Ara quickly got all my past and current returns filed, providing guidance as I prepared my tax planners for him. He then pointed me in the right direction to get a settlement going. I am now caught up and have a financial fresh start. I highly recommend Ara and his office for a professional, friendly, and efficient tax filing experience.

I have every text message showing the irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. If you have an 11 AM paid consultation and you know you'll be late, there's no excuse for not sending a quick text or email. I get it, people get busy, but accountability and a simple apology are the bare minimum. The lack of both was unacceptable and unprofessional. End of story. Update: Ara, you still never apologized--that's the bottom line. Your response proves it. Saying, "Oh, we offered a refund as an apology" isn't an apology at all. Of course, a refund is expected when the consultation never happened. That's not generosity, that's basic fairness. What's insulting is the attempt to pass it off as if it makes up for your behavior. You were late, you didn't take responsibility, and now you're scrambling with excuses. That's why I said we dodged a bullet--because you're disingenuous. And frankly, trying to compare yourself to attorneys, doctors, or restaurant owners is laughable. They take responsibility and accountability for their clients and customers. You do not. That's who you are and what you are
