There is reflexology and then there is reflexology. Mitta's treatment is golden, very professional, very effective. There is a huge difference between a 15 minute treatment in a mall, and having a full one-hour reflexology treatment. When you are done, you feel like you had a full body massage. Even some shoulder pain I was having was gone. She really gets into the reflexology points and works out the kinks. She can even tell where you are having problems from poking at your feet. A real reflexology treatment starts without any type of lotion. All the points in the feet are worked over and then at the very end Mitta uses some lotion to massage the calves and finish off the feet. She is formally trained and it shows. I have never found anyone who gives such a complete treatment. Mitta will chat if you like, or you can vege out and she will send you to blissland. Lovin' me some reflexology! Try it, you will definitely like it.

I've since developed my program, have had an article written about it for THRIVE, and featured it in a radio interview! Entering his healing space is like walking into a secret oasis. The charming courtyard greeted me with the sounds of running water, leaves rustling in the wind, and birds singing. Jeroen made us a cup of tea while we talked about my reasons for being there, and the interview felt more like catching up with a friend. We discussed my list of questions and I provided extra context as needed. I laid down on a massage table and Jeroen made sure I was comfortable by offering extra pillows and support for my back. I was so relaxed that I started experiencing phenomena before he finished the official induction. Lights were twinkling in the corner of my left eye but we had barely just started the session. It was easy for me to visualize the images as Jeroen guided me into trance and I dropped in with ease. His voice is calm and relaxing. I was taken to a past life experience that exceeded my expectations. In fact, it was not what I expected at all. I learned enlightening information about my mother line and the origins of our family as starseeds. I received helpful guidance from my subconscious involving the release of creative blocks and how to trust my gifts. I also experienced deep healing. I had been dealing with a stubborn cough for three weeks and after the session, it was gone. Overall, I felt safe, supported, and loved. I highly recommend Jeroen.

She was consistently kind, courteous, professional, and attentive; she explained the process and made me feel comfortable at every stage of the treatment. This was my first experience with colon hydrotherapy. I had previously tried detox programs based on liquids and supplements, but personally, I had never experienced anything quite like this. What impressed me most was actually being able to see what was being eliminated from my intestines. It can be embarrassing to talk about, but it is simply part of our body's natural digestive process. I also learned more about *Candida*, a fungus that naturally inhabits our bodies but can cause problems if it overgrows. There is much debate regarding *Candida*, toxins, and their relationship to our overall health; this made me realize the importance of paying attention to digestive health. Of course, I am referring to the colon hydrotherapy sessions, where I could clearly see the elimination of *Candida* and parasites. For me, these 10 sessions were a very positive and eye-opening experience. Thank you, Sona, for your kindness, knowledge, patience, and excellent care. I deeply appreciate everything you did for me!

It felt far more like a spiritual experience and exchange of energy passing through, rather than a gimmicky you tell me about your life and I'll say what you want to hear. She dug deeper and offered perspective on things happening in my life and with me emotionally that I had not even thought about. She was able to connect the dots for me. My reiki session was a magical, nurturing, and eye opening experience. It shows how much Aileen cares for her clients from the moment you enter her presence. I felt safe to share and let go of my emotions and vulnerabilities knowing that I had a supportive guide holding space for me. Her reading of my energy was so congruent with what I'm personally working through in my life and she was able to shed light on layers I had not yet uncovered about myself. Aileen's intuition is truly a gift and her words were exactly what I needed to hear to feel clarity and acceptance. Thank you for the incredible session!
