Can't even begin to tell you how unprofessional Josh was. He turned a two week job into a 5 week job that was never finished because he was mad that I told him he was rude and unprofessional. On the first day I asked him multiple times if he could complete the job within 2 weeks. He said yes ma'am multiple times. He told me the liner takes 10 days to make and then just a couple days to install. After fifteen days I had to call him. He then says "the liner company just got back to him." He couldn't understand that the problem was he never updated me. I always had to track him down. After he finally got the liner and came to install he again was late 2 days in a row. Every single day I had to contact him and find out if he was coming to work. Several times he didn't show until after 4 in the afternoon. He wouldn't ever update me until I contacted him. Final straw was when I filled the pool up to the stairs and he was suppose to come cut the stairs into the liner. I had sent him a photo of where the water was filled to. I texted him at 7:30am to confirm he was coming that day. He confirmed he would come in the afternoon. At 4:30pm I texted again to find out when he was coming? He said he was far away and would it be alright if he came tomorrow? I told him no, I really wanted him to come today because he had already told me he was coming and he never called/texted an update. He gave me all the excuses in the book including that he didn't have my new skimmer plate (clearly if he didn't have the new plate he didn't have any real intention of doing the work at day) but he never understood that all he needed to do was send an update to me at a reasonable time. I told him he was incredibly rude and unprofessional, so he drove over picked up his stuff, didn't cut in the stairs and left. He then claimed it was my fault he couldn't cut in the stairs because the water wasn't high enough. He had a photo sent to him the day before of the water level. I believe Josh is good at installing vinyl liners but he's horrible at customer service and time management. I guess if I didn't have a time line and it was just a "do it whenever job" maybe things would have been fine but that's not reality. He is horrible at business. None of the problems were his responsibility they were always either my fault or the liner company's fault. Josh can't see how unprofessional the blame game is and why you don't do that to a customer. Angry or not he also left an unfinished job. read more

When my inground vinyl lined pool liner was damaged in the freeze I began looking for pool companies who specialized in vinyl liners. I located 3 companies and did my research on them before asking for quotes. After reviewing the estimates I discovered disparities in their quotes and when I begin to question the differences I received different answers and opinions so I decided to research vinyl lined pools a bit more when I came across Treasure Pools and Josh. I contacted Josh who came out to look at my pool and when I asked him the questions that I posed to the other companies he explained the differences in their products and the differences in liners. Josh took measurements of the pool and prepared his quote for me. I reviewed his quote and awarded him the job.
