She was rude, and didn't offer much help other than to repeatedly say "we don't have that at THIS store". I'm aware that the outlet has last season's/different styles, I was simply hoping to find something that she could recommend that had a similar feel to it. Ultimately, we left and ended up spending $500 at White House/black market where they seemed to care and offered suggestions that would help us find similar styles to what we found at another store.
