I heard about this great business through a social worker. Karina and Pierre comforted my mother and I with the passing of my father and made the process from start to finish easy. They organized the pickup of his body same day of death and they were very professional in handling of the body. I cannot stress enough how amazing and compassionate this place is. Vahik and Karina both showed us incredible kindness. They handled our mother's transportation to Uzbekistan with immense professionalism and promptness. The other place I called first told us it would take at least a month to finish documents in order to transport our mom back to homeland for burial. And quoted us a lot more. Vahik made so many exceptions for us to make this experience as smooth as possible. Him and Karina got all of the paperwork and permits from the embassy fine in days. Exactly seven days after her passing she was ready to fly out. I cannot thank them enough for all of their amazing work. So much patience and dedication. It was obviously a very troubling time this past month or so after my mother passed away. I called probably 8 different funeral homes before deciding on Always There and my decision was based upon the kindness of the ones answering the phone. Karine and Vahik from the very beginning were so personable and comforting. A lot of the places you call are first filtered through an automated system, and when you are in the middle of grieving, a friendly voice is refreshing. Not only were they the most affordable option, but I know they treated my mom like she was family. So often is the death industry dehumanizing, and made into a business. Vahik and Karine are absolutely amazing human beings. The care and compassion they showed me and my family goes above and beyond. We lost our son, Odin, at the start of my third trimester of pregnancy. Always There helped make this tragic loss a bit more bearable.
