We came to Mr. Khacheryan on two separate occasions and both times the service was fast and reliable, they are extremely professional and nice! Their prices are also the most reasonable and affordable for wider LA area- don't hesitate to give them a call! They managed to accommodate us same day which was much appreciated. Reached out a few weeks ago via text to request a mobile notary but not only were they slow in replying back, they ended up stating that they don't offer mobile service and that I should contact Grace (the provided her #) as she is their mobile notary person. Well I contacted Grace but she told me that she doesn't even do notary work. Very strange read more

Valley Apostille, Inc. should be recognized for such an astounding, speedy service. I'm currently out of the country and needed a document apostilled and delivered in a timely matter. That shouldn't be a problem, right? Wrong. After a horrendous experience with another apostille service company, I found Valley Apostille. I was wary and worried but Ovsep was very communicative and detail-oriented. Not only did I receive the document fast (turnaround time from start to finish: approximately a week), he checked back with me to make sure that I received the document. Very thorough! If you need reliable, dependable service... Go with Valley Apostille, Inc.! read more

After surviving a deadly car accident in Peru, I was asked to send important documents to my Peruvian lawyer through an Apostille. Never having even heard of this service before, I made some cold calls to Apostilles found online, and luckily found Ovsep at Valley Apostille. Ovsep was beyond professional and made the process entirely painless. Ovsep is also a Notary Public and offers translation services. It's doubtful I'll need the services of an Apostille again, but if I needs a Notary, I'll 100% go back to Valley Apostille. Note: the address is listed on Glenoaks, but the building's front entrance, parking garage, and better/longer street parking is on Palm Ave. read more

Amazing experience 10/10 Recommend the services: very professional, excellent communication, and extremely prompt service!

Great service and very knowledgeable. Would recommend for all notary and apostille needs.

Listen up everyone, it is not a coincidence that this business has an immaculate reputation. I needed last second translations of a birth certificate and a marriage certificate. When I called Valley Apostille on a late weekend afternoon, without hesitation, Hovsep agreed to assist me. When it was all said and done, he came in to the office on his OFF day from work and took care of everything I needed. From the initial point of contact to receiving my documents, it was less than 48 hours, and at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for professional service with a personal touch, Hovsep Khacheryan is your man. 5 stars. 10/10. EDIT: This unbelievable man who I never met before in my life took me into his office and we had a spur of the moment heart to heart conversation. I felt like a father figure was sitting in front of me. He even offered an insane discount for his services which I humbly rejected. PROTECT ALL BUSINESSMEN LIKE HOVSEP. read more

You can always count on Ovsep for notary needs. I had an important document that needed to be notarized in a very specific way, so I called several places to make sure they could actually do it. Ovsep was the only one who had the knowledge to guide me through the process and patiently explained what we needed to prepare. Once we arrived at his office, he took care of our notary request in a timely manner. I highly recommend anyone in the valley to use his service. He's a dedicated notary so unlike banks and shipping companies that also offer notary services, I find that he's the most reliable and trustworthy person to go to. He saved our day and I'm sure he will do the same for yours. read more

Hovsep was fantastic! Made it so easy. We were his only appointment on a Saturday but he came into the office for us. We were expecting the stamp-n-sign you get from most notaries, but he read over our paperwork and quickly realized there was a minor error in the way the document was formatted -- he printed an addendum page and fixed the problem ASAP, no extra charge, no fuss. His office was beautiful and he couldn't have been more friendly, polite and professional. read more

I had a flight in two weeks to Brazil to marry my long-term girlfriend and I had no idea where to start. I messaged Valley Apostille to get a quote on a single status affidavit form to be signed off on. I had no idea how to get such a document. Anyway, I sent them an email for a quote and within five minutes I got a reply, asking what documents I had. Of course I responded I have none and I have to be out of the country in two weeks. Joseph told me he would call me within the hour to set me up with all the details. Cut to forty-five minutes later and I get a call. He instructed me to go to the County Clerk and get my documents in order, have the State Department mail the documents to his office and he would FedEx the apostilled documents to my Brazil address. He estimated it would take two weeks. I do all that, cut to two weeks later in Brazil; I get an email from Valley Apostille and great news they have my documents!! I confirm the address and I was told it would get to me earliest by the December 20th. It arrived on the morning of the 20th and all my documents were perfect! Talk about clockwork! I was clueless and they solved it all, every step of the way. They even sent a Christmas card because they're super amazing people!! If you're looking for any apostille service I highly recommended Valley Apostille! read more

I needed to get my debit card copied and notarized for my visa application deadline. I really appreciated this service, it was done so quickly, kindly, and for us, at no charge.
