I had a very discerning experience with Plot Brokers. I sent in an online query about selling two crypts in Las Vegas. I got an immediate response that said that the cemetery there (Palm Northwest) does not work with brokers. On 29 May, I spoke with Jenn Lin, who said the same. I called Palm Northwest and explained my intent to use Plot Brokers and the representative I spoke to said we could do this anyway we wanted and there was no objection to using a full service broker. I called Jen Lin back and told her this. After sending my an "activate my account" email, I got an email from Jen Lin stating: "Thank you for reaching out to Plot Brokers. We received your property location and unfortunately the cemetery does not work with brokers. They will only work directly with the deed holder in completing any transfer documents." She never spoke with Palm Northwest to validate what I told her, and yet she determined this cemetery would not work with Plot Brokers. She never responded to my follow-on email asking her to validate her statements. Very disappointing. read more

I was selling a plot for a trust and was very unhappy with the service. It took 2 years to sell the plot and there was little communication. I checked with the cemetery to confirm what similar plots were selling for and they told me $9K.I went into a contract for a price of half this amount and was asked to reduce the cost. When the lot finally sold, I simply received a check. No other information was provided. I expected more disclosure on the sale and also more communication during the process. For a seller, I would not recommend this company due to the extensive time to sell the plot, the poor communication during the process, and the failure to sell the plot as was originally confirmed. read more
