If you have tokens left over, you can exchange them back for cash. There are so many food stalls and they all look like they have delicious food! Immediately was greeted when I walked in. I signed up for the quiet Gong healing meditation. It was the day of the full moon and I needed a more calming vibe and I'm so glad I did. She told me what "supplies" we needed (we used two big heavy pillow things, two blankets, two blocks, and my own mat). I never knew yoga could utilize so many things but it was fun! We only did 4(ish) poses besides the warm up but the time flew by. And they felt so good and relaxing. The room was dark with fun lights. It was so pretty and so peaceful. Heather explained everything perfectly. And had some pretty great jokes. It was a really good, lighthearted, calm way to end my day. If I manage to get finances together, I'd love to do a membership here. Only con - parking is hard. Not much around there and no lot. But it's Noho. Just gotta prepare for that.

The studio is clean and they have mats, waters, books, blankets, etc for sale. They have two rooms available for classes. The rooms fit a good amount of people and are not too crowded. The temperature was pretty high, but it felt so good for this class. I appreciated the sequencing and the modifications available. I also appreciated being greeted by the teacher before the start of the class. Looking forward to making this one of my staple classes I keep on rotation.
