They were very creative and helpful to understand what I wanted and what we needed. We have worked together several times now and I really love hiring them. I will keep using them in the future for all my events and personal shots. I am a coordinator in the TV Film and Photo world here in LA. I first used them for my head shots, then used them for a corporate gig, and then on set for BTS, and finally some small studio fashion campaign stuff. The post production work is really fantastic. The video editing I have seen really stands out. Hard to always find someone you will keep working with, but always grateful when you do.

The first review was based on just a very few photos that I had seen, as far as second account I've always had two. I told you I didn't need the videos and album because I was going through divorce and didn't see the need of them anymore. I asked you to please ask Matt for the remaining balance since I am a single mother in a very tight spot while he could have paid you with ease or at least we could've paid half and half. Instead you came after me Aggressively. The reason I paid the balance is because I'm in the process of joining the US Navy and cannot have anything pending in court. We were not late to do the photos after church, we agreed to to it another day because of the weather and it took us almost a year because the weekends that we were available you were busy which is understandable. I did my own hair and make for my wedding. The reason I wrote the review two months after I picked it up, is because that's when I got around it to see it. The drone was included in the package per you. The three copies of DVD that just captured the entire day nothing more nothing less. Like said no editing was done. Your website does not have photos or videos of my weeding.

From the start, Leona communicated very well via email/phone prior to the event with the expectations, logistics/visions/ ect. Very positive energy and aura. She listened to "my vision" of what they day was going to be like....a little hectic and chaotic with SO many relatives in town for the event....but she took on the challenge and came with her game face & camera around her neck (with a smile & Smarties for the kids). She was very easy and relaxed which made the day that much easier!!! I didn't want the event to be overshadowed with a photographer "snapping photos in their face" or bothering those family members who were trying to visit.....we were going for casual and unobtrusive. Leona was not only friendly but very professional. She took casual photos as well as candids. She was very under the radar unless we asked her to snap certain must have moments/photos!! THe ironic thing is, I had just been to a wedding that my 2 yr old daughter was in the day before and THAT OTHER photographer actually "snapped" at her for stepping on the wedding dress.....AND had my little one was in tears and not wanting to take pictures because she was now afraid of him and quipped at her! He did not know how to pose her in pictures considering her small height...there were posts from the bridge blocking my daughter from being in most of the pics.!! REALLY??? THAT photographer obviously did not know how to work with young children NOT THE CASE with Leona!!!! The children at the reunion gravitated to Leona and her lens and she was able to capture their attention....make them silly and giglle and HAVE fun! Anyone who can do that to the 5yr and under crowd (with no tears just smiles)--gets 5 stars as well!!! Leona utilized the grounds, scenery and different background of nature to create the most beautiful pictures......of our BIG family. We could not be more happy about ALL the pictures taken of 4 generations of family. Everyone LOVES the photos!!!! It was not clear at all that for $70+ you are basically paying for ONE photo printed in different sizes. The same issue applied to the other expensive packages as well. When I called, the owner told me that many parents from our preschool contacted him the very next day with the exact same confusion. If dozens of people are calling about the same issue, then clearly the problem is not the parents -- the problem is how the packages and pricing are presented. What upset me even more was the complete lack of customer service. Even after already paying over $70 for a single photo, I was still willing to purchase another package just to have a few different photos of my son. I politely asked if they could offer any small discount or simply send me 2 digital photos by email instead of forcing another overpriced printed package. I even offered to pay directly through Zelle. Every single request was refused. The prices for kindergarten photos are unbelievably high, and there was absolutely no effort to help or find a reasonable solution. This experience felt more like a money grab than a service for families.
