This Walmart is clean and well organized. The products are stocked properly and inventory seems to be well maintained. There's ample parking including many spaces for handicap spots. The doors are automated for wheelchair accessibility. The lot has a good number of spaces dedicated to people that placed orders online or via the app. In addition to being able to order a head and pay for your items via the app, the app is also great for finding items within the store. They can tell you the specific aisle of the item that you're looking for, provided that it is in stock. read more

Walmart in Wyomissing is an old school non-supercenter store located in the Berkshire Square shopping center. The shopping center is a short drive from the Berkshire Mall. This is the most standard Walmart I've ever seen and it's almost right out of the 1990's/2000's in terms of its layout and selection. This store is very clean and well stocked compared to many Walmart's, including the Temple location. Selection is limited in some areas compared to a supercenter, especially in terms of grocery items. Overall, it was worth the stop and I found what I was looking for. No one is empowered to unlock a case for tool purchase. After ringing the assist help multiple times, leaving my husband by the case we needed to purchase from, walking around, talking to multiple associates and the customer service desk twice, no would respond to the loud speaker request for assistance in aisle G18. It was like the few associates there were afraid to leave their current posts to assist. We were out of town, traveling, just needed to purchase a $5 wrench to work on my daughter's bike. Drive 20 minutes to the Supercenter and avoid this Walmart. It's a hit or miss. I only use this Walmart for prescriptions, which they always take 2-3 days to fill. So many items out of stock or need to be shipped to store because they don't have it. Lines are always long, even self checkout. And the self checkout always has issues (cash only, credit only, out of order, etc.) I dislike returning things because there are always 5-6 people at the customer service area but only 1 maybe 2 people actually working. Avoid returning things on Thursdays because that's when everyone cashes their checks and the lines are superrrrr long. 2 stars because they do carry the trash bags I need lol. read more

Not my favorite store in the whole world to buy necessities. The only reason I continue to shop here is because it's open late and close by. This is one store I like to get in and get out because it's either filled with screaming children or people that look like they just rolled out of bed. My boyfriend needed to buy medium pocket-less black t-shirts to get screen printed for his job. We went nearly ever day for 3 weeks and they were never stocked with any. Now we ended up getting them at K-Mart instead because they actually check their stock. When we happen to be shopping at Walmart we always humor ourselves and check to see if those shirts are ever in stock.... NOPE... haven't been since. read more

This Walmart is one of the most disorganized I have ever been to. No one seems to restock or clean up ever. Multiple times I have tried to purchase an item that was listed as one price, yet rang up an entirely different price because it was shelved wrong. The cashiers do not charge the shelving price either, even after showing an associate the store's mistake in clearly labeling the item at a different price. The customer service/exchange line is always very long and slow as well. read more

Ugh. One of the WORST WalMart's I've been to. The parking situation is always awful. The store itself is not very well organized or cleaned. The staff is never friendly. They rarely help you find anything or even ask if you need help. The lines are always insane because God forbid they open more than two. What can I say about this Wal-Mart? Well, it's pretty similar to most Wal-Marts in that it's pretty dirty, filled with some shady characters and has some really low prices. For the most part I try to avoid Wal-Mart, but once in awhile you find yourself trapped in the web of always low prices. Had never been in this particular location but it was just as dirty as the rest. There were aisles with items on the floor opened and the occasional dvd case sans the dvd shoved behind a pillow case. I used to not mind visiting Wal-Marts but now with Target I feel I get a much better shopping experience while not paying much more. read more

My wife went to this location to pick up an item that we had ordered using their site to store sevice. There was no one at the pickup counter to help customers for 15 minutes after multiple attempts to get someone to help a woman finally showed up, just back from her break. She went back to retrieve the item my wife had ordered. My wife asked the woman if she could have someone bring the item to the front of the store for her, due to its large size and dimensions; to which the woman responded "it's not that heavy". Forcing my wife to carry the item through the store and to her car all by herself. I called and spoke with the store manager, William Natisin, he apologized which seemed very insincere. He then went on to say that he was there since twelve that day and that no one had requested help. What kind of leadership is that? He just apologized one second and said that I was lying about the FACT that my wife asked for someone to assist her the next. That "apology" was totally insincere. This location and management totally botched this transaction. I can't recommend it. read more

We ordered a bed from the web site and it could only be delivered to our local store in Wyomissing, PA. The bed came in several very large boxes and when we went to pick it up I was concerned how I would get it into my car. The associates were very helpful including loading it into my car. I must compliment those associates and would highly recommend this store. read more

This is a very old store. Like walking back in time almost 15 years. I worked for Walmart in 1999-2000 they are still using the same cash registers we used then. Cashiers are very poorly trained. Very poorly staffed. Very long lines with NO ONE COMING TO HELP. Other employees standing around doing nothing to help cashiers with long lines. I just moved into this area and it is the closest store to where I live. I wish there was another Wal-Mart that was better than this. I don't buy much at Wal-Mart anyway other than what is necessary. This is one of the worst stores I have EVER been to! One employee was very rude ( almost criminal behavior) and when we complained it fell on DEAF ears! STAY AWAY AND shop at other chain or drive the distance to avoid this one! There is a disgusting woman in the photo center that decides your photos are professionals and require a release, whether they are professionals or not. She held my Christmas cards hostage after I spent hours making them on their online site. Who made her a judge of what is a "professional"? This particular Walmart is rather dirty looking. Lines are terrible, with only a few registers open during peak shopping hours. It doesn't look like much attention is paid to stocking shelves, as many items are just thrown. read more

Not all of them but when I asked a tall guy with a badge that said Rick on it for help in electronics - he just about flipped a biscuit and yelled things including "all you people "was bordering on racist and was just plain angry and mean !
