it was paid for. He told me he couldn't help me, to cancel my own order, and that he had alot of people behind me in line (essentially telling me to go away ). The issue was simply my coupon for a free fries and it was after midnight. I would have happily taken just the sandwiches that were paid for and left without the free fries. This is solely for the curbside pickup: they have 10/10 service now, with someone bringing your order straight to your car window, and has a tray with sauces and condiments on hand for you to select from. Long lines at the drive thru meant I went inside. The touchscreen machines out of receipt paper so didn't know my order number. Fortunately not too busy inside, so they managed to get it to me in a reasonable time. And forgot the kid's meal milk. And the ice tea drink. I've had better. Came here again, this time I asked for ketchup when ordering. They made sure to note it on the receipt/order however, I still got no ketchup. Why is it so hard for a fast food place to put ketchup in your bag to go? This place sucks and the manager/owner isn't responsive to complaints, same as last!. Mobile App will tell you they are open. They will gladly take your money and/or points. Then when you arrive they will ignore you at the drive thru for 4 hours. Heaven forbid they heat up a breakfast sandwich before 5am. Corporate needs to amend or remove this location from the mobile app if they will claim to be open 24 hours when in fact they close for 4 hours daily. A few things I would like to say about this McDonald's normally I don't do this but the fact that they disrespected me so hard is so annoying First the lady at the drive through window clearly did not understand anything that I ordered she was such in a rush that she wanted us out that drive through for them to go home. I drove up to the window and no one greeted me when they finally came to the window they handed me My food and I told them that this wasn't what I ordered, they gave me what I ordered after this they closed the window as I was rechecking my bag and once they opened I asked for bbq and buffalo sauce they handed me over one packet of buffalo sauce when I had a six piece chicken nugget and they said I would have to pay for the rest I was okay with paying and they said you don't have cash well obviously no that's why I paid with Apple Pay they ended up giving me one free honey mustard and Buffalo after I tried giving them back both those two times they finally gave me my packet just for them to as we'll rush me out that drive through . instead of gossiping with your co workers how about you guys actually work. Then I decide to give them a call twice and they hung up on my wife and I called and they told me that they would transfer me over to the manger once someone finally came on the phone they said that I was speaking to them and when I asked for her name she did not give it to me and I told them that there service was horrible all she had to say was thank you. Had a #1 Big Mac meal around 2 PM today. Three hours later, my stomach was bloated and I was in severe pain. Vomited right after that. I can't be sure it was the food served at this location, but the only food I ate today was from this McDonalds. It's 9:45, and my stomach is still hurting. This is the best McDonald's ever. They deliver your food to your table on a tray. The employees smile and tell you that your grandchildren are so cute. Everything was perfect. Yo this McDonald's definitely deserves the star rating it has. First, I asked for sweet and sour sauce for my chicken McNuggets like 4xs at the drive through and they still forgot it. I had to go back and get it. Also, I was definitely in need of an Apple pie and after I paid they said there were no more. They substituted it with chocolate chip cookies. That is in no way the same. Very disappointed. Wish I had apple pie. *also I just tasted the chocolate chip cookies and they were nowhere near the same quality as the apple pie. read more

This is probably one of the better McDonald's that I've been in. It just got revamped and has a new modern style to it. Rather then ordering at the counter you use large touch screens that are super innovative and very sleek. The customer service is the same and isn't bad. It's a great place to just come and chill. I enjoy eating here after a long day's work at Target. The 24 hour drive through is very convenient. I have lot's of nostalgia of going to the Golden Arches as a child and I will continue to eat here. Management and staff are respectful and always willing to help you place an order on your food. I also enjoy their innovation as they did a complete remodel of this McDonald's. Not only has the building improved, but also the food I order seem to be more fresh and more satisfying to eat. I love the Big Mac value meal. Been eating here for over 20 years and I recommend it to anyone. read more

I went thru drive thru and gave person simple order of rolo mcflury and choclolate shake. Person obviously didn't speak any english. Kept telling me NO rollo then after 4 times she clamied she had order. She took such a long time person in back of us started honking which flustered me. As we where driving off I heard her on intercom saying no rollo mcflurry. She charged it up as milkshake and burger which I didn't order. If a person is going to be taking orders she should have some familiarity with the menu and she should certainly know how to speak english it was painfully obvious this person could not speak English yet was taking orders!!!! Definitely one of the better mcdonalds! I don't come to this one super often but every time I do I have a good experience. It seems they're always pretty well staffed and get people in and out quick. My most recent visit there was the sweetest girl working the drive thru. It was busy but everything was quick, correct and with a smile. I had the same experience as Nicole below. When I pulled around to get my meal the person operating the window was hanging out talking to their friends in an SUV. I waited ten minutes, honked... and heard the people at the window and in the SUV laugh as I backed up and pulled out of the parking lot. I have been going to the same McDonald's since I practically came out of the womb. It never disappoints. I always order two Cheeseburgers with Medium Fries and a Medium Coke. Occasionally, I will get the Crispy Chicken Snack Wrap if I'm feeling extra hungry. My alternative order is the classic Big Mac. In my opinion, McDonald's is the best and most consistent fast-food burger chain in America. I come here a few times a month (which I should probably stop doing, but can't help it). You can't beat the convenience of being able to order a satisfying, inexpensive meal without even having to get out of your car. The drive-thru window is clutch. One critique I have is that the new renovation of the building has taken away the family-friendly atmosphere that McDonald's used to be when I was growing up. It now looks more like an industrial building than the place I used to have birthday parties at as a toddler. It is sad that there is no more ball pit for the young kids, but it honestly was a total germ fest. Overall, I give 4 stars. read more
