When you an involved in this situation, it is very difficult. My brother had been ill for quite a while. I had researched funeral services in our local area. I noticed Walter's and read the positive reviews. I kept that information and when the sad time came, I contacted the office of Walter's funeral services. I was very heartened by the loving atmosphere of the owner of the place. Krystin handled all very discreetly and quickly. The price was reasonable as my brother would have appreciated. My beloved sister passed away late July and there was a miscommunication with the arranged funeral service on the date of service. We find out two days before the said date and people were already flying in. We frantically started calling all the funeral services in the area and came across Walter Funeral Services and talked to Krystin. She originally did not have an availability for the date but after hearing our dilemma she said she might be able to make some phone calls to see who could help. A few of hours later she called us and we worked with her on hours for the day that would work. We then went on to meet with her to arrange the details and she was so compassionate and helpful with our situation. She took care of everything! All we had to do was show up and she was already there orchestrating from beginning to end.
