Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.

They basically do exactly what they tell you they are going to do. A rare commodity these days. If you are on the north side of Houston I don't know why you would use anyone else. We were adamant that they do their best to save the trees. Even though they couldn't guarantee the trees would live they did their best. A year later they are all still alive, and despite the mess trees make they give the pool landscape the exact cabin look we wanted.
