He's very professional and knowledgeable; just an all around great pool guy to have. After getting my pool from green to clean, he also serviced my Hayward heater who others claimed couldn't be fixed. Took him about 15 mins and voila! My heater was blowing like new! Just look at the picture I attached, my pool has never looked this nice! If your company is supposed to manage and keep the pool "beautiful" it needs to look good close up like it does far away. My kid is terrified to swim because of the bugs. It isn't hard to skim a pool with a net at adult swim. When the water is tested it's disgusting results. While yes the pool is public, that doesn't mean it should go to hell. I lifeguarded as a teen and actually had high expectations. I had to clean the pool and could play around. Randomly pool managers would show up to make sure you're efficiently doing your job. I don't think any person in management would let their kids swim in our pools condition and if they would please leave your position and find a new job you're actually passionate about. Also the company is immature when other neighbors and myself commented on their Facebook page it got deleted and us blocked. They wouldn't need to do that if they cleaned the pool, managed their lifeguards better, and didn't throw pool parties on cleaning nights. You can go any given Tuesday after a cleaning day and it looks just as bad as it did Sunday. Fix this mess you've started while we still have time to enjoy the pool.
