I have been suffering with terrible anxiety and depression for years and this practice is teaching me how to deal with my emotions naturally through energy healing. I've never felt so relaxed after exercise in my life! I also walk a lot and have a funny gait due to bunions, so my lower back is always in pain. In the short time I've been practicing, just over a month, I've learned just how much deep stretching and core strengthening exercises can ease my back pain. Master Sunny and Master Kim are extremely kind and welcoming. They help make the whole experience very positive and fun. I'm glad that I also chose to do some private healing sessions with Master Sunny, she is teaching me about gut health and how it is associated with total body health, as well as all the acupuncture points on body and how stimulating them starts the healing process. There are so many vendors to choose from, you definitely have to go back more then once. All the flavors of Thailand: phad Thai, phad see ew, tom yum noodles, papaya salad, ribs, mango sticky rice and so much more. I also had a Thai tea mixed with Thai coffee, it was SO DELICIOUS! There are many tables to sit and eat. Probably bring your own wet wipes and your own paper plates (I'm just being extra). They do give napkins but I'm messy so I need extra. There are restrooms for use and they do keep it pretty clean. It does get very busy and parking is limited. However, you can park in the neighborhood and just walk over to the temple. You exchange your cash for coins and if you don't spend all your coins, you can take it back to the cashier to get your cash back. If you haven't gone, plan to go asap. Happy eating!

We had a $9 bowl of Thai Boat Noodle Soup that was even better than the bowl I had at Mae Malai Thai House which is supposed to be some of the best in Thai Town (East Hollywood). The vendor with the skewered meats has delicious beef and pork belly, the Crispy Pork Krapow was amazing.. I wish I could have tried more! We picked up mango sticky rice to go and will enjoy it later. Everything is so authentic! Friendly vibe from every single vendor stall! Mounjaro keeps me from trying all of the things, so we will just have to keep coming back! I didn't take pics of the food. It was so good I just didn't think to stop. Next time!
