Each week, he cleans the pool and balances the chemicals and has been working to clean the calcium buildup on the tiles, which look great! I requested their pool…read morecleaning service, but sadly, just a week and a half after they provided the service--with all the specifications they asked for (although honestly, they didn't give us many clear instructions)--the pool turned green again. Then they told us the problem was that the pool timer wasn't working properly. So, they said we had to replace the timer. We did that, and suddenly the motor stopped working. We were told we had to replace the motor, so we did. When we checked, we noticed that many of the motor's screws were new, which seemed strange because the motor itself wasn't 100% new. The screws should have looked old or rusty like the motor, but instead they were new. We asked them to please help us with the restart, but the technician never answered again. The warranty they promised for their work was never honored. The technician doesn't respond to messages, and there was no guarantee at all.

This has not been my experience with other pool services. After about 15 years, everything started to break on my pool at the same time. The pump went out, the cleaner volute plug and O-ring was cracked and spraying water, and the heat sensor shorted out. David and his crew worked really hard to get my pool repaired and sparkling once again. They drained it, acid washed it, and reset the chemicals and it didn't even take a full day. I was shocked that they were able to make it white again. David also threw in some extras just because he's a great guy that really takes pride in what he does. That is a rarity these days. I reached out recently when one of those heaters failed, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Paul, the technician, did an incredible job - he was fighting for my warranty and had the new replacement swapped out in no time. Sheri went above and beyond as well; she actually came out personally on site to meet with the Jandy representatives to prove the unit needed to be completely replaced.
