Crews with…read moreshotty workmanship, workers drinking on the job and leaving beer cans all over our property, multiple visits to fix bad grout job or loose rock over the waterfall because they didn't get it right on the first try and the WORST was the constant set appointments that were no call no show. We have been trying to get Chuck and Mike at River Rock to fix the issues we still have for months. Finally filed with the BBB and will have to seek legal action if they do not fix our broken lights (been 4 months outside the pool water with live current), all our loose flagstone that will cause a major accident if someone steps on it, our remote, which was not cheap, hasn't been working in the longest time and the deck color was either put on incorrectly or the product is defective because it is all pulling up. I suggest anyone look at all their reviews before electing to use this company.
