Kevin helped us with our vision, connected with his shop to pick up color/patterns of cultured marble and assisted in identifying a specific thermostatic valve. About a year and a half after the work was completed, one of the towel racks became lose and we were concerned that it was an installation issues... Kevin's team promptly came out and repaired (turned out the rack had proper fasteners and installed correctly so damage was our fault). While they were at our house replacing our carpet with hardwood floors, my dog Fiona accidentally got out. I wasn't home at the time and got a call saying she had escaped. My heart dropped and I rushed home in a panic. I immediately went to the park where I always walk her, searching and calling her name. There was no sign of her. I ran up and down the street, then went back to the park and called her name even louder. Suddenly, from across the park, I saw Fiona running as fast as she could straight toward me. At the same time, a man named Anthony got out of his car and ran toward her to help. When I finally picked Fiona up, I was so overwhelmed with relief and gratitude that I asked him if I could give him a hug. When I got back to the house, I found out something that touched my heart even more -- the entire crew from TSP Remodeling had actually stopped working and went out searching for Fiona to help bring her home safely.
