One of the employees explained that I could simply drive through and remain in my car, so I didn't have to do anything besides sit inside while they changed my oil. Just be aware that they may suggest other services, which can add to the total cost, so make sure you clearly state what you need. Fortunately, they offered a first-time customer discount, so I got a good deal on the oil change without adding anything else. Overall, I was satisfied with their service. I was honestly stressed out and wasn't sure what to do. A friend told me about this shop, so I decided to get a second opinion. That was the best decision I could have made. The staff took their time to go through everything with me and explained each service in a way that actually made sense. They were honest, professional, and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They completed the repairs using OEM-quality parts and charged much less than the dealership. The difference in price was unbelievable, and the quality of work was excellent. My Lexus is running great, and I feel much more confident knowing the work was done right. It's rare to find a shop that is both knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you're looking for honest service, fair pricing, and people who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend this place.

While driving home, I noticed the front left tire rubbing against the fender liner, an issue that was not present before the service. I returned the next morning, May 14, 2026, at approximately 8:30 AM to explain the problem. The business owner became defensive and stated that he only removed the wheels and did not touch the fender liner. When I requested that the issue be addressed under warranty, he refused and said there would be an additional charge. I then agreed to pay to have the wheels returned to their original position, but he refused to work on my car and walked away. Throughout the interaction, the owner was disrespectful, condescending, and demonstrated poor customer service. I am escalating this matter to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. ** Sam! I came back a few days later to get the tires balanced. Cody helped me again. The lobby was very busy and he was the only person working but he did a good job helping everyone as quickly as possible. I chose to have all 4 tires balanced at a cost of $25 each. I left the car and it was ready within a few hours as promised. No additional costs or issues. My car now drives super smooth! Although I see that there are a lot of negative reviews, my experience has been very different. After two experiences with this Big O Tire store I'm very happy with the customer service and the work performed. I would definitely recommend them.
